The
restoration
of
the
bank
building
is
exceptional!
Absolute
beauty
everywhere
you
look!
The
hotel
side
of
things
could
use
some
work
though.
Valet
and
check
in
was
good
but
it’s
when
we
got
to
our
room
that
things
changed.
For
this
hotel
only
having
been
open
for
a
short
time,
I
expected
it
to
be
in
pristine
condition,
it
was
not.
Cracked
tiles
on
the
bathroom
floor
with
missing
or
cracked
grout,
peeling
wallpaper
on
the
wardrobe,
shampoo
in
the
shower
empty
and
a
questionable
brown
substance
splattered
all
over
the
toilet
seat.
Thankfully
housekeeping
was
quick
to
respond
to
the
toilet
cleanliness
but
we
didn’t
figure
out
the
shampoo
until
later.
The
size
of
the
bath
towels
are
generous
and
the
amount
of
bath
linens
provided
is
good
also!
The
“Mini
Bar”
prices
are
quite
steep
for
cookies,
crackers
candy
and
soda
and
room
service
charges
a
$5
or
$15
delivery
fee
on
top
of
an
automatic
18%
gratuity
(we
did
not
use
it).
The
overall
setup
of
the
room
was
nice
and
comfortable
but
unfortunately
neither
of
us
got
good
rest
between
the
bed’s
firmness,
the
light
coming
in
from
the
parking
garage
view
and
hearing
conversation
and
water
running
in
the
room
next
door.
For
the
price
and
expectation
of
this
new
“higher
end”
hotel,
I
would
rather
stay
at
another
historic,
very
well
known
OKC
hotel.
