Went there later in the afternoon on 3/22 to get 2 arrangements. One was for me to celebrate what would of been me and my late husbands 2 year wedding anniversary and the other for my mother’s birthday. Everyone there was very pleasant, nice and willing to help. I found arrangements I loved that were pre made in their cooler that I fell in love with right away. It’s been over a week and the flowers are still alive and gorgeous! I will definitely be coming back this week to get another arrangement for my home, for Easter. Thank you all so much for such a great first experience in your store! See you soon!!!!! Anniversary flowers were amazing. We won them from Christian FM they gave us a voucher, which I figured would be something small. I was so surprised when they pulled this bouquet out especially since it has my favorite flowers and colors in it. My hubby was very impressed and will be returning for all of our special occasions this year!

I live in California...My Dad and Step Mom live in Port St. Lucie, so I have used Flowers by Susan for the past 2 years to send flowers for different occasions. The arrangements are always gorgeous. This past week, I ordered flowers for my step mom's BD with plenty of days for delivery, and 4 days before the day, she passed away, I cancel the order with no issues and a day before the funeral, on Sunday, when they are closed, I placed an order for flowers for the funeral on Monday..and they delivered it by 4pm, and the arrangement was gorgeous. Called from out of state to have flowers delivered locally. They were most helpful in figuring out what i wanted and delivering the arrangement the same day. I absolutely love it when employees go out of their way to satisfy a customer. I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife's birthday. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from Flowers by Susan and was recommended a few minor additions to my floral arrangement. When I picked it up, oh my! It was a really beautiful suggestion. The best part is...there was no additional charge! My wife was really happy with her birthday present and teared up when she saw it on our kitchen table. First time ordering flowers. I was very nervous about how they would look. I Ordered them online and it was very easy. I recieved a confirmation email as well as an email when they were out for delivery. We received flowers from Flower by Susan this week. The flowers were amazing, the roses opened up to the largest most beautiful roses. Staff and client were very impressed.

We just used the Flowers by Susan website to order the Zen Artistry arrangement for a friend who just came home from a long hospital stay. We chose the larger size arrangement and were so pleased at how beautiful the delivered arrangement looked. (Our friends sent us a phone pic). We live in Philly so finding a Floral Business hundreds of miles from home is always a gamble. Please be aware that the recipient loved the flowers as did we. Tammy met with my mother and I to plan what flowers to use for my wedding bouquet and gave us 1 on 1 attention using fresh samples of flowers to build an example bouquet. She was so wonderful to work with and relaxed and calm because she's an expert at what she does. The flowers came out AMAZING and were MORE than what I expected/remember from the consult process. A side effect of sticking my mouth in my foot too often, my wife gets flowers from here quite often. They run a great special on Tuesdays so I’m not SAYING to pick the fight you’ve been meaning to have no later than Monday afternoon, I’m just saying if it happens you can partake in the weekly sale. All kidding aside, tremendous service. They are beyond helpful from helping pick assortments to scheduling weird times or schedules. The gentleman that delivers the flowers most of the time is amazingly patient and courteous. I wish i had some sort of negative to round the review out with so it seemed more plausible. But you see their star-rating. It’s legit. And thank you to FBS if anyone from there ever reads this!

Beautiful arrangement delivered within a few hours of placing my order online. Unfortunately, I can't be there to smell them. But the recipient says the house smells great. They sent me a picture and they look fantastic.
