This
woman
is
the
manager!
She
nor
any
of
the
staff
greated
me.
I
roamed
store
with
my
Brighton
bag.
Helping
myself
looking
for
right
size
shoes
to
exchange
my
shoes
this
went
on
for
over
5
minutes.
I
gave
up
finding
my
size
and
picked
out
a
pair
of
sunglasses
instead.
I
have
multiple
pairs
of
Brighton
sunglasses.
We
are
leaving
for
a
Alaskan
cruise
and
thought
it
would
be
nice
to
have
a
new
pair.
When
finally
a
young
girl
spoke
to
me.
She
said
she
had
that
exact
pair
and
loves
them.
I
ask
her
if
she
worked
their.
She
said
yes
I
told
her
I
had
these
shoes
to
return
that
my
husband
had
bought
me
as
a
gift.
I
had
the
shoes
in
the
box
in
the
Brighton
bag
with
the
receipt
in
the
card
stock
brighton
receipt
holder.
She
took
me
to
the
desk.
Where
I
encountered
Tracy
for
the
first
time.
She
was
helping
another
customer.
Obviously
a
personal
friend.
I
could
tell
by
the
conversation
asking
her
why
she
didn't
call
her.
Tracy
seemed
bothered
by
me
being
in
line
and
the
young
girl
doing
my
return.
She
snatched
the
receipt
out
of
the
young
girls
hand
then
ordered
her
to
go
get
what
looked
like
a
I
pad.
I
dont
condone
treating
staff
in
such
a
way.
Tracy
was
saying
something
about
having
problems
with
the
i
pad
she
was
using.
She
ask
me
for
the
card
shoes
were
bought
with.
I
told
her
it
was
a
gift
.
She
said
she
couldn't
do
it
then.
She
did
not
say
ANYTHING
about
exchange
for
in
store
credit
or
give
other
options.
Just
come
back
another
time
when
you
have
your
husband
and
card.
I
had
to
ask
what
about
if
I
spend
the
amount
in
store.
Her
response
was
we
will
have
to
see?!
WHAT?
I
said
I
don't
even
know
how
much
he
spent
on
those
she
said
$200
sharply.
She
then
rudely
ask
me
if
she
could
help
the
woman
(her
friend)
now.
I
told
her
Yes
help
your
"
friend
".
She
got
defensive
and
tried
to
defend
herself
saying
she
was
a
customer.
I'm
positive
the
woman
was
a
customer.
However
Mrs.
SNOOTY
Tracy
I
had
already
watched
helped
said
customer
and
there
were
2
other
associates
to
help
her.
My
husband
and
I
frequent
this
store.
We
believe
in
promoting
local.
At
one
of
our
previous
visits
when
a
associate
told
us
our
purchases
of
Brighton
items
from
gift
shops,airports,
and
online
do
not
show
on
our
personalized
shopping
list
with
them
or
help
them.
We
made
sure
to
stop
in
more.
I
do
NOT
recall
ever
meeting
Tracy.
However
my
husband
and
I
have
never
needed
to
get
a
return.
They
definitely
are
NOT
friendly
if
the
transaction
is
being
returned.
FYI
my
husband
had
his
own
personal
account
with
Brighton.
Recieves
catalogs
and
brings
them
to
me
with
a
red
pin
to
circle
my
favorites.
So
when
he
travels
for
work
which
he
does
often
he
can
stop
in
a
Brighton
at
the
airport
and
bring
me
home
a
gift
I
will
love.
Or
for
other
special
occasions.
I
have
had
family
and
friends
try
to
sway
me
to
wearing
James
Avery
or
other
newer
more
trendy
brands
but
I
have
loved
Brighton.
Until
now
I
loved
their
service
and
small
touches
that
are
special.
BTW
not
that
it
should
matter
but
I
came
in
wearing
professional
attire
with
coordinating
jewelry
and
shoes.
However
was
made
to
feel
like
Julia
Robert's
in
pretty
woman
shopping
with
TRACY.
I
had
got
some
bad
health
news
today
and
even
though
I
was
not
feeling
my
best
I
thought
going
to
Brighton
one
of
what
used
to
be
one
of
my
favorite
shops
and
getting
some
new
bling
would
lift
my
spirits.
