DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS, ALL LIES!!!!! Edit.....Front desk was aware and offered no assistance, see rude emoloyee comment below. This place is DISGUSTING. Had to change our own sheets and blanket cuz there was BLOOD, yes blood all over one bed. Then the sheets felt wet and had to change the other bed too. Roaches all over the bathroom and room. Go for breakfast or what they call breakfast I guess and ants were everywhere. On top of all this the employees were rude, all of them. I have stayed at a few comfort inns and this was more like a roach motel from hell. I will NEVER stay here again and will tell everyone not to either. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Disruption with yelling, lobby front door glass breakage at about 4am. Television broken. Dangerous sharp bracket on interior of bathroom door, caused laceration to forearm. Location seems questionable as to safety. One of the worst Comfort Inn experiences yet. Do not recommend to anyone. Staff was nice and courteous though.

the staff there was being nice, hotel was in a decent shape, but this would have been a higher rating, had it not been for the disturbing experience during breakfast. As my wife was preparing the meal with my 9yo son, an man was wondering around between the other guests talking to them at random, when it was clear they wanted to mind their own business. The man continued to not respect the privacy of others. He then approached my son, and began to ask him questions, talking about his shirt. My wife told him to focus on eating, and the guy still tried to keep talking to my son. Finally, he left, and went to to snack wall; he picked up a drink, and consumed it without paying. As time went on, this was not the only isolated incident. Myself later came with our 7yo daughter, and had an almost similar experience; he did not want to be any further than a few feet from her the entire time he ate breakfast. My wife approached the receptionist to discuss this. Come to find out, some of these awkward people in the breakfast lobby weren't even paying guests, and were either just let in off the street, or were acquaintances of the receptionist! If these were paying guests, it would be bad enough, but these people just came in off the street, and were harassing paying guests trying to enjoy a morning meal. Not only was it disturbing, but this could easily have been a safety issue if tempers flared from these interactions. We did receive an email from a manager that said she would call the following morning to further discuss the details, but as of yet, there has been no phone call.

No one at front desk most of the time. One star only because I had to. Wifi was non-existent. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Noisy doors, noisy neighbors slamming doors at all hours. Interesting characters just hanging out in lobby chairs. The last night there the people in neighboring rooms were yelling in the hallway for an extended period of time at 1:45am. Then doors were slamming every 10 minutes until 4am. Asked to speak with the manager “Nancy”. She has never called me back and it’s three days after leaving now.

Booked two nights only stayed one which was a full blessing in disguise. Although the employees were nice this Place was so Understaffed having stained bed sheets with mediocre breakfast... I should have examined the pool area prior to booking.. checking-in and way before I allowed anyone to swim, that is my fault. However  My baby's Sweet 16 bday party was shot to HELL. MY CHILDREN and her friends were already in that SEWER WATER bout time I made it down to take a swim. I looked at the wall spoke with my oldest daughter and we began examining the filth  it was pure disgusting. I decided to get into THIS contaminated water AS My birthday girl her friends and family did. SMH This Indoor LAKE leaves your body with a greasy residue it actually cruds rubbing your hands together after drying off. LIKE wall to wall dead skin cells scum grime and dirt straight oily. It even had writing carved into it in some area's. The manager I spoke to while checking out said she had the pool vacuumed & CLEANED.. I said it really needs to be shut down until further notice The pool needs drained scrubbed and disinfected. ...She continued  trying to convince Mi' that the possible infectious water was clean.. although..while I was in it..🤮....You could barely smell the chlorine . There's no pool pics  no memory of her PARTY while swimming at all... and this NASTY  POOL WAS THE REASON There isn't NO WAY i240 Comfort inn is a 4 star establishment as of September 2022 Simply IMPOSSIBLE🤮

Several cockroaches found in my room and my floor smelled like cigarette smoke. How does this hotel have 4 stars on google? There is a lack of quality care and oversight on this property. It wasn't nice to have to ignore the disrepair and didn't feel clean. I'm looking at the hotel's replies to reviews: A year ago someone else complained about bugs and they replied that it was an isolated incident... 7 months ago the hotel replied it is "diligently" making repairs but to date.... letters scraped off signs, chunks out of the floors, bathroom vents clogged with dust, veneer wall boards falling off the inside of the elevator, the pools looks like something is floating on top of the water, and the tape on the corner of the walls is peeling off. As for the roaches they were large and small. I would never suggest anyone stay here.

Stand up rooms. Comfortable beds high raised beds. Fluffy pillows. A real breakfast every morning during certain times. A really nice decent deal 🤝

Not a very clean looking place. First off, the location is filled with homeless people. So they lock their doors around 6pm. Which tells me my car outside could be in danger. Check in was a breeze and straight forward. Got into my first room only to be called back to the desk because the room I was put in had a water leak in the closet. Got the second room and had to use the elevator. The elevator was all torn up with panels missing. Got to the room and turned the air down because it was stuffy. Well after a few hours of the air conditioner on the room was not any cooler. The filters had dust caked on. It was terrible.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee maker was missing the pot. There is a snack pantry in the lobby. A hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, and sausage), along with the normal continental breakfast offerings, is served from 0600-0900. There are numerous eateries within walking distance. Easy access to I-240.

Area is kinda sketch, but the people who checked us in and out were really nice. They got a nice little snack area with Blue Bunny ice cream. I really wanted some but fell asleep shortly after checking in. The room was pretty clean and I didn't have any problems with bugs.

Great place for travelers to visit. Various restaurants, bars and places to shop in the area with easy highway access. The hotel itself is very accommodating with multiple amenities such as a pool, gym, full breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff. They also have a little market for missed necessities and snacks.. The rooms are kept very clean and I love the added security with locked entry and cameras.

They triple charged my room. They charged my card over $500. The front desk wasn't trained. They didn't know how to reimburse me. When I called the manager, she made excuses and I still haven't received my money.

Got a room that was missing the couch in the picture. Got a room with a large advertising light shining in all night. The lovely check in girls in the front had great big hearts to let in the homeless at night. On my check out there was a dude slobbering all over a breakfast table that would be used for breakfast an hour later. People walked aimlessly outside all hours of the night in that location. The pool is frankly dirty. Never will I use this place again.

Price and comfort of the room were good but cleanliness needs improvement. There was no tv remote in our room and as we were looking everywhere for it we found some items and trash that shouldn't have been there. Plus the coffeemaker still had old coffee grounds in it.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The main thing I disagreed with was the deposit. I reserved the room with choice. They ran my card anyway and charged a $50.00 deposit without telling me they were going to do it. Just communicate with me. After all, it is my money you are putting a hold on. They told me when I checked out the deposit would be released. It took a week.

The hotel room is all right, the mattresses were comfy. However the pillows were lumpy and it was hard to get to sleep on them, but otherwise everything was good

It was a very significant, beautiful, and clean swimming area. Breakfast was super, everything you want we blocked two rooms, one of our rooms was very clean so on chalk out we got 10% off for both rooms. I recommend

In town for a funeral. Stayed 3 days. I booked a king bed room online. Their system had me in a double queen room. They corrected the error with no problem. Did not use the pool. It appeared to be ok. Breakfast had adequate choices. Maybe above average for this type of hotel. It is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 2. Room was clean. Everything worked. There was a $50 deposit put on my card. That is standard if paying with cash. Kind of odd for card payment. Reimbursement was received when I checked out. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I had a cataract procedure scheduled and opted to stay near the surgery center and use a medical transport service and have a place to park my car. This Comfort Inn was close, had good rates, was near to restaurants and the reviews were good so I stayed there. The front desk lady was super nice and accommodating when I told her what my plans were. I have another procedure in 2 weeks and will stay there again!

For starters I’m not one to leave reviews but felt this was my last resort to hold this hotel accountable. I will say the Front desk was friendly, but hotel is in need of maintenance and cleaning.. the basics such as the toilet and sheets were clean but the floors walls and other surface could only be described as grimy. The most uncomfortable stay I’ve had at any choice hotel. I will be eating the cost of my future reservation as I will not have my family stay here again. As a platinum, nearly diamond member, I booked this hotel on on the app going to and from visiting family because I pre paid the return trip the hotel tells me there is nothing they can do and to cancel and I must call choice support. After a 1 hour calls with choice whom left a message with the manager to cancel it was left unresolved.. I called choice again to follow up..this time they called the hotel manager… they said because the hotel did not file the initial complaint there was nothing they can do. All this over a $98 stay… either a management issue or policy issue… most likely both.. now the way forward is to have me come out of pocket for another stay at which point choice will issue points for another future stay… not sure the loyalty membership means much to choice
