    Jamie is an awesome trainer who takes in to consideration exactly what your needs are… young or older. She works tirelessly to ensure you have the right information about nutrition and workouts that are so helpful even when you are not Training with her every day! Jamie is encouraging even when you don’t think you can do more! I highly recommend Jamie to anyone seeking a personal trainer whether you are 20 or 70 and anywhere in between. I think her best attribute is she truly cares! Thank you Jamie for helping me to get back on track to a healthier/stronger me!

    Jamie is the most amazing person and fitness trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. She helped me lose weight and get back in shape with tailored workouts and nutrition plans. I would highly recommend her to anyone regardless of your fitness level.

    Jamie is amazing! I love training with her! She encourages me to work hard and pays attention to my form to ensure I am optimizing my workout. She is so supportive and encourages me every session. I highly recommend working out with her.

    Jamie is amazing! I’ve been working with her for about a month now, and she has been so supportive. I not only consider her my trainer but also a friend. She pushes me and supports me to reach my goals. When looking for a trainer you want someone who makes you comfortable. Jamie does that and so much more! Get started on your fitness journey with someone who cares not only about you goals, but you as a person.

    Jamie is my trainer and taught classes I took for several years. Jamie is an amazing trainer. She always cares about her clients. And not just as a client but personally. I had hurt my shoulder and had surgery and she would text me and check on me almost daily. She was very reasonable on her prices and I would 1000% recommend her and I have. Several of my friends have taken her classes and trained with her as well. If you are looking for an amazing person, friend and trainer then you have found.

    I love working with Jamie because she pushes me but respects my wanting to go at my own pace as well. She is very encouraging and friendly. I was scared to go to a personal trainer at first but it’s been the best decision. I wouldn’t be able to do some of the things I’m doing without her help and encouragement. If you are looking for a trainer look no further, Jamie is your girl. She also provides nutrition guidance and home workouts as well.

    I go to Four Star Fitness and train with Jamie once a week plus go workout 2 other times a week. I have been with Jamie for about 2 months and have gone from 167 down to 155. Also get lots of compliments on how people can tell that I've lost weight and that I'm working out. Jamie is a great motivator and also a great listener. I would recommend her hands down.

    Highly recommend Jamie as a personal trainer! She knows exactly what she’s doing. Knows what weight is right for you and knows when and how to push you. Knows what workouts to superset with each other to target specific muscle groups. Also very helpful with nutritional facts and provides information on what to eat to help grow muscle. And to top that, she’s the kindest and most loving person. Not only interested in your physical health but keeps up with you personally. Accommodates me into her schedule easily and quick to respond. She helps me feel more confident at the gym. I’m very thankful for her!

    Jamie has been monumental on my health journey. She continues to support me while pushing me hard at the gym. I always feel like I’ve done the most every work out and her meal plans have been effective without feeling like I’m starving! Would highly recommend her for any and all of your health needs!

    I have been a client of Jamie’s for close to six months and the transformation she helped me achieve is amazing. I began my journey at the age of nearly 50 and Jaimie has been very supportive and encouraging. She is very knowledgeable and every workout she does with me is different which I really like. I always look forward to my early mornings with Jaimie! 😊

    I am a current client of Jamie’s and am extremely pleased with her professionalism, punctuality, skill, experience, and expertise as a personal trainer. I am a former competitor from many years ago, and also someone who has been out of the weight room for several years due to medical issues, and through multiple surgeries over the last 2 years. Jamie has helped me ease back into working out at a pace comfortable for me and she’s helped me build my confidence and strength back to where I finally feel like myself again. She challenges me each workout, and makes it fun and enjoyable. She’s very friendly and a great conversationalist. She changes the workouts up each time so they are never boring. Jamie is a skilled, next-level trainer, and I plan to keep showing up to work out with her on a regular basis.

    Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She knows exactly when to push, encourage, and motivate you so you can complete your set. I came to her with very little gym/fitness experience and I really feel she's taught me so much that I know I couldn't have learned on my own. I really appreciate her and her amazing personality.
