H.C. Schilling Park

Tourist attraction Park City park

👍 Skatepark is designed a little backwards, no flow and weird obstacles. It's empty all the time so that's nice and if you are creative enough it's a ton of fun. Splash pad for the kids, a couple really nice basketball courts and a paved track for running laps. All around a pretty fun little park. People often mention park,

My son comes here to hoop and play ball on Saturdays with other teens. It has been a good experience for him to branch out and meet other like minded kids like him! I wish this program was in Edmond! But I definitely support it, nonetheless. If your kid is a teen, 13-17, like to play basketball and be active, you can bring them to the recreational center here in Saturdays between 11am and 4pm. Ive Ben taking my son a couple times a month and he loves it!

Great clean park. It was a great place to meet up with community partners and volunteers alike for the national Sound the Alarm campaign that is led by the American Red Cross. This campaign has saved over 500 lives nations wide. Park was clean. Accessible, safe, and up to date. Kudos to Oklahoma Coty’s pars and recreation department for all that they do- this park (like many other city parks in Oklahoma City) was top notch.

Nice park. Children are likely to love the water park and or playground area. Has a bmx skateboard rollerblading area. Equipped for all park going hobbies. Also has a walking track, baseball diamond and basketball court. Rec center as well. Great place to be!

Was clean and not very busy when I found it... the biggest problem I'm finding with skateparks around here is that the small ones really just need one feature at the low end that keeps momentum high. The snowplow shaped quarter pipe would be better on the low side. Not a lot of places to take the energy if you drop in there.

My 3 year old liked better than the other splash parks. He doesn't like water spraying in his face and at this park the water jets were lower or they didn't spray at his head level.. also there is abundant parking and not so many people

Not much to say as I was only there for about an hour while my son's football team had their scrimmage but the grounds were kept clean and they do not have a portable potty

One thing I like about Oklahoma City, is that it has lots of parks. Big parks small Parks medium-sized Parks Parks everywhere. This is not your biggest park, nor does it have the nicest amenities, but still it is a place in the city to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and spend a few moments decompressing and connecting Back To Nature.
