There's a cute guy working here that could sell me sand even if I lived in a desert. Not sure what they sell really, I couldn't take my eyes off the salesman. His suit? His smile? His perfume? His eyes. That's the real diamond here. What was I talking about? Oh right, Pandora, loved it in Avatar. That being said, everyone else working there is also amazing and you know that you're talking to people who care about their customers- wouldn't have married the cute sales guy if I didn't believe it! (How often do you get a wholesome story on a Google Review?) So I definitely recommend Pandora's products, whatever they are. And if you're going to remember one thing from this review, let it be this: don't take your eyes off the prize!

My mom was visiting from Kentucky, so I decided to do something special for her as a Christmas gift and introduced her to the World of Pandora. Lisa Z. deserves all the praise! Not only did she walk us through the process and allow my mother to try on everything, but she made sure she was happy with the appearance and went through all our options. For an hour or more, she showed us at least a hundred different charms till we were pleased.We ended up leaving with not only a gift for my mother but also my mother-in-law and sister. Thank you, Lisa Z. for your patience and for making this a very memorable experience for my mother and myself.

I loveeeee this store! I went in this weekend to purchase a baby pandora bracelet for my baby girls first birthday and let’s just say it was the most pleasant experience! As always I had the best experience today. Melissa, the manager is always so helpful and patient with me. I never feel rushed on days when I am unsure of what I want. All I can say is WOW. This location just makes me so happy. All the employees are so professional and helpful. Every time I go in, I build a personal connection with them! The store is very put together and CLEAN! Very important to me. I would rate a 1000 stars if I could.

I went there yesterday and the whole staff helped in some way. Deborah was the main associate that was helping me. She was fabulous!!! I will be back to add more charms to mine and my daughters bracelets. Checking out there were 4 associate helping Amanda was also very helpful

No one answers the phone. I've been calling for two days. So I finally go in store and the cashier has no reason to why they haven't answered the phone. Cashier was Emily S, she totally dodged my question when I see the phone right there where they're all standing around. Then when I tell her it's aggravating that no one answers the phone she starts becoming passive aggressive. Yes I wasnt being a pleasant person due to already having a bad experience but she was not apologetic at all. I wanted to see about a particular charm because on line states "call store for availability ". So i get the comment back on my review to call the customer service line, get transferred to customer experience & then get a recording that they're closed and then get hung up on. I'm so glad this was a gift for someone and not for me cause after this I'll never own anything pandora.

Only one person greeted me. The rest turned up their noses. I suggested cleaning the items on the display in the back left of the store. They're tarnishing and it reminds those of us there to buy how quickly they tarnish and are not worth it. *stares at all my pandora in anger*
