Heart broken and extremely disappointed with the quality of craftsmanship and customer service. We had a family heirloom sized to fit. The ring came back a half size smaller than requested with dented and twisted prongs. The width of the band was shaved down, reducing the weight quite a bit and leaving the back much narrower than the sides. When we expressed our disappointment, they did not offer an apology nor refund. They did offer to fix it but who would trust them again? When we declined, a man in back said "just give them a piece of scrap," which came across sounding very rude. We also had a gold chain "fixed." It came apart in the shower and went down the drain two days later. This was a costly, terrible experience all around. Edited to reply to Eloquence: The receipts were issued in my husband's last name: Joyce. Our order for his Claddagh Wedding Ring was also never completed, due to your month-long vacation, although it was promised by 7/1/22. We had other minor repairs done and purchased a Plush Sloth in June 2022. I find it difficult to believe that we have been forgotten. I will email my phone number through your website. Please feel free to call me for a second opportunity to resolve the issue.

Brought 2 watches for battery change and a ring to be sized. One of the friendliest places in North Palm Beach! I think her name is Angie and she is personable and knowledgeable! Went to get some things that were ready and dropped off some odds and ends of gold/silver to get an estimate. Being fairly new to the area, it’s so nice to now have a jeweler that I trust and like!

I needed a link removed from a watch band for better fit. They took care of it in a half hour but the best part is that there was no charge! Lovely people, service and a fabulous selection!!

I brought my Rolex watch in for a tune up and to see why it wasn’t keeping time. It was ready when promised however 9 months later I noticed moisture inside whenever I was wearing it but none when I took it off. Eventually I saw what looked like corrosion in the center. Horrified I brought it back to Eloquence with my receipt for service & they REPAIRED IT FOR NO CHARGE! I highly recommend them
