It has been a long time since I have been this irritated about a hotel stay. I was in the area for work and had a reservation for one night and this hotel is close to the airport. We finally got to the hotel ~9:45 pm and had to wait in a line of 4 for ~45 minutes just to check in. They require a credit card to charge you a $100 deposit in case you "trash the room". We were told the deposit will be credited back to your account within 5 to 7 days. They also take your driver's license and copy it- weird. Kids were running around in wet swim trunks even after it closed at 10pm. Some of the towels and wash clothes had brown stains on them. Upon check out, the man behind the counter started telling me facts about the town that I live in. Apparently, he 'gets bored at night and glances through people's check in sheets (driver's license)- creepy feeling- thank goodness I live over 500 miles away. The Country Inn & Suites van parked out front is for show, as it does not provide shuttle service to the airport. The area immediately outside the main door was littered with trash and coffee all over the benches. Did I mention it was 96 degrees outside and there was no ac on in them lobby or hallways? Memorable stay for all the wrong reasons.

Not honorable. We had a reservation for two adjoining rooms with living room area. We arrived late & tired. The middle aged lady at the front desk gave us a single king which could not accommodate our group. When we returned to the front desk, she said that they did not have such rooms. Hello, the words “& Suites” are in the name. She would not honor the reservation. We chose this hotel because of Radisson brand and the reputation of the Nelson family. The people who chose not to honor the reservation give both a blemish.

The room was.. basic. It was a King room. The pillows were Down pillows but it took 2 to make a bearable one. Mattress slept ok. I would dare say the bed and pillows were do to be replaced, but they slept ok. Breakfast was good and front desk service was good. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. Location we thought was good. Close to airport and very easy access to freeway around city.

We stayed and the customer service was not the best. The pool has white bacteria build up and a oily layer you can see on top and feel while swimming not the cleanest place especially with kids! Halls have a funky smell. Also while we were gone they came to clean the room and threw personal belongings away. Did not get great sleep because there was banging and stomping for hours! Be prepared for $100 deposit if you are booking through a different website.

Staying at this hotel was a great deal. It has the look and feel of a three-star facility but at a two-star price. What's more, David at the front desk, truly understands what makes for excellent customer service. He made certain that my stay was nothing less than wonderful!

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Indeed it was fairly pricey, but it was very quiet and clean. Could occasionally hear plane noise, but it was faint. They also do charge a $100 deposit that is released at checkout. Regardless, I had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Very nice breakfast! The room was big and had enough space for suitcases etc. However, there were some unexplainable stains on the bed. Looked like red paint and coffee.. the breakfast was nice and there was a lot of options. Overal an alright stay

This is a ok hotel, but my problem was they did not clean the room very well. There was little pieces of trash on the floor in the bathroom, they obviously did not sweep. There shower had mold on the shelf. The bed was comfortable

Hotel was clean & room was great. Next door is a large country bar/dance hall so depending on the day of your stay it could be rowdy next door. However I was there over a Friday night & had no issues.

I will Preface there is a 100 deposit which is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. We had a very good stay. The front desk clerk in the morning (sai) was sweet and accommodating. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again. The breakfast was good, we slept through the night, the beds didn’t feel stiff like other hotels. Overall just a good experience

This was the best stay ever!! I came for my daughter's basketball tournament and we loved it!! She got her own bed and it was so comfy, she went to sleep 5 minutes after she sat still in the bed . I definitely recommend im coming to this hotel right now actually and i think that i will have extra high standards for this hotel again and you should to. The breakfast was so yummy! My hubby enjoyed it as well and he is very particular with the food he eats as well as my eldest daughter!!! I do think you should stay here i hope it improved since the last time i was here i have to see, But i will make another review Bye !!!!!

Please do not stay here! We checked in and was charged an extra $100.00 deposit that I was told would be credited back to my account in 3 days. We checked into our room and there was blood stains and hair all over the bed. We called downstairs to have the sheets taken off etc. which they did. We then went back downstairs to grab our bags from our vehicle. We looked across and standing in a room was a female, male and children just staring at us... I felt like I was in a horror movie at this point. Children running everywhere in the hotel with no shoes on. We go back up to our room and the air conditioner had blown so much dust it covered our beds! I went downstairs and told them I wanted my money back we did NOT feel safe at all. They refunded my money (which surprised me) BUT still waiting on the deposit from their bank. So I'm still out $310.00. This place is disgusting and not clean at all. I believe that they live there and so does other family members as well for all the kids running around. Oh and the kids folding sheets on the dirty floor got me as well!!! I demand my full money back NOW ASAP!!!

Good price for this hotel located minutes from the airport and car rental return. Stayed here twice in the last month for three and four nights. The only disappointment has been the breakfast which, although it alternates scrambled eggs and sausage one day and scrambled with biscuits and sausage gravy the next.

For the sweet that I paid for, I feel like the room should have been more updated. Carpets for stained and torn, the chair was coming apart, the tub stopper didn't work. It was okay but not for the price. Room was hot and smelled musty.

Employees were fine. Room was fine clean. Pool not open. Just very weird experience at breakfast. I came down at 7 not open manager told me the lady that does breakfast was drunk last night as if that was a good excuse. Not his fault no good answer. Listing said there was a hot breakfast. Not true unless you consider oatmeal and rewarmed toast hot breakfast. There were eggs but hard boiled. They don't let you get your own food so can't serve yourself. I don't know if it was thier own family the managers or the owners but they consumed the majority of the food. The manager argued with the family said it to much money to feed them some much which they had trays over flowing with the very small selection of food they had. Served milk from a gallon jug which again was weird. Horrible experience for breakfast and breakfast is important for decision making when selecting a hotel. I hate to give 2 stars but had to this place is over priced for what came with the room. Would have picked one of the other 20 hotels on that same strip instead of this place. If you are just here to sleep would say do it. If you want any amenities please skip this place. Wasted of money.

Stayed here for our little anniversary getaway we do every year. We always try to find a hotel with a jetted tub. Anyway, the jetted tub was great. However everything else was just horrible. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it injured me. I’m still paying for that bed 3 days later..(we stayed the 17th and 18th) was supposed to have seating I literally paid more for seating and we didn’t get it so we had to sit in our lawn chairs. The toilet paper was used, the WiFi is awful, the pool is closed for whatever reason (it looked fine to me) not to mention the children hanging out right outside my door! One of them even asked me for food 🥺🥺 made me feel terrible…back to the room…the shower head would not stay up. Also it’s a pretty sketchy location! I have yet to receive my 100$ deposit back. The desk guy was nice enough, I guess. Weird that they don’t accept Chime. Had to use my credit card. Idk. It wasn’t good and I will definitely not be staying here again, I’d suggest the same for you. Also…I really do feel like I should get a refund since I paid for a room with a sitting area and didn’t get it.

The room was ok. The heater did not work, we did not have face towels. Check out time was 12pm but the housekeeper knock on our room door at 10 am! That was way to early! We also experienced being woke by the fire alarm! Not the best hotel stay.

The curtain would not completely close, I tried several times, but there still was a 6-9 inch gap from fully closed. No TV channel guide in the room. It was hard for me to search the channel that I was looking for. I asked the front desk- and was told that someone would bring me one. It never happened. Otherwise, clean, fresh smelling, the place seemed new. Just needed some TLC to be a 10.

Terrible hotel. I reported a smoke smell in my room within 5 minutes of arriving, but I was late getting there due to a flight cancellation so I agreed to stay if they made sure not to blame me for the smoking. They agreed, so I settled in (despite hating the smell). I was alone, and have stayed more than 30 days at area hotels in the last 3 months due to a project with a local company. All those hotels, including the 5 nights at a different hotel this same week, can attest that I've never presented a problem with smoking in any room or anywhere. Can supply medical records to the effect that I've never smoked. However, the hotel took $250 from my account due to the "cleaning fees from smoke" and will not refund it. I believe there is one of 2 problems happening, they won't look into who used the room before me to charge them appropriately, or there is a housekeeper smoking on company time in the rooms. They want to find a way to use an innocent guest to pay for their extra cleaning costs. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They also have worn carpets and mold in the bathroom in spots, and I had a concern about bed bugs due to bites I had after leaving that were not there the night before when I'd gone to bed.

Rooms and location are nice. Our room was comfortable and we had no issues. I was a little put off by the numerous printed sign that almost seemed like warnings. $100 deposit, breakfast ending earlier than other locations, payment directions, etc. DO NOT expect the normal good customer service that I know Country Inn and Suites for. In my opinion this location does not do the name justice. Their breakfast was awful. To dip the ‘gravy’ (if you could call it that). First pan was congealed mush and second was thinner than water and they had a plastic cup to try and scoop it out of pan. Country Inn and Suites should rethink allowing their name on this independent location. But again…room was comfortable.

The hotel room was very comfortable and the location to the venue I was attending quite convenient. My biggest complaint and the primary reason for the negative review is due to the $100 security deposit for a room that cost me less to rent. When I contacted the corporate office they informed me that this policy was set by the individual hotel and it will take 7-10 business days for them to release the $100 back into my account. This policy was stated nowhere online nor during booking. I was not made aware of this until the moment I reached the front desk.

The hotel charges a $100 deposit that is not advertised on 3rd party websites. I refuse to be extorted for additional funds beyond the booking price I agreed to. I have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites in the past but I will never book another reservation with them after this. I cancelled this stay and went about .5 miles down the road and got an equally great room with no surprise charges

A clean dry place, pool was nice. Breakfast was "served" upon request; but it was below average. However, the attendant at breakfast was sweet and friendly. The 100.00 incidental fee hold was a bit much.

5-10 mins from eatery . Great staff. Needing more breakfast suggestions and creamer $100 extra when check in for accidental hold A/c in room did not flow correctly but was in the 4th floor so I wouldn't necessarily blame the coolness I guess. Overall a quick pick hotel and inexpensive.

Fairly nice hotel. Seems a little bit outdated and smelled weird. But beds were comfy. Staff wasn't very friendly but overall it was a decent stay.

I usually dread having to stay at a hotel, but this hotel was so nice. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed at much pricier hotels. Not only was it clean, but it was quiet and comfortable. I’ve noticed that some reviewers were upset about the deposit and the policy signs. I felt like that was all part of how much management cares about providing a clean, well-maintained hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. We had a handicapped accessible room, and there was plenty of room to get around all the furniture with a wheelchair. The bathtub was wide and had bars, as did the toilet area. The sink was wheelchair accessible as well. The room was situated near the elevator, which was not far from the side door. The room and the beds were very clean and fresh-smelling with high-quality bedding. All in all, a very pleasant experience at a very reasonable price.

Clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and friendly service. 4 stars instead of 5 due to a $100 deposit required unlike other Country Inn & Suites locations.

It takes about 3 hours for the whirlpool tub to fill up with water and then they didnt want to return the deposite acusing us of switching the hair dryer out with a different one im sorry if i live 2 miles away from the motel and decided to spend the money to stay 2 nights just so my daughter could swim in the inside pool i would imagine i have the money to buy my own new blow dryer not switch yours out... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND $200.00 JUST TO BE ACUSED OF SWITCHING OUT THERE $20.00 HAIR DRYER. google needs to have a negative star rating because this place needs it.

Probably will never stay or recommend this place- wow the hotel was pretty clean, and staff was nice- I was super disappointed with a surprise “deposit” of an additional $100 for “incidentals”??? This should’ve been mentioned on the website or booking site, and seriously feels like a super shotty hotel asking for that…. If there’s an issue just charge the card on file… makes this place seem super trashy. Won’t be staying here again.

I dont usually write negative reviews. But I was highly disappointed on this Radisson location. To start off with, I booked through a 3rd party location. It never mentioned that this location holds a $100 deposit for "damages." They later release the funds after checkout. We walk into our room and it looks nothing like the pictures online. The room had a "musty" smell, it just didn't smell clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the sink. Oh and there's a bar right next door, so if you're a light sleeper. I would not recommend this property, because you will hear music thumping. The only positive is that the front desk girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Very friendly helpful staff. The rooms are clean and hotel has a very safe feel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very nice at a reasonable price.

We stopped here during a road trip and enjoyed the comfort of a suite for 3 adults. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms and facilities are clean. The breakfast buffet included bananas, oatmeal (also raisins and brown sugar), DIY waffles, toast and bagels and assorted cereals, scrambled eggs and sausages. Plenty of seating. Also coffee and fruit juice. Local restaurants can deliver meals to your door. I would use this hotel for future trips to or through Oaklahoma City.

  • 1/5 Esther G. 1 year ago on Google
The website shows a much better experience than the actual experience. The beds are hard and you could get a better deal at motel 6 for the same quality. Very disappointed. If you book the room with a king a queen bed suite, only one of the rooms has a tv. And this raddison does not have sleep number beds.

  • 1/5 Timothy B. 1 year ago on Google
I didn’t stay here, I booked originally on Expedia which gave good reviews for this hotel, then double checked the reviews on google. After reading about 20 or 30 of them I canceled and found a better hotel, the pictures aren’t of the rooms at this hotel, there’s a lot of immigrants or permanent residents, bugs, unclean rooms are all in the reviews. I would suggest new management or closing the hotel.

On a recent trip we made from Tulsa to Lubbock, we stayed at three different Country Inns. They were consistent in cleanliness, comfort and service...all great. The room rate was very reasonable. We will be staying at Country Inns in the future.

My two year old found a half eaten granola bar while me and his dad were unpacking. Very gross and rooms dont get cleaned, items from last guest were still there. Called customer service was told breakfast on weekends were 7a-1030a got down to the lobby at 10 and no breakfast was there lights/tv were off. If you can definitely go else where.
