This was the first time for my husband and I to go here, the atmosphere was awesome. I love the way they have it set up there, it has a cozy feel to it. The server was excellent, she was also the bartender. The food was really really good and the prices were really awesome too, they have a lot to choose from and I'm sure everything on their menu is good. I believe everyone will like the atmosphere a lot and you'll want to come check it out. They have two rooms for big parties, I would suggest this establishment for anybody that wants to enjoy a good meal and relax. This was our first time to be here but it will not be our last.

I decided to try this one downtown ,the building is beautiful with small decor details. My fahitas taco plate was pretty good - but I really enjoy eating street tacos( not sure that was on the menu) . I am never disappointed eating at any Abuelo's. The food is always hot fresh and delicous. Service was very attentive too. This was the first time I have seen a robot in a restaurant 🤣. The future is here people 😯.

Stopped by to have a team dinner while attending a conference close by. We showed up last minute and the management was kind to find us some space. Staff was friendly and even got to meet the robot server! Food was good but knocking off 1 star for getting 3 rock hard corn tortillas. Ended up eating the food fajitas straight up with a fork and did not bother complaining. Everyone enjoyed their time.

Who goes to a restaurant and orders a burrito ? Well I got a burrito and it was full of beans and still got more beans on the side. 😟 chips nd salsa not that good either just looks very fancy but personally not a fan .

If you are from a place where you eat real authentic Mexican food I would not recommend this location. The food taste as if it came from a can. Literally! The chili taste like hormel can chili . The chicken enchilada was some sort of soggy tortilla with possibly the can enchilada sauce . The chicken inside was a long strip of soggy chicken. The taco was okay . The tamale was about 3 inches and I don’t know what it was made with but definitely not an authentic tamale . The chips and salsa was decent . The best part of the meal was the beans . Now this review is based off my taste. I am from New Mexico where we have authentic Mexican and New Mexican food . Now Aside From the food. The place was beautiful! The staff was nice. The bar didn’t have much options so I just got shots of tequila tequila.

Food was awesome! Service was good! They have a robot server but it didn't serve us, unfortunately. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars us that the air wasn't working real well and it was pretty hot in there.

My partner and I visited here when we did an adventure to Bricktown in OKC. We chose the restaurant based on the convenience of where we ended up parking our car and what was close by because we were tired and hungry. The inside of this restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. They have murals and statues and all sorts of decor to look around and make you feel like you're getting a nifty dining experience. They have a salsa trio that they bring out and all of the salsas were pretty good but I liked the smokey salsa the best and they were obliging to bring more of that to the table. We ordered their queso Diablo which tasted a lot more like a slightly spicy chili cheese sauce that you might put on things like nachos and hot dogs. It wasn't bad, but not my particular flavor profile. After browsing the menu and heavily delivering over the dishes, my partner and I decided that we would split fajitas because they had something on there that said fajitas for two. It was extremely expensive but also about the same price it would be if we each ordered an individual meal. When we received our fajitas it was shockingly SMALL and looked like a fajitas for one but we were definitely charged the fajitas for two. We've been places where fajitas for one had more food on it than the dish that we got at our table. It actually looked exactly the same as the picture in the menu of the fajita trio that was $14 cheaper on the menu. We would have been better off ordering two separate plates than what we ordered. The flavor of the fajitas was good. They put marinades on all of the different meats which really kicked up the flavor and the steak and chicken were juicy. The fajitas had a lot of onions and about two tiny slices of bell pepper on the entire plate which was sad. Our server was very nice and friendly and accommodating. They seem to be making sure not to oversee the servers so that they could handle the tables they had and have a good pace of service. Thumbs up on the service.

Abuelo’s was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good. I ordered a big combination platter because I wanted to sample things that they do there. Everything was excellent. My server was really good. Lots of fun enjoyed her very much. I was a little freaked out with a robot started coming at me with my food, but my server was right there behind it. She got a big kick out of my reaction to the robot delivering the food. Of course she had to put it on the table and do the presentation. She said the kids love the robot, bringing the food to the table. I imagine they would the Decour and ambience in the restaurant is quite nice. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Food was fresh and flavorful. We had the the fajita steak tacos and the enchilada plate. The blueberry mojito was amazing and they give you a lot compared to other restaurants. Katie was our server and she was informative and attentive even though it was packed. We did the queso and added ground beef. So good. The salsa flights are amazing and my husband loved the fruit/sweet salsa. The tres leches cake was perfect and one slice was big enough for us to split. I took one taco home and it was a great midnight snack. We will definitely be going back.

Went for dinner with a friend of mine. It was early and definitely not busy. But the food was excellent and our service was fantastic. Actually I never had a bad experience at this restaurant. If you like Mexican food, I strongly recommend you visit them And one more thing - lunch buffet is great!

I had the sample dips as an appetizer and the tortilla chicken soup. Both were excellent!

Very nice space, great ambiance. Pineapple margarita was amazing! Chicken nachos are just ok, queso Blanco pretty spicy and odd color. Flan was yummy.

To start off right, the hostess was not at the front. There was no one to greet us for a couple of minutes until a waitress saw us from the dining area and came to our rescue. She went to get the hostess who say us pretty quickly. Then we waited several minutes for a server to show up. When he finally got there with the chips and salsas, he didn't even introduce himself. He took out drink orders (a sangria and a sprite) and left. He returned a short time with a sprite and a water then left. Several minutes later, he returned with the sangria. Unfortunately, though, we didn't see him again for another ten minutes. Because of the long waits, we were ready to order before he even asked for our drinks. We ordered the fajita chimichanga and the 3-enchilada meal. Both entrees were made well, piping hot, and tasted good enough (not great), but the sides of rice and beans were excellent. I only ate half of my fajita chimichanga and gave up. The pricing was average compared to portion-size. Based on this visit, the food is not even close to make up for the inattentive service.

Awesome place, the service was fantastic. There was no wait at all when we went, the server/ bar tender was outstanding, shout out to Mike!! From the time we sat down to the time we were done, all was good. We will be returning here for our dates in the future.

Used to enjoy the atmosphere and the food, but our last visit was very disappointing. The food was decent, and the service was lacking. Many servers as well as a robot, which attacked me several times. It was funny the first time, but if you're going to set someone on the outside isle, recalibrate your machine. Servers had no idea what the dishes were and took several minutes to get a drink after ordering. I have dined at this establishment many times and with the direction it's going, I would probably choose a different venue. Lots of competition in the area that has much more to serve. I ordered the Steak Quesadilla, wasnt bad, but if I ever go back, I will probably go back to the Grande. On a good note the El Jefe was really good.

I love the great food! Everywhere from simple inexpensive dishes up to dinner plates that anyone would be challenged to finish, the quality is great. I love the atrium atmosphere. You aren't sitting right next to noisy families - there are wide walkways and the tables are spaced apart enough to contribute to a quieter more personal dining experience. Usually the service is five stars, I believe they were struggling with having enough servers so I had to flag down the waiter a few times. Still, I recommend this restaurant highly.

Fantastic atmosphere, wonderful customer service and to die for food! Every bite was like the first bite. I hurt myself trying to not have any leftovers, it was so good.

We had an event downtown, we were sent a list of restaurants to make a reservation ahead of time. The only downside is that we aren't able to make a reservation here online. But it ended up working out just fine, we were seated right away. Our waitress was so sweet. We ended up staying about 45- an hour after we were done with our meal, just talking and discussing our retreat questions. We were not rushed to leave, and kept full on our drinks the entire time. The restaurant itself is very beautiful. And the food was great! I did notice an entire page dedicated to vegetarian options. The salsa was awesome too!

Immediately served chips and salsa, waitress Lani was polite and attentive, bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was great, but only 3, steak tacos were good, but only 2. Very close to Wyndham and Sheraton, quick walk

Visited for a work holiday luncheon. Buffet, it was good, but not wow. Great atmosphere amd staff. Parking cost $5 across the street. I've had better, but I'd try them again. Typically I rate a Mexican joint on its carne asada, didn't have it this time. Ill keep you posted, give them a shot.

I've only been here a couple times and had a great experience both times! I was greeted by a friendly face as soon as I walked in and was seated immediately. Our server was wonderful; very attentive but not overly done that it felt intrusive to our family dinner. The kiddos loved the atmosphere in the "courtyard" and enjoyed our seats by the huge fountain in the middle of the dining room. The food was delicious and the drinks were made well. Will definitely be back!

I'll go ahead and make a written review since the owner responded. The atmosphere was great! The plants and fountain really made for a peaceful, unique experience. I noticed a lot of the staff very morose. Our waiter was great but seemed the same way. The food I felt was warm but not freshly hot feeling. I will go again someday and maybe revise my review. Thank you!

Our waitress was wonderful. Helped my kid order what he wanted off the menu. I remember when this location opened. Very different vibe now. They offer a lunch buffet. My eyes were definitely bigger than my belly! Took most of The Grande platter home!
