My
husband
and
i
went
here
for
our
wedding
anniversary.
The
atmosphere
was
classic
and
elegant.
Our
reservations
were
for
8pm
and
It
was
very
low
lighting
so
it
was
incredibly
romantic.
The
staff
was
incredibly
friendly
too!
We
started
off
with
the
beef
tartare.
It
was
our
favorite
part
of
the
meal!
It
was
perfectly
seasoned.
It
was
just
acidic
enough,
and
the
salt
on
the
house
made
chips
that
came
with
it
was
the
perfect
pairing!
We
then
had
the
wedge
salad
and
the
valley
salad.
Both
were
excellent,
though
we
were
a
bit
disappointed
because
we
wanted
to
try
the
mussels
but
they
were
out.
The
valley
salad
was
fresh,
the
vingarette
was
paired
well
with
the
goat
cheese,
pickled
beets,
and
I
think
pistachios.
I
would
have
liked
more
beets
on
it
though.
The
valley
salad
was
a
beautiful
harmony
of
flavors.
The
bacon
was
so
thick
and
smoky,
the
blue
cheese
was
the
cherry
on
top!
Then
my
husband
got
the
filet
mignon.
The
sear
and
the
cook
(med
rare)
was
on
point.
But
it
was
incredibly
salty!
We
are
salt
lovers?
It
takes
waaaay
too
much
salt
for
me
to
say
that
something
is
too
salt.
It's
a
very
rare
occurrence
that
anything
is
ever
too
salty
for
me
or
my
husband
but
this
was
one
of
those
instances.
Our
server
took
it
off
our
ticket
without
hesitation,
which
was
incredibly
kind
and
helpful.
I
got
the
duck.
The
fat
on
the
duck
was
not
rendered
nearly
enough,
I
like
duck
med
rare
but
this
seemed
a
little
more
raw.
The
grits
were
wonderful
though!
And
so
were
our
cocktails!
My
husband
got
the
Japanese
house
and
I
got
the
lavender
marriage!
We
loved
our
experience
and
we
do
plan
on
going
back!
