Let me start by saying, I am very scared of all dentists. I did have a wonderful dentist in California that I Loved and felt very Comfortable with. However, I have Anxiety With all dentist. Let me explain. When I was a child I had Several very bad experiences with a dentist. They would Strap you to the chair and hit you if you moved. Then they would tell you if you say something to your parent, it'll be worse next time. So, Believe me when I say, I have a reason to have a fear of dentist. I do. know that not all dentists are scary but, for me it is very hard to trust a new one. I moved here to be with family. I asked my neighbor who they trusted and went to. They gave me the name of there dentist they Loved. So, I made an appointment with them. I needed to have a tooth looked at. I have to say, The staff At The art of dentistry are Wonderful, the Doctor was Awesome. Dr Chad Jackson. I would highly recommend him and The art of dentistry. They made me feel safe and assured me that I was in great hands. Let's just say, I now have a dentist and dentists office here in Wichita Falls forever. Thank you to all the staff and Dentist there. I have been horrified to go to the dentist from a very young age. When I went to Art of Dentistry, I was just that. Chad was amazing! It didn't take me long to realize that he really cared about my fear. He eased my mind. I felt no pain at all. Now I can smile again! He is great at what he does. I'm not saying my fear was completely gone, but It's a great start... My daughter works there also. She helped to calm me as soon as I walked through the door. I have gone to Dr. Burross for many years and he always does a thorough checkup on my teeth, making sure to keep a close eye on potential issues. The hygienist Kim always does a GREAT job cleaning my teeth and points out any areas I can work on to keep my teeth healthy!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Art of Dentistry. Dr. Griffen spent time addressing each of my concerns and created a treatment plan for my son that I feel confident in. Being treated like a person and not just a mouth to work on makes all the difference! Glad we opted to use them for our second opinion and am thrilled for my children to continue seeing them in the future!

Dr. Griffin and his assistant were just wonderful today. Very open about everything they were going to do. No pain at all. Felt the cold water and let them know. They addressed it immediately and then I literally felt nothing. They are bringing my smile back! I will be a forever patient of them as well as my family. I’m a second visit patient of Doctor Burross. I’m from Houston and I am new to the area. I went to another dentist first not knowing where to go. That was a $1200.00 mistake. Then someone told me about doctor Burross. Art Of Dentistry, is the right name for his office. I am so very grateful to have him as my dentist. He is very compassionate, professional and skilled at his craft. . As others have mentioned being fearful of the dentist. I am no different. I had my front tooth worked on and I was scared to death. Totally honest here I never felt the shot’s. Doctor Burross, will be my dentist as long as I have teeth. His assistant Kristina was very gentle while working with me. His staff are wonderful folks and I am glad to have them as my dental team. Excellent staff and an amazing doctor. I’m one very fortunate patient. Thank you doctor Burross, I think you are amazing. Dr. Griffin & his assistant were very thorough. I felt like they listened to all of my concerns. I when I returned the next week to put on a crown, Dr. Burros did the procedure. He was very caring and do a great job!

What a great visit at Art of Dentistry. First of all, no problems. As usual everyone listened to any concerns I had and explained it where I could understand. Darlene did a fantastic cleaning, the most comfortable I've had. I recommend Art of Dentistry to everyone who needs a dentist.
