Their old fashioned ground beef fried taco was pretty damn good. I am from San Antonio and we have puffy tacos. A different take, but great. I also had chicken, chorizo, and cheese empanada. It came with dill type dipping sauce and it was great, very similar to tzatziki. Everything was delicious.

This was my first time eating Yuca fries. Wow, tastes so unique and very different from any other fries tasted. The fried Jackfruit taco was surprising tasty. Overall this was a pleasant surprise. :)

I’m really into tacos. The fried taco did something I didn’t think was possible; brought a new level to the taco game. When I caught a glimpse of the menu I confidently told the cashier I wanted one of every taco. How could I pass up any of the flavor conundrums this place had to offer? Apparently I’m some sort of pioneer because it seemed like nobody else had ever had this idea and the cashier was shocked. “That’s seven tacos. Are you sure?”. I had never been more sure of anything in my life. How about we add some chips and queso just to seal my fate? This trip to flavortown was one for the books. If you’re gonna go down on some fried tacos, this is the only appropriate strategy. Peace

Amazing tacos we tried 4 different once and the Nashville Hot was our favorite by far. Like it says it’s actually hot, it will make your nose run we loved them. The only thing I can suggest better verity of music.

Last week, during Midtown's 10 Buck Lunch Week (February 20th to 24th) several restaurants in Midtown hosted $10 Lunches from 11am-2pm. My next stop was to… 📍 The Fried Taco - I had One Caribbean Jerk Taco, Chips & Queso + Drink. The Fried Taco is located inside The Collective Food Hall. The weather was perfect, so I sat outside on the Patio. I missed out on like 4 places but I'll definitely be back!!!

Okay, so. We thought we were just going for a quick taco lunch but what we got was a whole experience! The building that this place is in, is filled with other food options, a live dj and a full on GORGEOUS bar! The seating areas are in door and outdoor. The food itself wasn’t that great. The yuca fries were hard and cold and my tacos weren’t made as described. I didn’t bother complaining bc it really is just a fast food situation not like a restaurant. Would go back. Might try again.

General “collective” experience. Jackfruit taco was horrid but when I ate meat, their other food was smacking!

I’ve been to both locations quite a few times, but I went to the OKC Collective location on my 21st birthday, Monday. I, along with all my friends who got tacos, got food sick. It’s now Friday and I’m still feeling sick. This isn’t exactly how I imagined to spend my birthday week, and I doubt I’ll be eating at this location again. Sad because the tacos really are good.

This is my usual stop on Tuesdays for lunch. Today they had a big order prior to me showing up to order. When I tried to order they said they weren’t taking orders. I told them I didn’t mind waiting for my food, but they flat out refused to take the order. I definitely understand a big order ahead and having to wait on food, but I don’t understand not letting someone order.

Passing through Oklahoma City traveling. I was wanting tacos and was curious what the city had to offer. Used to tacos from San Diego and I’m happy to have tried these. Found this place and man this slaps. Tried jerk chicken, chicken and brisket. 5 flames out of 5. Tried the lemonades as well. Really enjoyed this place. Hopefully I can come back another time and enjoy l.

So ridiculously on point! Great size tacos and perfect crisp juicy combo every time. Brisket is my choice of meat at this spot but all of them are great. Friendly staff and good vibes. Can even get a s’mores kit and make s’mores over a fire. Housemade marshmallows too

The fried taco is hands down the best kitchen in the Collective. The food is affordably priced & unique. We hosted our high school 10 year reunion on the rooftop. I communicated with Rueben our budget, the guest count and times. Together we formulated a plan & they were willing to help us set up, refresh the food mod-way and tear down the food station. Thank you Rueben & The Fried Taco staff for catering our events

I went to the Collective for cocktails and couldn’t resist trying the fried taco. My mom had been telling me great things about this place and I finally had the chance to try these tacos. I ordered the Jackfruit taco, which is their only vegan taco and it was AMAZING!!! It was so full of flavor and the jackfruit was cooked very well. I also ordered the Irish Brisket taco, which I believe was their “rotating taco of the month” and it was equally as amazing. The guacamole wasn’t my favorite, lacked flavor to me, still devoured it. But everything else was great!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday, I was so impressed! There are not a lot of jackfruit options in town, and the bbq jackfruit tacos were delicious! My food was ready quickly, the service and food quality were 10/10. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good vegan taco!

Crunchy, amazing flavor! I can’t believe it’s jackfruit! All the flavors blend perfect! Second time I have them and can’t wait to have some more…

Normally I would give this place 5 stars, but I ate here yesterday and the Nashville chicken taco was so hot I could not finish it. At first I thought I put too much blueberry hot sauce, but later figured out it was the actual chicken. I do not know if the recipe was changed since the last time I ate it or if someone accidentally put extra spices in the chicken, but it was inedible because of the heat level. I have eaten this taco several times in the past and it has not been a problem. As always though, loved the lavender coconut lemonade and the classic taco was on point.
