That magnificent Molly in there has been a rays of sunshine during one of my toughest weeks. Just perfect customer service, I want her in my pocket.

From Texas and have to say, best coffee! Customer service was excellent and food was great. Carmelicious iced coffee and maple waffle sandwich we’re so good!

Edited for update* I seen another customer with the same issue, Mon-Fri the crew nails it. My iced espresso is PERFECT! The weekends are absolutely horrible. I wasted $13 today. My iced espresso has absolutely no espresso in it, i drink these probably twice a week. On top of that i get my daughter these drinks without espresso, it tastes like my 5 year olds coffee order. I was also asked if i wanted my cookie heated up, i replied yes and got a very cold hard cookie. I ate it! But i feel a little less cared about on the weekends, when let's face it, parents need to feel cared about by SOMEONE. see you Monday weekday crew 🤣 During the week i was in contact with someone for scooters who generously offered me a free drink to replace the drink last weekend. 5 stars for the quick correspondence and great overall customer service. 👌 And my replacement drink was wonderful. Thank you Scooters crew!

So as a first time user, here is what I think about Scooters coffee. The lady ( later named as Kris)on the intercom was very clear and had a friendly greeting over the intercom. I was sure what to order so I asked for her recommendation, she asked me what type of flavoring and Etc….. being my first time I asked make it how ever you like it, not saying everyone’s taste will be the same, but because Kris works here. Surly she has tasted what masterpieces she whips up! So…m asked if I wanted anything else I declined, but thanked her. Whipped around the building, I asked who’s recommendation will I be trying, young lady at the window said Kris, gave me my changed thanked me wished my first time well. Here I am in the parking lot tasting a delicious concoction made by Kris @ Scooters. Lady’s thanks for a great experience!! And hard work!!

I've never been a fan of Starbucks as that place is an insult to my taste buds. I've always preferred my coffee to taste less sugary. I took a chance when it was recommended and I haven't looked back. This is my second favorite place to grab coffee my first is a more hidden place on 81st and Lewis.

Employees are always super nice, it’s quick and easy. There are good choices of coffee but my only complaint is that no matter what drink I get there’s a weird flavor to it? It’s almost like the coffee beans are overroasted or over processed. It isn’t horrible but it’s a bit off putting. I can’t taste it in the frozen drinks but I think how it’s mixed masks the flavor. Overall I think it’s worth a try, but if you’re sensitive to subtle flavors I’d get a small or try someone else’s drink just to see how you like it

Employees were so rude. I ordered three drinks and a gift certificate and was told they don’t do gift certificates AFTER I had paid for it. The manager should learn customer service.

Mmmmm coffeeeeee it’s so good. I thought I’d never cheat on Starbucks but now I find myself Scooting on over to Scooters more and more. Also WAFFLE SANDWICH?!?! Hell to the yeah. I’m sorry Starbucks who? Don’t know them.

This was my first time that I have ever been through a drive through. I love how quick the process was! I paid about $6 for a small strawberry smoothie, it was alright. Still, it made for a good pick - me- up before work.

The ladies are always very nice and attentive. They make sure to build friendly relationships with their customers and it is hands down the best experience I have had at a coffee shop. Shout out to Kiera for always providing exceptional service!

My 3rd time to this location and they can NEVER get the order correct. We ALWAYS ask for the cream and Caramel drizzle and they ALWAYS forget even though we ask. I don't understand how hard that is.....and they want minimum wage $15 but can't get a sample coffee order right. This is the LAST time we go to this Scooters locations

Personally my new favorite location! Staff was friendly and when I asked for extra drizzle they did not disappoint! I got the turtle blender extra drizzle and my son got the chocolate milk w sugar cookies ! 😋

The people at scooter's make me feel good. They are patient when I forget my order or have a lot of questions, they are so friendly, and they have pup cups!! The drinks can be customized, so if you find that many of the flavored drinks are sweeter than you need, not to worry! They offer a medium roast coffee that can be enjoyed black and is delicious. I enjoy the everything bagel sandwich, and when I need a treat, the maple waffle sandwich is absolutely decadent. I love going to scooter's because the staff genuinely seem to care about customers and they always make my day better.

Long story short , I stopped by ONCE & have been back EVERYDAY since. I’m talking EVERYDAY lol except my days off. I absolutely love the Staff , Joel , Emma, Koya, Abbey & Naomi are the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST ❤️ . Cant forget about Olivia , Riley, Chiara & Jen. Such an AMAZING Staff All together. P.s as soon as I start to order they already know it’s me lol. My fav Scooters peeps 🤞🏼

It's a drive thru. Don't know how to experience a drive thru 😕 other than the person who took care of our drinks was happy, got our decaf wrong and quickly remade the drink. He made it an excellent atmosphere 👏 the drinks were great, as I almost drank them down before I took pictures!

LOVE the Peanut Butter Cup blended drink!!! So good!!

I've been coming here for a very long time everyday. I always order a caramel macchiato. I get there this morning to be told they don't have that. Darla and Cora refused completely. Cora has made my caramel macchiato several times. I will be ending my loyalty of Scooters as of today! If they don't have that then they shouldn't have been making it for over 2 years. Seems funny to me every location makes it except now this 1 won't.

They must be putting crack in this coffee because it behind addicting! It is in the top 5 best coffees I’ve ever had. I discovered this little gem when I moved close by. It’s about the same price as Starbucks but it makes Starbucks coffee taste like old bitter coffee. Seriously I haven’t been to Starbucks once since trying this place. I’m a life time customer!

At first I didn't like the coffee. My husband talked me into trying them a second time. I only order the white chocolate mocha, blended, 2 extra shots of espresso. Otherwise the coffee isn't that great. Friendly customer service.
