I had the fried catfish and garlic mashed potatoes with a sweet tea and I must say that everything was delicious. The catfish was full of flavor and not just salt it's some of the best I've had at a restaurant. The garlic mashed potatoes had just enough garlic the only thing about the potatoes is they were kind of cold. Even the hush puppies were crisp, but moist in the inside. The service was also good. They had a live band the McKee brothers tonight and I really enjoyed them. I will definitely be back 😋.

Enjoyed eating inside away from the heat. Ordered a bowl of finger food which included shrimp, calamari, fries, 1 crab cake, and side sauces. It was large enough for 3 people. We also had the gumbo soup. Just a little salty, but I just add some water from my cup and it was good to go! It’s likely the salt from the sausages - which was delicious. We finished it anyway! The New Orleans Nectar tasted amazing :) Thank you for the great experience!

Great experience this evening. The crawfish queso was soo good! For the main course we decided on the shrimp & grits and filet with lobster tail. Both of our entrees were very good! I would definitely recommend this place and we will return the next time we are visiting bricktown. One last thing sit outside on the canal. The ducks are very friendly and like to hang out with you!

This place was the cherry on top as far as the ending my day here. Sitting outside on the river walk, with a drink and DELICIOUS food, you just can't beat it! It has both the ambience AND the good food. The crab dip here was the best I've had, way better than the one at Crabtown (sorry!). The fried coconut shrimp, the Louisiana Shrimp and grits, and the Mac and cheese for my kid, everything was on point! Oh and I loved the New Orleans Nectar!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 4th anniversary here I love Southern food and when I came across this place on the web, we had to try it. It definitely did not disappoint! Service was prompt, and polite. Kept our drinks full and made sure we had what we needed. The atmosphere was so chill and the food was phenomenal!!! A huge plus was getting to see and hear the live band!! We recommend getting a reservation but still its a new favorite of ours in OKC and will definitely recommend it to our friends here in SW Kansas !

I ordered the seafood saute and it was great. Vegetables were perfectly cooked and the seafood was delicious. Servers were friendly and prompt to refill our water or make sure that we had everything we needed. Spot by the water was nice but there was no umbrella at the table so one of us had the sun in our face the whole time. You may want to bring a hat or sunglasses.

If you like Cajun food you will like this place. They have a wide variety of southern food like blackened catfish, fried alligator bites, etufe and other comfort food dishes. They have a nice fully stacked bar and the restaurant sits on tje water canal that runs through OKC. It's a fun place to visit although they are little pricey hence my 4 star rating. Great place.

Food is amazing! Would recommend for people that like a medium-mild amount of spice. If your not keen on spice then you can order the food without it. Loved the Spinach Artichoke Dip as well (forgot to take a photo of it, sorry).

We had a big party - over 40 - and the Bourbon St Cafe crew crushed it! Rachel and Melody did great work as our servers, the food was amazing! I had the New Orleans Style Fettuccine Alfredo, - I’m thinking of moving in to an apartment next door, just to be close to the food. They ROCK!!

Really cool outdoor seating right next to the Bricktown river. The outdoor seating area has heating lamps above that make you feel warm even if it is a bit chilly outside. I loved the music and the atmosphere. Service was a bit slow. Faith was an excellent server. She recommended the Black Magic Catfish and it was wonderful. A bit expensive, but the food was very good.

I would have double check with my server name. Thank you so much Cami if I have heard correctly. I asked server to surprised us with any meal that is tasty and popular. We got a seafood trey and forgot to ask the name of the meal but it was very delicious. Don’t forget to try Alligator bites they have as a appetizer in the menu. We tried fried alligator bites that came with sauce was so tasty. Making plan to come back with friends.

Visiting the Bourbon Street Cafe for our New Year's Eve dinner was a great choice. I had the crab stuffed lobster tail and it was wonderful. My brother had the prime rib and I was salivating over that as well. We had a great meal. Midway through the chef made the rounds to check with tables how their meals were. We had a nice conversation about the menu. I asked about getting some Jambalaya on the menu and the chef mentioned he was exploring the possibility. Again, it was a great meal.

Very nice atmosphere however… when ordering a steak we had to flag someone down for a steak knife. The waitress “warned” us that the medium rare is more pink. The steak was burnt and rare on the inside. Iceberg lettuce for a majority or the seafood salad. **Forgot to mention I went to the bar to order a drink as we couldn’t locate our sever. She said great! Terrible. I was so excited to come here based off of other reviews. We won’t come back and hope others have a better experience.

The food is absolutely awesome, and the portions of their appetizers are generous enough for two. The staff is incredibly nice and caring, making your dining experience all the more enjoyable. The ambience is perfect, especially when you can snag a seat by the river.

Great service in a cool Louisiana style atmosphere. The seafood saute burst with flavor. The real showstopper is the bread pudding. I am confident the cream sauce was forged in heaven.

The food is fine but not special. Our server today was…flighty. Lacking situational awareness. The location is great, but I would wish they did not try to reinvent things - for example today - boudin balls with a Parmesan cream sauce and a tomato sauce. The boudin balls were, the presentation just weird

First and foremost, the food was delicious! I had blackened salmon on mashed potatoes and it was incredible... I don't normally eat mashed potatoes, but I eat a lot of salmon and both were amazing. We had the alligator bites and calamari as appetizers, both were good. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic! Our server was a gentleman named Aspen (?)... I could be wrong but I know it was the name of a popular ski location... Anyway, top notch service! He was prompt and totally took care of us, but did not hover. Ambiance was typical bar/pub but it sits on the canal, so I'm sure it's amazing in the spring/summer to sit on the water. For the food and service alone, I will be back when I return to Oklahoma City.

The shrimp and grits were so good I think my spirit left my body for the entirety of the meal. Everyone was very kind and all the food I got to try was fabulous. Be mindful that it might be tricky to park especially if you come on a weekend!

We sat outside and got the shareable size hurricane and the Calamari and both were amazing. Music was playing outside and it was nice to sit by the water and listen. It was not as loud and busy as the place across the canal but that made it better for us. A bit pricey but everything in bricktown seems to be.

The wait was 45 minutes, but our waiter was great. The food was delicious. We ate outside and enjoyed the scenery. There was a live band inside that was playing jazz. The guys riding motorcycles up and down the street were annoying. There were fireworks up the street and my hubby a veteran, first though it was gun fire. He quickly calmed down. They could post signs or something like enjoy the nightly fireworks at such and such a time.

Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday Evening. Was less crowded than expected. Started off with half shell oysters - which were very fresh and of quality. Followed by cocktails - a hurricane and a cucumber chiller. For Dinner we ordered The Blackened Salmon with Asparagus and Mashed potatoes. As well as the New Orleans Fettuccine Alfredo w Crawfish. Was very well done - service was excellent!

What a fantastic atmosphere. We ate supper right at canal side. Food was great but our server, Faith, was outstanding. If we are ever back in Oklahoma City, we will dine there again.

The service was amazing. Our food and drinks were delicious! I loved the band that was playing the Saturday we went. It really set the mood and made for an enjoyable time. We ordered the crab dip, chicken bon ton and the seafood saute.

5 star rating for this restaurant but the waiter gets a 3 star rating, lol. The food was beautifully well made, the gator bites are simply the best appetizers I ever ate. The menu is simple with one side of the menu focused on drinks. Which I did have, lol. Wait time for the food was worth it but it was busy tonight. Live band performance. OK now for the waiter, he seemed like a OK fella and compared closely to a Pauly shore. Maybe he was busy but would not make small talk. I like to speak to whoever is serving me to get a feel out what kind of person I am dealing with. If I do come back again, I probably will ask for a different waiter. Other than that, great food experience and cheerful atmosphere.

Food was amazing, drunks were strong and taste. Overall a great experience! Can't wait to go back!

Steak was decent and def tasty! Was it worth almost $30? Meh, but it was a vibe and in the heart of Bricktown by the canal can't complain. I def suggest you sit outside by the canal it was a bit hot in the enclosed patio. I would go again but only of I can get a spot outside, limited outdoor seating + some tables are for 6 or more people and you can't sit there with just 3 people.

This place was recommended to me by the front desk at the Hilton express I stayed at. I can't begin to tell you how good the food was. Even the hush puppies were tasty and not dry like at a lot of places. I got the black magic catfish and had them put the Bon Ton sauce on it. Delicious!

Great service. Nice atmosphere as we sat in the enclosed, heated patio with a view of the canal.

Place was decent but missed great. * Staff was 5 star * Drinks were great * Food was a 3.5 The restaurant was swamped when we came in. We opted to sit in the bar while we waited. Bar staff was fantastic. Good people, working hard. Great drinks. Made it to the table in about 35 minutes, no complaints. Our waiter was great too. Good guy, worked hard. He even admitted he was new but we didn't notice. Appetizer was the broiled oysters. Fairly pricy for 6 but they were delicious. Food was a bit of a miss. I ordered the Seafood Saute, my wife had the Pontchatrain Porkchops. Mine was fantastic, her porkchops were WAY overcooked. She was able to some of them but certainly not worth the $22 price tag. She ended up eating off my plate too. Overall not a bad visit. The staff kept this at 4 stars. Based on the food it would have been 3.5.

Wonderful Cajun restaurant on the canal. Fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Service was impeccable. Had the Alligator Bites, Blackened Shrimp and the Chicken Bon Ton. Also had a Voodoo Punch and a Bourbon Street Hurricane. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Sat outside as the sun was going down.

1 of my favorite places to eat!! I have forever been going to this place for their blackened chicken fettuccine! Perfect with extra Cajun seasoning. Service is always great and the patio views are so nice. The chicken bon ton is amazing too!
