Hi Friends, Recently me and my family members stayed in ECR VILLAS One in ECR, Actually we were promised to check in at 2.00 p.m on 16/02/24 but we reached the place out of difficulties in searching the location and reached at 2.30 p.m. When we entered the Villa it was not cleaned around 20 to 30 liquor bottles was in the entrance and when we contacted Sakthi who took the booking doesn't know what's happening there. The bed spreads were very dirty and looked ugly. The Hall was shattered with waste food. They cleaned and handed over the villa at around 4.30 p.m but Sakthi told us to vacate the next day by 12 noon. Most important is there is no water for Toilet purposes, me and my family members suffered a lot without water even for toilet purposes, at around 12.30 a.m there was no water, tried calling Sakthi but he did not pickup my call. Even I tried morning from 8 a.m on 17/02/24 but he is not bothered to attend a call after seeing so many missed calls. We were cheated and our trip was a wrost experience. So people don't trust these ECR VILLA Team and get Cheated. The caretaker doesn't know who is Sakthi and I got a question how they are working, just getting money in advance from people and we are getting fooled. So beware of this ECR VILLA and don't waste your money. All the sofa are very dirty, they mentioned WIFI during booking but no WIFI was provided, We were informed kitchen is there but no stove or even a plate for eating, nothing the kitchen was empty. The swimming pool was very dirty and if we use it we will end up in medical infection. The tap water was very dark brown colour and cannot be used for face or brushin. Ultimately we got cheated. There is no caretaker during night times so if you have any emergency situations no one to help. So avoid these villa. The conversation from Sakthi was not professional and the way he speaks to his customer is not acceptable. Sakthi never takes calls. Ultimately it was a bad place to go, so beware of this ECR VILLA in Nemili.The caretaker is a drunked and not responding proper. Frogs was found in Bedrooms. To End it is worst place to waste our hard earned money.

Hello friends We had a great time at ecrvillas it's a very cosy and neat property.. Direct access the beach too.. Very polite staff and very good location too The rooms and bathrooms all very clean.. The cottage has many facilities too.. Overall we enjoyed a lot with friends and I would recommend this place.. We had a great time, swimming pool was maintained VERY WELL and the caretaker was friendly in MERIDIAN VILLA. Fridge and bedsheets could have been maintained well. Could have provided bat, balls, racket etc. Overall had a good time.😇

Excellent property for the family who wants to stay from noise and pollution from the city life. Well maintained, courteous staff and amazing swimming pool with slide. Kids loved this property to the core. My special mention is about the food they served, one of best home healthy food but yet delicious one. It has been long time I had such a great time. Thanks for the owner and staff for treating us so wonderfully. Note : if you are adventurous lover, there are many ocean rides which you will enjoy to the core.

It is one of the most beautiful and clean place which i have recently visited. We had a doctors reunion at this ecrvillas last week, which went amazing. It is highly recommended for family functions, friends reunion and all sorts of Holiday trip. Highlights will be, the clean beach and well maintained pool and excellent service. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The hospitality were really helpful and good. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. We have a birthday party🎂🎉🎈 together with our family.The location of our room was absolutely perfect. There was a private beach behind the resort where we could have a great time. As soon as you come out of the resort, we have great swimming pool which was well maintained and huge. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Mr. Shakthi co-ordinated us for the booking of the resort and other details.A big thank you for him as he gave so much resort ideas and finally we chose them. As We were planning for the first birthday party, we asked him about many resorts and ideas..he was so patient and helped us to chose the right one...The party place is also so good with the resort we went and the resort will accompany about 15 members.Must try this place with friends and family.

It's was good actually.. property was well maintained and caretaker was readily addressable... We went with kids and they thoroughly enjoyed a lot.. just one concern was tat the swing on terrace Was broken.. apart from that everything was extremely good and we had a relaxing stay

Just where to start. This villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated(Bali themed). The pool is amazing and clean.(excellent star gazing). The owner is so much friendly.🤩 The staff are wonderful! So kind, thoughtful.. 😊 They are very helpful and lovely to be around, yet know how to blend into the background and still be there when you need them. Beautiful gardening, excellent air conditioned rooms, clean bathrooms with open shower, scenic view rooms(With sunrise and sunset view) and much more!🤍 Just love this place 💙

The location was fantastic, with comfortable rooms that made our stay enjoyable. The private beach was an absolute delight, adding a touch of wonder to our experience. Gopi, the staff member, deserves special praise for his exceptional service and attentiveness throughout our stay. The only downside was the lack of nearby shops for convenience. I hope they address this for future guests. Despite this, I'm looking forward to visiting again.

I stayed at the Beach House because of an event that I attended. I mainly want to talk about how great the staff was. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I really don't think I've seen such a large and active cleaning crew anywhere. They were polite and around all the time. I'm someone who basically cleans a hotel room whenever I go in one and this was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in. By the way, our group was about 15 people so we aren't talking about a small amount of work. The location of this hotel was great if you want to be close to everything. But there is a very active pool. So if you want really, really quiet...the rooms facing the ocean and pool might not be your best bet.Thank you everyone at the Beach House! A pleasant stay at a place that's well maintained. Not too far from the coastal area and quite easy to navigate too. The swimming pool, deck area and balcony areas were brilliant. The caretakers were extremely professional. Strongly recommend.

The property is very clean, with good amenities, The only suggestion is that, we are not able to identify the exact location, In the evening there are no lights in the streets, it is good for bachelors, but for the family they feel Little un comfortable due to surrounding place, if possible please arrange one common security for the community, thank you.
