I was disappointed in my stay here. I travel for work and stay in Courtyards all over the United States. This one was my worst experience so far. The young man working the desk was however so extremely pleasant and helpful! The woman he was working with when we checked in was extremely rude and that rudeness carried on anytime I would go through the lobby. This was due to a simple question I asked when checking in. As I am traveling for work I am not the one that books the hotels. I only have the reservation in the Marriott app to go off of. My reservation in the app stated that breakfast or lunch was included (it was most definitely not) but I inquired about it upon check in. I don't enjoy being spoken to poorly and having eyes rolled at me over an innocent question. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms, including the curtains being open and closed. Walking down the hall you can clearly hear entire conversations from inside various rooms. I will be speaking to my company about no longer booking this Courtyard for our employees.

5 stars from my wife and I. The staff were exceptional and very very polite. The hotel room and common areas were hospital clean( not 1 bug was seen) and the beautyrest king size mattress in our room was like if u were sleeping on a cloud.(we never wanted to get out of the bed in the morning/we decided to buy one for our bed when we get home, it was that comfortable). The pillows were fluffy also(4 pillows on our bed). Just an amazing stay.. thank you courtyard by Marriott in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma. An amazing hotel and staff. A nod to the young maintenance man with glasses… he was exceptionally polite and knocked quietly(didn’t bang loudly)on our door to scan the door jam code for maintenance reasons. And thank you to the hotel maids for having our room hospital clean. The outside, inground pool in the middle of the hotel and balcony’s for all hotel rooms(even the first floor rooms)was nice even though the pool was covered and closed for the winter season.

My daughter-in-law and I needed a room for the night after a long exhausting day. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in OKC by the airport. The desk clerk was so nice and friendly and got us into an extremely nice room immediately. It was comfy, roomy and so nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Comfy beds and pillows, temperature perfect. We got a good nights sleep and was ready to face another very busy day feeling refreshed and happy! Love you Courtyard by Marriott!🥰

How do you give something zero stars. This was horrible. Room smelled like a stale ashtray. Sofa es ripped and had stuffing coming out. Noisy. Dirty.

I decided to try the courtyard out and I’m still unsure if I would go back. The room was musty, super outdated, and I had ants all over my room. Never thought I would wake up to them crawling on me! I sat at the breakfast bar for 10 minutes and no one ever came out to take my order. Thankfully, there was a Cracker Barrel in the parking lot right next-door that had good service and food. Ronnie the shuttle drive was probably my favorite part about the Courtyard

Me and my husband were running late for our flight. This sweet girl was right there when we came downstairs. She got us to the airport and helped us with our baggage! We will be back thank you

I stayed at this facility 5 years ago and again last week. It is a convenient location and pricing is good. The facility is aging and needs a bit of TLC. Dead crickets in my bathroom when I arrived and had to endure an hour long "air-conditioning cleaning" on my first day .....do those activities in empty room or before check in. The Bistro is nice, but with many hotels offering free breakfast, this shows up as a minus. The service staff were helpful and friendly.

Stay here as long as you can! The rooms are quiet, mega clean, and the bed almost had me missing my alarm clock.. all that’s great. But in addition to that, I received complimentary shuttle pick-up and drop-off to the airport. The staff are all wonderful, Milan, the shuttle driver, Amanda at front desk were both very helpful.

It’s a beautiful hotel. I am happy they were able to accommodate me on such late notice and I love that there is a shuttle available 24/7. I will say, however, that the service I received before I got into my shuttle was not pleasant, the lady was not nice at all compared to the lady that was there when I first checked in. I definitely expected more coming from a Marriott hence why I rated this hotel four stars out of five.

Quiet location, rooms are clean, beds are soft. Was presently surprised. Rooms could be updated. In comparison to other hotels in the area I thought the rooms would be newer or bigger. Overall though it was a nice place. Doesn't have a free breakfast though. The bistro serves breakfast, save your money and go next door to the cracker barrel though. Overall I would stay here again if needed.

Older rooms, limited service but very nice people. Bistro closes early at 10 (like literally, they pack everything up earlier), no coffee urns, so nothing when Starbucks closes at 10am. Bistro is also expensive, so plan to eat next door at Cracker Barrel. Factor in no breakfast and just in room coffee when you compare prices of hotels.

This place does NOT deserve the Mariott name. BEWARE OF USED NEEDLES LAYING AROUND THE PROPERY. WE HAD 2 YOUNG CHILDREN WALKING AROUND AND PLAYING NEAR WHERE THIS WAS FOUND. I notified the front desk immediately and 3-4 hours later it still has not been disposed of. Upon check-in - our room was not the right room that we were supposed to have. 2nd - No towels in the room and when asking the front desk we were told they didn't have any clean. 3rd - No fridge. 4th - A/C didn't work (had to go buy a fan to even be able to sleep in this room) 5th - Roaches in the room. 6th - TV was broken. 7th- Shower runs while trying to run a bath only. 8th - Small black hairs on my sheets. The rooms are out-dated. Beware - it's also located in a very sketchy part of town. *They promise the GM Darcie will call you (they say she's at lunch/or busy most of the time) Not sure if they aren't telling the GM or if she's refusing to speak about the situation.

Initially we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, but the sweet lady at the desk corrected that immediately. I also appreciate being given a room in a quiet location to get rear after driving 15 hours. Bed was insanely comfortable, by the way.

This was an awesome hotel. Clean, great internet, safe, well lit parking. The staff was very friendly. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Cattleman's Steakhouse where we ordered dinner to go.

The hotel grounds were not well kept. Apparently they had an issues with squatters accessing rooms on the ground level. The facility was old and the room smelled like old stale cigarette smoke from many years past. There was no soap of any kind in bathroom. I had to track down the house keeper so I could wash my hands with soap. I stay in Courtyards 50+ nights a year and this was the worst (I don't want to use the worst as it implies the other sites were bad- and they weren't). The only reason I didn't switch sites is because it was 2 miles from my client's facility and a few miles from the airport. Otherwise I would've switched hotels on the first night. I would not recommend staying in this hotel and I would recommend Marriott examine their management at this facility.

We rolled in super late because we are driving across the country. Our check-in was very smooth! Then in the morning Colin at the front desk was so kind and hospitable. If I could give 10 stars for him I would!

Horrible customer service! The workers are rude & not willing to help at all! We booked a room for two nights for a volleyball tournament, as soon as we got to our roof the beds were smaller than advertised and the ac in the room with two beds in it does not work. I called down to ask if there was something that could be done, lady told me there is no maintenance man,and all the rooms are booked in a rude tone. Extremely disappointing for 160 a night. It's hot as hell in the room a d we have 3 children with us. Don't stay here. The way the rooms are set up is ridiculous and not enough plug inside for having two beds in one room.

Very clean premises and room. Easy/friendly check-in and out. Quiet location. Front desk very helpful with questions about getting around town. Would definitely stay there again.

The absolute worst experience staying at this hotel. Do NOT recommend. Original room reserved was unavailable. Room was old, lack updates. No refrigerator in room. Air conditioning unit was so loud it was impossible to sleep due to the noise and the room was unbearably stuffy and hot without using the air conditioner. Breakfast not included. Our stay was not worth the price we paid. Will hesitate to choose any Marriott Courtyard property in the future due to this experience.
