Room and hotel were nice and clean. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I asked girl at front desk where I can park. She said 'just give your keys to valet. It's free. We used to charge but I guess now they have included it'. Those exact words. The next morning upon checking out I was asked to pay $50CAD for valet.... The girl at the front desk didn't know it wasn't free, but that they had now made it so valet is a separate company and you have to pay them separately. I spoke to the supervisor on duty, they were like well it's not us, we have just outsourced as of Thursday (so 3 days before I get there). They were very unhelpful. An extra $50 charge is not acceptable for something I was explicitly told was free. I wouldn't have minded to pay had I known, but just before getting to the lobby I was parked around the corner doe $5 all night. There needs to be better training and education of employees. Management can go back and watch lobby videos if they don't beleive me.

Great place to stay in Bricktown. We always like to park our car and walk or take street car everywhere. We parked on the street, for free. It's $32 with tax to park in the valet lot, other wise. Friday after 6 is free and so are weekends. This hotel is a block from the police station so we felt comfortable parking on street. The breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts. Has a pool but it wasn't heated. They charge your card $40 in case you drink the water in the room. Apparently we will get that charge taken off in a few days. There is an outside patio with a fire pit. We would stay here again. The pic shows their lot as opposed to where you can park for free on weekends.

Very clean and friendly hotel! Rooms are a little smaller than expected, but very comfortable beds and shower. Breakfast is the same daily, and several hot and cold options are available for a multiple-night stay. Perfect location to enjoy everything Bricktown has to offer! Parking about a block away was a little cheaper than the hotel's valet parking (recommend if you are walking everywhere like we did).

I stayed here for 2 nights in August 2023, and my overall experience was just "OK". There where some really good things and some really really bad things. I got a great rate through a 3rd party site, the desk clerks were fairly helpful, the room was HUGE, but not in the best condition. The couch was torn, there was NO shampoo, or soap of any kind in the room. I was shocked to hear they have NO housekeeping service on the weekends! Breakfast was amazing. But (not their fault) there is a STINCH of raw sewage outside every hotel in that area. It was absolutely disgusting! Not sure I'll ever stay in Bricktown again!

Very nice Hotel with friendly staff, from check-in to check-out the crew was amazing. Indoor heated pool was enjoyable, and a very cool❄️ and spacious room. Price was reasonable given the experience and upscaled rooms. View was amazing and breakfast was tasty. Police station was not even a block from the location which adds to the comfortability and security. Clubs and restaurants are within walking distance and if you need to go any further than walking they have options of electric scooters to rent just right outside on sidewalk. Great Place!! They also have meeting rooms that are spacious and available to rent out for parties, business meetings and banquet events.

The valet guy Bo was very nice and did great job! Thank you so much! The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. They have a mini fridge in the room, but the microwave is at the front desk (1st floor). The location was awesome! You don’t have to drive at all to go to various restaurants. All of restaurants around hotel were very good too. Highly recommend!

Had a great overnight stay! The room was spacious, and I got great sleep on the king bed. In the morning, a snow storm hit, and being from California I was completely unprepared. Clay the valet was incredibly helpful and scraped the ice off my windshield. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall experience 10/10. Crystal was very professional, and had a positive attitude while assisting me with parking. She even recommended a few good spots to eat at during my stay!! Great job Crystal keep it up !!!

I used the valet service at this hotel. First, I had such a great experience. Miss Crystal was very kind, professional, quick, and proficient. She provided superb service and was quick to assist and greet me with her warm welcoming smile. That first impression definitely made me feel comfortable with releasing my vehicle which I am not very often. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The staff and valet were very friendly. The facilities are excellent. The location is great, right in the heart of Bricktown. The rooms were great, although slightly smaller than expected. The only issue I had was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the fans didn’t work. $33/night for parking is worth it. You know your car is secure overnight and you don’t have to fight for parking or move your car/pay the meter at 8am before the city can ticket you.

Rooms are spacious, beds and Pillows comfortable, AC Γ  little difficult to get to desired temperature, room clean with exception of refrigerator had last persons food in it, nice large walkin shower with good water pressure, faucet and shower controls need to be tightened, desk and other lighting is good, plenty of outlets, good desk and chair, large couch. Only has shades so if you want it really dark it's not achievable. Nice staff, took a bit to get checked in but there was several people in line. Nice outdoor seating area and a large gym unusual for most hotels.

This hotel is beautiful! It smells clean, which is important. It has a nice bar on site. Lots I mean LOTS of hang out seating downstairs, much more than typical hotels. You pay $15 a day for parking across the street. The reason they charge is because the hotel leases the lot from a company. The only downside is that it's VERY loud on the weekends. You are downtown, if you're easily upset by noise at night this is not the hotel for you. I recommend and would stay here again.

Breakfast selection was amazing, hotel room was nice and their bartender made some great drinks. Also close to some great restaurants (tried Crabtown, it was good). Would stay here again my next time in OKC

This hotel was amongst the cleanest I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I may have missed it during booking, but I was taken by surprise that valet parking is $29/day + tax and tip or $10/day if you want to park a block away. A common experience we have is a room that can accommodate 6 only has towels for 3-4, but this was quickly remedied. The heated pool was ice cold, but the location made up for it.

Rooms are very nice. Unfortunately, the room I have has an intense vibration sound from the ice machines below. And the cell service is very patchy in that area, but I think that's a Verizon issue. Kaden, my valet, has been very respectful and very helpful every morning

The room was very nice. The staff was nice. The bill was messed up on both rooms we booked. The parking is $10.00 in advance and $15.00 if you wait till arrival. Well of course you didn't prepay . So you have to pay the higher price. I hate that the room rates were not correct and being charged twice at different prices is unacceptable. If they can work out the bugs it's a nice stay. Parking is across the street, you have to carry your luggage over. ( a little different from most) Kiddos loved the pool! πŸ˜€

I’ve loved my stay at the Hyatt Place Bricktown! Everything about the stay was fantastic - the rooms, the food, but the best part was the service! I especially want to shoutout the valet staff. While I was there for the entire week, they took such great care of me! Kaden really helped me out every single day. He remembered who I was, was so quick to get my car, and was so friendly. I’m grateful for my stay here and the impeccable service I received!

Location is great, the room wasn't bad but there were q-tips in the fold out couch and some kind of red roach like bug that I had to catch and flush. Service was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but please get sugar free syrup. Bar was decent. Valet guys were amazing, but like other reviewers I hated having to pay to park my car and have to have them run back and forth for it as we were in and out a lot.

Better than a recent experience at another Hyatt Place. I cannot get over the plastic plates, the lack of variation in food, and that so little is done by way of room maintenance over a long stay. They make up your room every other day, and then all they do is empty bins and change towels.

Spent 2 nights here to attend a concert. Very pleased with the staff and service. Lots of friendly smiles and overall great vibe. Shout out to Ben for helping me regain access to my hotel room after locking myself out. He was very cool and helped me out. Also the hotel is in a great location with plenty of food and bars nearby as well as the criterion being a block away for my concert. Solid choice in my opinion

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was terrific! We were always greeted warmly when arriving or departing. Valet was prompt and friendly, front desk was helpful and kind. The rooms were very nicely appointed and comfortable. The front desk person (when we were reserving rooms initially) was so sweet in making it a memorable stay for our 3-year-old by giving us a 5th floor room with a great view, and asking her personally how her stay was. The decor and lobby were comfortable, clean, and cozy. We had no noise pollution from other guests. It is walking distance to much of Bricktown and trolley stops. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

The room was good, clean, and spacious. However, the parking was poor. The front desk person was at least nice enough to show me where I could park to avoid getting towed. The worst part was we booked this on Hotels.com as a pet friendly place. When we arrived exhausted after a 14 hour day driving we were hit with a $75 non refundable pet fee!!! This was an insult, and it was extortion to force us to either pay it or try to find another hotel in a strange city at 10:30 at night after a long drive. Shameful!! Never staying in a Hyatt EVER AGAIN.

Honestly, never again. While the rooms were clean, service was less than adequate. When I first checked in, the front desk workers started at me like I was lost no greeting, no hello can I help you, nothing. I had to say what I was there for. Moving forward,My room did not have towels or toilet paper. When I called down and asked to have it brought up, I was told to come down and get it myself. When I came down, my room of 4 was given ONE roll of toilet paper. My wife wanted to check out and find a room somewhere else, however we stuck around as the location was great. Never, ever, again.

Must pay for parking. Been here for 7 days and they never cleaned the room. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and even bring my own trash. Went to get a drink at the bar at 10:45 and no one was there. Front desk staff stated it was open until 11pm. Staff are nice, but seem clueless at times. A lot of blank stares. I would highly recommend another hotel.

I started to only give a 4 star because the pool was not heated and the water was so cold our kids didn't last but about 10 minutes!!! Also I have NEVER stayed in a Hotel (especially as nice as the Hyatt) and their not be a microwave in the rooms!!! Breakfast was wonderful and very nice hospitality from staff.

Excellent in all areas!!!! So Welcoming, Friendly & Helpful Staff! Parking lot in front just across the street. Tons of handicap spaces. Unloading parking right out front. Over 1000 points for staying 2 nights 3 days. Comfy beds, pillows, I'll bring softer blanket next time tho. So very clean. 2nd week I noticed our new room had a loose toilet paper holder, I'll tell front desk. Nice pool area. Beautiful outdoor area with walking area connects to lounge and pool. Breakfast has a large variety cold and fresh foods and drinks. The hot side could use more variety and BACON πŸ₯“ I can't eat sausage 😒. The French toast was hard only the middle was edible. The bfast burritos were great, I put the crumbled bacon in those! We stayed for eye surgery. We got the teacher discount which was so appreciated!

Great hotel. Everything was great . Rooms really clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Way better than other Hyatts. They actually serve full breakfast like before Covid. Location is perfect. Close to everything. The only negative is $15 parking charge. I stayed last summer and they didn’t charge back then.

Quality hotel but expensive parking and lacking service. Pros: The hotel is in a great location (Bricktown), seems fairly new, and is in overall good condition. Cons: Service is sub par, breakfast options were poor, to park in the lot directly across the street you are required to use the ~$35/night valet otherwise you’re on your own for street parking which is very limited. Would not stay here again.

  • 2/5 Jon P. 1 year ago on Google
Pros: Great water pressure, nice view. Cons: $15 for an undersized outdoor parking lot across the street. In addition, while it’s less of a facility thing, there were dogs going crazy in a neighboring room and children yelling across the hall at 6 in the morning. Overall it was a bit of an underwhelming experience, especially in comparison to the 4 other Hyatts we stayed in this week in our road trip.

Nice comfortable stay. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was good... plenty of food. My only gripe is the bar is only open on Fri and Sat, I suspect that staffing is tight. The hotel bartender next door said he trained the hyatt bartender and acknowledged it was probably minimal staff. The hyatt lounge and patio was pretty nice.

  • 4/5 Kenneth S. 1 year ago on Google
The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location couldn’t be beat. Didn’t love paying 15 dollars for parking. Biggest reason I am giving this a 4 star is due to temperature control in the room. We had set the thermostat and in the middle of the night it was reset to 86 degrees.
