First, the location is great. That being said... AVOID THIS HOTEL. After reading through other reviews given recently, it appears that some of the issues I experienced have been shared by others, indicating a problem with this location... OKC Marriott downtown is an overpriced, mismanaged mess. Be ready to do your own housekeeping! I can overlook a few things, but for $300 a night, you expect to not have to get your own clean bedding when you arrive, and to not have to refill the broken and empty shampoo dispensers yourself, or wipe the hair off the toilet...or clean the sticky goo off your kid when he sets in a chair...or pick up the pile of cigarette butts and soda bottles off the balcony when you arrive. You'd also expect housekeeping to show up at least once on a multi-day trip. Not here!!! I'll have to go back downstairs again this morning for clean washcloths and towels, because this place is all self-service. The trips started shortly after I arrived, as we had to get clean sheets even then! Stay on a lower floor at least, because you'll have to make frequent trips to the front desk to fix issues. Oh, and you'll pay for 4 people, and get breakfast vouchers for half of your party, then pay $19 a person to make up the difference. When a corporation's theory is to maximize profits by cutting staff & paying employees low wages, the result is lower standards of quality. It's obvious that is what has happened here. Highly recommend that you STAY ELSEWHERE, or you'll be like us, and leave with a bad memory of an overpriced shoddy hotel stay that my family will never forget. I wasted my hard earned money on a family vacation that Marriott ruined with bad memories. I'll be contacting the corporate office about this horrid experience. Edit: Added another photo of the soap dispensers (1 of 3 left standing now) , after another one in the shower just fell off the wall and woke up my family when it crashed to the floor. Unbelievable. I'd scream into a towel, but there are no clean ones left.

My brother and I arrived the evening of July 4 at the Courtyard Marriott in Oklahoma City from Texas as we made our way up to Manhattan, Kansas. After a wonderful night of sleep In the comfort of the hotel, we were greeted in the morning by Ellie Burgess (front desk concierge), Gwen and Mel (food preparers) who all worked so diligently to care for us as we prepared to continue our trip up north. They were very professional and very friendly to us. The food was awesome. They made our day!

This was the first time my family and I visited this location but we have been to plenty of other locations all over and this was by far the best experience! I was more than surprised by the hospitality and overall very good customer service. I can't express how much it means to have great customer service these days seems that is hard to come by. I will definitely be back when I visit OKC.

The only complaints I have is that the bar server was pretty rude to us. we showed up 25 minutes before the bar closed just wanting a drink. We could tell immediately she didn't want to be bothered with serving us. I understand it's close to closing, but we are paying customers. The valet staff is great though. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and an amazing view. The heater for the pool was not working so the pool wasn't usable. Make sure you include breakfast on your room reservation otherwise you will have to pay $19 per person for their breakfast.

This hotel was very nice! I loved everything about it. It was clean and up kept very well. We came pretty late and the gentleman that worked night audit was very nice and helpful. I wish I knew his name because he helped us out due to us traveling and needing a place to just lay our heads for a few hours. The rooms are nice, spacious, and the decor was so cute. The breakfast is hot but it's a grab and go which I like due to covid it minimizes contact with others.

Do not book here online. Call the hotel. It's cheaper that way and you can have all of your questions answered directly. The location shares the parking garage with the stadium. It's a 5 minute walk or less to great entertainment. The down side was the building was aged. The lack of air conditioning in main areas made it a dreadful stay. The rooms were cool, but the elevator, hallways, lobby, and eating area were easily 85 or 90 degrees. I was going to complain but it seemed punishing to the staff as well. The company needs to fix that asap.

Completely different experience from the aloft hotel! I was greeted with a hello and smiling faces. My husband and I were not able to check in but the concierge helped us with putting our luggage in a safe place so we could go get food and a free bottle of water just in case we were thirsty. To be in an unknown state and city a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you πŸ™

I am a local who reserved a room for a staycation getaway for a birthday, the stay was not terrible but less than excellent. When we arrived we were told to swipe a credit card for incidentals, so I did. I was never told that I would be charged $25 dollars to park at a hotel that I already overpaid for considering the restaurant was not open for dinner and breakfast cost $19 dollars each. It wasn't until 3 days later when the charge posted to my account and I called to find out why I was charged and was informed of this outrageous parking cost. We were there a little over 12 hours. The parking garage was basically empty, no wonder why. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, both of us woke up and felt like we slept on a piece of plywood. The room was nice and clean. There are no vending options only $4 soda cans and $5 candy. Just not what I was expecting it to be at all. I definitely will not return to this hotel.

My original room was beyond filthy including a smeared hand print on my blind. When I said something to the front desk they moved me into a much cleaner room. There was no housekeeping for the duration of my stay. Most of the staff was friendly . The location was great and very walkable. The lounge felt dated and much of the decor was dated and stained.

Stayed here for a two week work trip and probably my best choice to stay here. Hotel staff so nice, restaurant and bar service immaculate, and rooms cozy and comfortable for a medium to long term stay. Hotel location is also a great deal: walking distance to Brick Town. Convenient highway access as well. Huge fan of the free laundry and fitness center access. Great amenities and services, will definitely be coming back here!

My birthday weekend. The hotel was beautiful and very accommodating. The room was so clean and well organized. It would be my choice every time. If you walk out the side door, you're at the Paycom Center.

This is a very nice Courtyard in a premium location. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. We checked in and went to the restaurant for an early dinner. It was a mistake. We had chips and salsa, Caesar salad, and chicken tenders with fries. All items were salted to the point where they were inedible. We didn't say anything to the bartender, but she didn't ask why we hadn't eaten anything. I really just didn't want to deal with complaining about it, so I just paid for it. The room was clean and comfortable.

I had a delightful stay at this Oklahoma City hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a great stop during my cross-country drive. What truly stood out was the restaurant bar where I had the pleasure of being served by William. His upbeat and phenomenal service created a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone there. It was wonderful to see people from all over the US happily sharing their stories. William deserves special recognition for his outstanding work.

Beautiful room with great views! Bartender was kind and attentive. Front desk at check in made fun of my accent which I did not appreciate :( The 150.00 pet deposit is outrageous, and may not conform to brand standards. And the food at the Bistro needed a LOT more salt. But overall the staff was friendly, the room was clean. Exactly what a Courtyard should be.

William at the bar was absolutely the best and the most wonderful person to interact with. He was fast, memorable, pleasant to talk to, remembered every face and drink, speedy service and really kept the bar and restaurant a float. Trey at the front desk jumped in to help William when the area was extremely busy, took amazing care of us and kept up with our requests. I would recommend 10/10!! Go visit them and tell them Sally sent you!!

Ellie is amazing! She took care of my family with such care and kindness. We felt comfortable, breakfast was delicious and our room is clean. The hotel was safe, clean and it was a positive experience. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Ellie!

Although there are a lot of positives about staying here in Oklahoma City, I want to especially thank William Couch who handled tonight’s bar and restaurant service. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and took the time to personally make sure each one here was satisfied. He recommended an excellent meal - salmon - and knew exactly how it would be prepared as well as making a great margarita. Marriott Bonvoy has a winner here - hope they are good enough business people to keep him.

Second time to stay at this location. We loved staying so close to paycom center and brick town. The entire staff was so kind Ellie and April at the front desk, to sweet Piper at the bar area. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Recommend this location 100%

Hotel is easy to get to from the highway and walking distance to several downtown restaurants and movie theater. Front staff was very nice and hotel was clean and quiet. We were able to sleep without hearing other guest doors slamming. Manager was friendly and out working with the staff. Very nice experience!!!

Rooms are way overpriced. Had to pay an extra $18 for the privilege of parking at the hotel that we already over paid for. Bar/lounge closed at 11pm. $19 dollars per person for breakfast!? One staff member was fairly rude, but the room was at least clean. Price gougers for sure though. Will definitely dodge this place in the future.

Hotel is nice and clean. The Starbucks in the lobby was never open when I went down to get a drink which did not bode well. The people in the bar area were great with good service very friendly. We were on the 8th floor and it is so obnoxiously loud outside with all the revving cars and engines and racing I was not expecting that. I wish I would have brought ear plugs if I ever stayed again I would have to make sure I brought those. Perfect spot for going out and walking around. We did most of our walking around during the day so I can't tell you what walking around the streets are at night. We were on the good side of the train overpass but I guess if you go more further to the other side it gets a little questionable but I think that just depends on how comfortable you are with the different walks of life that we all have to be prepared for when traveling. I never felt unsafe in any of the areas we walked around in.

Very friendly staff, especially the front desk. Great room accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Also close to bricktown area which has lots of activities, restaurants, etc. Would definitely return!

Probably the worst Courtyard I've stayed in. There's no exhaust in the toilet, the toilet seat is shaky, no hangers in the bathroom. There's a coffee machine but there's no water in the room, not to mention the coffee is super cheap quality and tastes horrible. Limited lights in the room which makes the room seem dark. Elevators are so slow and squeaky. I asked for an extra work chair and they said they can't provide any. And this is a suite we're talking about.

It's fine accomodations wise. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Their snack/sundries area was fairly lacking but the amenities seemed good such as the workout room and pool. Staff was friendly too. Only reason this could never be better than 3 stars for me is the location. It's literally 50 ft from a VERY active railroad. Trains literally come roaring through every few hours. Get a room on the other side of the property if possible. Additionally it's in a part of town (Bricktown) that is very active late at night and motorcyclist can be heard all evening rumbling through the street the hotel is on. Obviously this is out of the staff's control and they were all friendly. Rooms were nice too. Shower being very small would be my only gripe as far as the rooms. Bed was super comfortable.

Room was OK. Wish I was informed that the A/C was out. Cannot enjoy common areas at 90 degree heat. Wanted to get some drinks and eat food but had to take it to go and eat it in the room because of the heat. Not very enjoyable i usually enjoy hotel amenities but not here

The beds are really comfortable. The rooms were clean, no noisy neighbors despite how full the hotel was. Lobby area is beautiful and clean, smells good when you walk in. Great service. Location is perfect if you are going to bricktown or to a concert or game at the arena.

I Had to make several calls to security for noise. They allowed a party to go on in the room next door after I notified them. This kept my family up until almost 3 am Also the level of concern from the staff was nonchalant. Not very customer driven. Poorly managed and badly overpriced for the level of service I received.

Omg this was a excellent hotel from the location to the rooms to the hotel staff. From the moment we checked in,we were great by the front desk staff Keyawaunna! She was great. She helped up was good recommendations and let us know where to go in brick. And she was spot on. This has to be the best hotel in Okc. Whenever we come back we will definitely stay here.

Hotel was extremely nice. My only complaint was the road noise that went on until the early morning hours. Lots engines reviving and fast - loud driving past the street side of hotel. Also get the noise from the trains that go buy, but that was not near as bad as the road noise. On the good side, very close all the attractions in downtown / Bricktown. Almost everything is within walking distance. Hotel staff were great.

The hotel is very clean. It has a great view of down town. The hours are very accommodating to guests that are staying here. Everything was open at least to 11. Conrad was our bartender/server- he did a great job multitasking between the bar and the floor. He basically alone all night. Conrad deserves a raise! πŸ™‚
