If I told you one of the best places in town to get Mac & Cheese doesn’t use dairy cheese would you believe me? Well you would if you had some of it from The Loaded Bowl. Nestled in a small to go shop in the Farmers Market district you will find the best place in Downtown OKC for Vegan and Gluten Free options. I got the BBQ Mac which is made with a soy protein. No, it isn’t just like a meat BBQ, but it has a great BBQ flavor all it’s own. This is also one of the best places for treats. I got the Pumpkin Cookie Sandwich. It is pretty big, so save room. Enjoy!

My husband is a healthy eater so I surprised him with lunch at The Loaded Bowl. It was our first time there and my first time to eat a vegan meal. Absolutely delicious!! I was so impressed with this simple meal of the Sesame Chicken Bowl. Be advised it’s counter service without tables so you’ll have to eat in the outdoor picnic tables or in your car. Highly recommend the restaurant and I’ll definitely be back!! I only gave four stars because I thought I’d be eating inside a restaurant at a restaurant table. It was 91 degrees outside but it all worked out.

My absolute favorite restaurant in Oklahoma City. I’ve tried about a half a dozen different dishes over the years, but nothing beats the Down Home bowl. Always bursting with incredible flavor and hefty portions that are more than filling. Staff always friendly and quick, haven’t ever had a issue in any capacity.

Great loaded lunch to try if your at the Farmers Market. We had the buffalo chicken mac & cheese bowl, TLB nacho bowl, fast food chicken sandwich, with fries, and a brownie. Mac bowl- big portion size, loads of flavor (spicy ) tasty! Nacho bowl- loved the combination of sweet potato/ beans/ slaw but didn’t get the tomatoes and onions that should have came with it. 🫤 Sandwich- was okay but fries were top shelf! Disappointed with the salsa and guacamole though. There salsa you can definitely taste the aluminum from canned tomatoes ! ( management take advantage of framers market across the street to make fresh ) guacamole all I can taste was lime. Brownie- super sugary sweet but soft and fresh. I would recommend the nacho bowl. There’s no space or tables inside to sit down at but outside has covered picnic tables.

Amazing bowl of delicious meat free mashed potatoes and orange chicken. Fabulous peaceful place to eat breakfast on a Saturday morning touring the downtown area of Oklahoma City.

This is my second experience here. My non vegan teenager loved it. Huge portions; we had enough for lunch and dinner with just the regular bowl. The cookie was delicious. I love their environmental products. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. World changers!

Decided to give The Loaded Bowl a try after searching for vegan restaurants in OKC. It was easy to get to. The restaurant's vibe was laid-back & charming. My server was very helpful & suggested the Mac & Cheese as my first dish from there. She was right. I ordered the BBC Mac & Cheese, which came with BBC "chicken", delicious Mac & cheese all garnished with green onions. It was delicious. I ordered a regular size & still couldn't finish it - though I wanted to. The only complaint was the BBC sauce, but that's more a matter of my preference. I partnered it with a Ginger Brew & finished it off with a chocolate chip cookie. The entire menu is vegan, so it's all guilt-free. I will definitely be returning anytime I'm in OKC. Highly recommend.

Everything on the menu is vegan, everything! There is nothing meat or dairy in this place! Perfect for true vegans. I ordered a tlb Nachos Bowl, with a spicy ginger Brew by Maine root and let me tell you, the chips are great and fresh unloaded with flavor, our love they use the beyond meat for ground beef, adds a great Flair to this meal. Don't forget to pick up a cupcake or a no-bake cookie on your way out the door though! Love this place. Love vegan food! Thank you all I'll be back

Goid vegan food. Had the Orange bowl. Could have had more veggies. Thw stuffed cookie was good. Carryout only, but there is a covered area with picnic tables nearby.

First, the portions are HUGE. I'd recommend not getting the loaded size unless you are super hungry. I got the mashed potato bowl with their chicken. Very good food. All to go orders... open air pavilion near by.

I was pleasantly surprised with how good the loaded bowl was. I really liked the mac and cheese and even more then regular mac and cheese from a resteraunt, bc this one actually had flavor. The orange “chicken bowl” was decently good. The chicken tasted really good, the rice was brown rice and i’m not a big fan of it and I wish the broccoli had more seasoning then just tasting plain. Overall i would come back again bc i really enjoyed my experience, and i can’t wait to try more of their food items!

Great spot for vegan food in the OKC area. Humble and quaint eatery with plenty of outdoor seating. I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich which was oh so good! Fries perfectly with their house made soy chicken. Came with fries seasoned just right. Also tried the orange chicken bowl and was super tasty. Would definitely go again and try another menu item! Really good pricing on everything as well.

Loooove this place. I stopped in on a whim looking for some good vegan/vegetarian eats and was not disappointed. I ordered the vegan nachos with a lavender lemonade and they were incredible. The cookie sandwich was to die for. I also really appreciate the inclusivity stickers on the window and the eco-friendly packaging. Definitely will be back!

Great twist on macaroni and the staff was friendly. My only issue is that they fry some of their food in soybean oil. New research shows soybean oil not only leads to obesity and diabetes, but could also affect neurological conditions like autism, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety, and depression. As a master reviewer, I really want to give The Loaded Bowl 5 stars.

Amazingly tasty food that just happens to be vegan! Been eating at all the vegan places from here to California and this has been the best by far. Vegan food doesn't have to be bland and it doesn't have to be unhealthy to be good. Had the Mac and cheese (very good), the chicken melt bowl (was that pickled squash or something?!), and the orange chicken bowl (indistinguishable from non-vegan). Got the small size for each and it was more than enough, the portions are BIG.

Got takeout while passing through town on a road trip. Often plant based restaurants under-season their food, but the flavors were delicious. Portions were big - I was full before eating 1/3 of my food. Nice people, easy to find location. Highly recommend!

Best vegan food in the world - or at least my wife says it is the best vegan food she has ever had (and I can only agree with her). On a road trip we stopped at a hotel in Oaklahoma City and I began the task of figuring out what to eat for dinner. I found The Loaded Bowl, studied the menu and was pleased to see that they could deliver to our hotel. We ordered the Chicken Melt and a Bacon Cheeseburger Wrap. The wrap comes with a side of cashew mac and cheese. Both items were great! In addition, the meal arrived way ahead of schedule when it was left at our hotel room door in about 20 minutes! The food is so good that I might just move to Oaklahoma City!

Very delicious vegan food. Plenty of outdoor seating nearby. They don't have a bathroom, but was told by staff we can utilize nearby establishment's bathrooms. Would definitely visit again if I'm in OKC area!

Some of THE BEST lasagna I have ever had in my life. Cool location, great for a bite to eat after going to the antique mall. The orange chicken has just the right amount of spice and even the plain broccoli was delicious.

Came here in the afternoon and WOW! Brilliant. The food was so bright and flavorful! Made me so happy! Very filling with a nice area! Unfortunately indoor seating is closed due to Covid but plenty of outdoor seating! Great place to come on a date or with some friends!

Heads up there isn't a place for you to eat your food as in tables. You could sit on one of the little chairs but it wouldnt be comfortable. Its not a place to come enjoy the atmosphere, more like a to-go dinning. I would recommend calling and ordering it before you go so you don't have to wait. I got the nachos I was a little hesitant on the "cashew cheese" considering I don't like cashews but it wasn't too bad, it didn't taste like cashews. You can pick from either a "regular" or "loaded" size but i just got the regular and it was enough for me. I wish there was a little more meat but overall it was tasty and it has some spicy parts. Don't let the picture fool you I was kind of rough handling it but the Ingredients were fresh the chips were crunchy I ate the whole thing. Kinda wish they would have put more than a teaspoon of guac but hey I could of asked for extra. I was looking for a healthy place for lunch and I found it, I'll be coming back to try more of their menu.

I am by no means vegan and had no idea this restaurant was vegan before eating there. I order the sesame chicken rice bowl and it was really good. I decided to look up the restaurant since the label said conscious comfort food and see exactly what they meant by conscious, and to my surprise the meat I just ate was vegan and I literally had no idea!!! I’m so blown away by how well executed that was I will definitely be back!

At first I wasn’t sure what to think or expect. I just knew I was hungry. My wife is vegan I’m more of a meat and potatoes person. HOWEVER I got the orange chicken. And I can’t even think of a word to describe how delicious it was. They also have some pretty amazing desserts. Like a no bake ball. That was fantastic. I’m a big guy and it’s filling.

I love going to the Loaded Bowl. Every time I’m in OKC I go here. It’s awesome to have good vegan food available. Loaded portion is huge! I eat a lot and I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. Great price for the amount of food you get. I thought about giving it 4 stars because I think the food is a bit under-seasoned. Maybe they do it to cater to the common person and want to let people season their food to their liking, but even the pasta tastes a bit like it was cooked in unseasoned water. I don’t think they should lose out on a perfect score for something I can fix with a salt packet or two, so please go support this eatery.

one of the best vegan places I have been to! even my non-vegan friends enjoy eating here! the menu is very versatile and the staff is friendly. a little bit on the pricy side, but the portions are huge and last at least 3 meals

The Loaded Bowl is always delicious. The broccoli teriyaki bowl is my favorite, cupcakes are always a win. They have some really unique cupcake flavors always worth trying. The "chicken" (actually mushrooms, I think) is better than the real thing. It absorbs all the sauce, and unlike meat has no fatty or gritty bits. 100% recommend!!

We ordered: Mac & Greens - 4/5 More gravy can make the mac more appealing. Layered Enchiladas- 5/5 One of the best dish I have tried. Can be one of the good option for vegetarian people out there. I have tried it for once and would definitely go ahead and try other options available in the menu. Worth a try!
