A good place. Pleasant and cozy, and most importantly - atmospheric. Wherein: 1. Weekends are often busy with tournaments. It's not always possible to play on the weekend. 2. Inventory. The tables were pulled over the quarantine, but half of the cues are just “sticks”. 3. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to open a billiards school. Despite everything, this place is to my liking and this is my place of power.

On August 21, 2019, around two in the morning, my friends and I wanted to play billiards. After visiting several online services, it turned out that only your establishment is open around the clock, because... Opening hours are indicated everywhere from 00:00 to 24:00, but when we arrived, it turned out that Khreshchatyk City was completely closed except for the +2nd floor. I would like to know: is it that the opening hours are incorrect on the websites or have you moved to another location from the lower floors? Thank you in advance for your response.

THEY SPOILED THE MOOD IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTRANCE!!! They asked if there was a free table (we visited the establishment for the first time) ANSWER: you will find there... While placing the order, THE TABLE WAS ALREADY INCLUDED Having paid for the TABLE and ORDER, they again asked to show the table (the RECEIPT for SERVICE and ALCOHOL were not given even upon request!!!) - since 2 empty tables were on fire (to which we were rudely told that we couldn’t see at all...) We found a table ourselves, went to find out if OUR TABLE was (at the same time, the table WAS ON, NOT CLEARED... with the remains of alcohol, bottles...) When we asked to clear the table, we were told in a RUDE FORM THAT IT IS NOT OUR OWN...Our explanations were not heard THAT THIS IS NOT OURS!!! Then the same employee of the establishment KICKED us with obscenities (she refused to say her first and last name). According to the bartender, it was Gavrish Ekaterina (a short, fair girl). The bosses also REFUSED TO GIVE THE phone number It’s a pity that the mood was ruined and we weren’t able to spend the evening peacefully...
