    I still remember being the first 100 guests when this location opened and my friends and I had a wonderful experience camping overnight on site. The store used the opportunity to train their staff in all areas of operation; from drive-thru to in store service, which I thought is a great idea. Fast forward to now, the food is nothing to write home about but their service remains top notch, which makes the dining experience a whole world of difference.

    Thank you guys so much, for this uncooked biscuit. It was literally still dough. After making me wait far too long as everyone else was getting their food. You guys are absolutely disgusting for serving this trash.

    Thank you for the welcome, Oklahoma city! As my around the nation trip continues, Chick fil a consistently provides me with delicious and affordable meals, served with lots of TLC. This location was no exception. I arrived, chose a table, and within minutes my order arrived fresh, hot and succulent. Restrooms were clean, plenty of parking available, and overall I would rate this a perfect dining experience.

    Above and beyond the obvious efficiency this Chick-fil-a has the nicest employees. Management must be doing something right because they all act like they genuinely love what they do and it’s great to see them having fun while providing exceptional customer service. Great job!

    You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Their food always hits the right spot. We ordered thru their app. The app was easy to use, and it can easily manage your gift card balance and rewards. We decided to pick up our order inside, and we had to wait unusually long time for a simple order. We stood at the pick up area for a bit, until someone had to ask us whether we had been helped. One way to avoid this experience is to have a screen at the front showing online order status for pickup, that way the customer are not wondering if their order is being worked on, or being completely skipped. Overall, we enjoyed their food, and the place looks pretty clean.

    The 1 time in many years Chick-fil-A made a mistake, I ordered a chicken, egg & cheese biscuit breakfast combo but somehow got a bacon, egg & chz biscuit. They fixed it asap & let me keep the mistake biscuit. As always Amazing, friendly & super fast service! Plus I must say management is Amazing here, they work just as hard if not as much as employees & we all know you can't say that about too many places. The employees are a beautiful reflection of their management! 👍🏽👍🏽

    This place is fast. The line looked long but got in and out so quick, I was very surprised and pleased. So happy they don't charge for extra sauces. The staff is always cheerful. Thanks team!😁

    it used to be good untill i would find hair in my food that is disgusting they need to do better and start wearing hairnets i cant enjoy my food that i paid for 👎🏼

    It was a great experience, their services was good and efficient. They took my order for five person and within three minutes I was good to go. Also, I will recommend someone to try frozen lemonade during this hot weather.

    So I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. My order was half correct. I didn’t get strips, I got nuggets. I’m not upset, because I like Chick-fil-A. However, I wish my order was correct. Just fyi!

    Ordered online. I picked up my order only to find part of it was missing when I got home. When I called it in, the guy who answered knew it was me because he said my name unprompted. He then said "I realized we forgot part of your order right after you left." And yet he didn't bother to call me (my phone nunber was included in the online order). Best he could do was remake the item if I came back (losing another 20 minutes beats the point of fast food) or I call corporate. If you call corporate, they will not give you a refund. They just credit you for the messed up item(s). Why would I want to waste an hour waiting for someone to pick up, just to get a $5.00 coupon for a place I never want to go back to? I waited for about ten minutes with corporate and realized I was ruining my evening for no reason. This company needs to get on par with other fast food chains when it comes to refunds.

    I went there on my lunch break. I ordered chicken noodle soup,a fry no salt and a large iced tea. I got my order went back to work. They gave me the wrong type of soup and tea wasn't fresh. I took the food back. It took a long time to get my order replaced. The Fry's where so over fried I couldn't eat them and the tea still wasn't fresh. I will not return to that Chick-fil-A.

    I tried the new pimento cheese sandwich and it's delicious. Great addition to the menu. Also, had a sweet gal asked if we wanted a refill and offered to take our trays. Atmosphere is laid back and we enjoyed some good conversation.

    We don't normally dine in, but we did to kill some time, and we had a very pleasant experience. Everything from the bathrooms to the restaurant floor was clean. The service was impeccable as usual. They set a high standard, and I appreciate it.

    Went to Chick-fil-A today at approximately 5 o’clock. The little girl cannot seem to get her order right she tapped her credit card, handed it back to us and then we proceeded on. We got almost to the window. Some guy tells me we didn’t pay for it. I told her yes we did. She tapped her credit card And handed it back to us and he says it shows you didn’t pay well that’s fine I majorly check my checking account sure enough it didn’t come through but the fact remains. Why didn’t she tell us that why didn’t she just simply state I can’t get it to tap and why didn’t she just insert the credit card into the credit card reader duh And then they offer no ketchup no condiments, no napkins or service I’ve ever headed to Chick-fil-A

    Never thought I would leave a bad review of a Chick-fil-A. I had a really bad experience twice regarding rude employees and cold food. My chicken sandwich tasted stale and the coke was straight syrup. When I asked for an exchange they granted it - but then forgot the order and took 40 minutes to get it. I just causally asked the front of there was an issue or something and it she said they’re just really busy and I need to wait like everyone else. If I order 100 times and the food gets wrong once or twice I don’t care But to be mishandled by several employees is rough

    Staff was friendly Is patient, consistent. Helpful and did I say patient. When I got home with my food was still hot. No need to reheat. Improved to above chick fil a standard thank you to the staff. Runs like a well oiled engine. Keep up the great work. Kudos 👏

    I was very disappointed in my order today. I visit this location at least 1-2 times a week and am normally content with my order. Today, I ordered my usual breakfast choice, Hash Brown Scramble. The bowl wasn't even half full.... I had about 3 - 4 hash brows and what looked like maybe 2 nuggets cut up, even the amount of egg was less than what I'm use to getting.

    Had a great experience. I’m loving the mobile ordering and jus scan my phone to the table and it’s already being made. Love it. I don’t like the sauce offer to “buy” enough people get your product without sauce and the price of sauce is included in each purchase. Stop trying to Nicole and dime. I’m concerned this is going to go in a corporate direction now that the original owner has unfortunately passed on.

    Got my order wrong twice, ended up giving me the wrong food, a dessert item, not a chicken biscuit. Didn’t give me sauce for hash browns. Didn’t include a stir stick for hot coffee. Pleasant as always, though, even in the cold weather. It’s expensive, so I’d appreciate greater attention to detail, as certain things make it not worth the money.

    This Chick-Fil-A has the drive through down to a science. They get everyone in and out so fast and the food is always fresh! And of course, they all have the best attitudes. My go-to breakfast on the go.

    I ordered two-4ct Chick n Minis in Drive Thru but I got only one. They just billed me for one which is a good part But… Also the drive thru was not as good as other Chick Fila locations. There was only one person taking care of the orders in the busy hour.

    PERFECT!!! Thank you for the perfect experience. Outstanding guest service as everyone went above and beyond our expectations. The cleanest restaurant I have seen since I have moved out here to Oklahoma. There was even fresh carnations on each table, PERFECT, Beautiful!!! Food was hot, fresh, and PERFECT!!!!!

    One of the slower locations I've visited but with chic-fil-a that still means faster than any other fast food place. Good chicken. Good fries. Nuggets leave something to be desired on my last couple visits.

    Chick fil a customer service is going downhill fast. I ordered a meal through door dash as a convenience because I could not leave work. Only to get a salad with no dressing. So I had to wait and go back up there just to get dressing and was basically told it was my fault for using door dash and I should use their delivery service next time. Awful customer service!

    This place has been going down hill fast the drive thru is probably the worse I’ve seen the management needs to figure it out or get someone higher up involved i went last week and my wife had ordered the food online so all we had to do is pick it up….. it took them 25 minutes to get my order and today the same thing they always say “ sorry sir we can’t find the order” after showing them the order…. Explain that one to me! I’m not sure how you “” lose an order”
