I
will
start
this
review
with
my
honest
opinion
of
the
food.
It's
not
good.
With
a
constant
change
in
products
aand
inconsistent
plating
being
just
the
start,
the
quality
of
the
home-made
items
is
at
best
food
truck
standards.
Quick
service
with
minimal
quality.
Ultimately,
your
paying
for
more
than
you
are
actually
getting.
The
pull
pork
is
dry
and
usually
grill
burnt.
The
waffles
are
frozen,
which
is
insane
consider
how
easy
it
is
to
make
waffles.
When
applying
at
this
job,
the
job
listing
on
Indeed
had
it
listed
as
a
$17
an
hour
kitchen
positon.
This
turned
out
to
be
a
bait-and-switch
tactic.
In
truth,
the
starting
pay
was
$9
per
hour
plus
a
tip
out
to
the
kitchen
staff.
So
on
average,
you
COULD
make
$15-$17
but
wasn't
guaranteed.
As
a
former
employee,
I
can
attest
to
the
horrible
conditions
of
this
kitchen.
Upon
starting,
the
main
fridge
for
storage
was
filled
with
undated
and
unlabeled
food
both
prepped
and
raw.
I
cleaned
it
myself
because
of
my
own
standards
as
ab
employee
and
chef,
never
once
asked
to
clean
it
and
it
would
probably
still
be
as
filthy
as
I
found
it.
It
had
to
throw
away
many
moldy
food
items.
Labeling
and
dating
food
was
never
part
of
the
training
and
was
done
by
no
one
on
staff.
The
flattop
is
not
under
a
hood
vent,
causing
both
smoke
inhalation
and
fire
hazards
in
the
workplace.
I
quit
this
job
because
I
found
a
better
one.
Not
only
does
this
kitchen
have
trouble
labeling
and
storing
their
food
properly,
they
also
don't
have
a
safe
working
environment.
I
stand
by
my
one-star
review
and
would
give
it
zero
if
I
could.
