I
have
been
into
sports
my
whole
life
and
even
completed
my
black
belt
in
Karate
and
was
looking
to
start
something
new.
I
read
very
favourable
reviews
about
Combat
Kinetics
(CK)
on
the
net

decided
to
check
it
out.
Its
now
been
2
months
since
I
joined
CK
and
am
absolutely
loving
it.
Here
is
what
is
great
about

MMA
course
in

You
get
to
learn
Brazilian
Jiujutsu,
Muay
Thai,
Boxing
and
Judo
under
one
roof.
I
mean,
how
awesome
is
that!!!

The
workouts
are
intensive.
You
start
with
30min
workouts
and
as
you
gradually
progress
in
terms
of
stamina/endurance
though
training,
in
a
pace
that
is
comfortable
to
you,
the
workout
sessions
get
longer
and
longer.
Also,
the
training
regimen
keeps
changing
and
new
drills
are
introduced
regularly,
so
you
won't
ever
get
bored.
3.
The
Trainer
spends
all
him
time
correcting
your
postures,
improving
your
techniques
and
providing
tips
to
get
you
more
agile
and
stronger.
He
also
guides
you
on
various
aspects
like
diet,
sleep,
muscle
recovery
etc.
4.
The
training
program
at
CK
is
highly
recommended
for
women.
The
program
incorporates
fitness
and
self-defence
all
rolled
into
one,
which
is
ideal
in
this
age
of
fear
and
uncertainty.
5.
Trial
classes
are
available
so
I
suggest
you
try
them
out
for
a
few
days
and
see
which
package
suits
you
best.
I
have
seen
several
changes
since
I
joined
CK.
I
feel
lighter,
faster,
mentally
and
physically
stronger
and
have
more
endurance
than
before.
