I have been to this hotel twice in the last two weeks. My first visit was wonderful terrific people the room was clean the sheets felt wonderful and the breakfast was great. What I didn’t understand is that my second visit the following week the room smelled, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the bed was so uncomfortable. And I ended up paying $50 more per night than I did on my first visit the week before. I made several attempts to tell the front office staff that the room was just unacceptable and all she said was I’m sorry about that.

Beautiful interior. Large kitchen and workspace area, which worked perfect for our plans and longer stay. Great breakfast, with a decent selection of fruit, grains, and made to order eggs. Welcoming evening reception, though this embassy uses a ticket system for the drinks, which is a little odd. Loved the staff! They are friendly, helpful, and just made the stay even more special.

We have stayed here many times in the last few years for work related travel and this has been the best Hilton experience we’ve had across the country. The bar/restaurant/buffet staff are amazing and such hard working individuals. The housekeepers have always left our rooms in perfect condition and if we need anything, they are happy to help. The front desk staff are great and do everything they can to accommodate any request. The indoor pool is heated and always nicely clean and ready. They even made a special birthday treat for us.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure! Great room, great facility, and amazing staff who went above and beyond for us at our convention. Food was great, and the kitchen staff was super friendly and helpful. The 14$ a night parking fee is a bit ridiculous for a parking space that's not covered nor secured with a gate or armed guard, but it'll work. I will happily attend conventions and stay the night here again. 😁

I love this location. My very first time here. My experience was excellent. The service was excellent! The staff was pleasant. Love the happy hour and the mere fact that my breakfast was made fresh daily! This location was very close to everything. Will visit again.

Great hotel, with clean and comfy rooms, great pool, super friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast and very convenient daily cocktail hour for adults. We stayed here in April for the weekend and the rooms are modern, clean, and super comfy beds. Bathrooms look brand new and the suites give you plenty of space to stretch out. Indoor pool is great for kids and adults and is warm. The daily breakfast is fresh made and tasty and all the staff will do whatever they can to make you stay great. Thanks for a great weekend visit!

Beautiful gorgeous lobby area for a Hilton. Staying here 3 nights while running some errands in the okc area with 105 degrees outside and the AC and shower head pressure was doing it things phenomenal. Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast place but the quality was cold and a little below decent taste with the price of $280 a night I see a room that they can improve for a little also with amenities microwave and refrigerator is below average (very cheap and some what works) bathroom floor corner wasn’t really clean. Bed isn’t the best little too soft. Pillows aren’t to supporting they are too light and airy. we woke up with a little neck pain. Trash cans and bed wasn’t neatly made. But overall it was acceptable. I put 4 but truly is 3.5 out of 5 stars on my rate.

This is one if the more understated Embassy suites and one of the best I've stayed at. Corners have been cut in all the right places. No china for happy hour but good snack and drink. Dont remember if there was china at breakfast but the service and food were great. The room as well as the rest of the location was clean and well maintained. Every single person on staff was friendly and welcoming and professional. This is one location I would like to visit again!

Great location! Amazing staff. I was there for a meeting and the meeting rooms, foyer (Decorated for Christmas!!) and common areas were very clean and comfortable. Staff thought of every detail! Room was amazing and modern and comfortable.

I loved this hotel when we stayed here a few months ago but... they have gone down hill fast. The food was good, but now everyone in our party was not just dissapointed in the food, but actually refused to eat there anymore. Several people in our party requested room service during our multi-day stay, and again, multiple reports of poor service. The evening reception is now a 2nd rate joke. We will not be bringing our group back to this hotel. The pettiness and corner cutting of the management of this hotel is disgusting. Come to find out the hotel has VERY high turn-over... can't imagine why.

This has been my home away from home for the last 7 months and it has been great. Starting with the staff, everyone was so professional and welcoming. After about the second time coming back, all the front desk agents and the morning kitchen staff recognized me and would give me a warm good morning. Being able to walk to work ( in the summer and fall) was great. The maintenance of the facility is top tier. Especially with all the kids that seem to tear up the place every weekend there is an event in OKC. I am very impressed with all the staff that can keep the place so clean and well maintained. My only feedback is for long term guests, the cleaning schedule can seem random. It might be useful to have a few extra trash bags in the room. I guess I could have just left the trash outside.

I’d definitely stay here again. The price was good and the value was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The shower was great, water was hot with lots of pressure. Breakfast was great and those preparing it were super nice. Love everything about the stay. I was surprised by the parking fee but there is security overnight in the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to all the attractions we were doing. The rooms were a good size and clean. Staff was professional, helpful, and nice. Parking was convenient.

Very good customer service. Room was very clean. As a Hilton Honors member I would not expect anything different, another great property. A special shout out to Shelby Brown she not only was able to provide fruit for the morning due to my early starts but she was also kind enough to get me a small carton of milk for my doughnuts, thank you so much for helping with the accomodations Shelby!!

A place like this is generally out of my price range for a solo one day trip but a friend of mine was nice enough to get me a discounted room. She said there were other hotels that were better in her opinion but this was the closest to where my night was going to end and I didn't want to have to go very far. I can't imagine there being places much better. The hotel parking lot, Lobby and dining hall were all very nice. Everything is clean and well kept. The room was also very nice and even though it's a smaller room I didn't feel cramped. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were the same. It's honestly one of the better places I've stayed in OKC.

They let me check in early due to having surgery, the food was great. I love their little get together from 5-7. I ordered diner and it was cooked good. The next morning I have a wonderful omelette from the complementary breakfast. I was very pleased with my stay.

Josh at front desk was very accommodating and great personality. Kitchen was down but did a good job serving in one of the banquet rooms. Variety of items in the breakfast. Complimentary drinks in the evening was a nice surprise.

Hotel was very pretty. Rooms were nice and spacious enough. Breakfast was good. My only 2 complaints and I guess its just the new thing....I don't like to pay to park at Hotels. Rowdy kids ruined my swim time.

Nice suite. Loved the layout. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel. No contact check-in & keyless entry was great too. Very nice hotel. Convenient to OU for an early surgery.

We used the hotel for our wedding and got a block of rooms at good price. The hotel was clean and great customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice and clean Hotel with large rooms and the free breakfast is Buffet style with Bacon, Sausage, scrambled eggs, Biscuits and gravy, and much more and you can have them fix you an omelet if you want. Will definitely stay here again.

Dan was amazing at the front desk. Very professional, polite, and provided us all the information we needed upon check in to enjoy our stay. He was very helpful and the beds were great!

One hour food wait at the restaurant for food seems extensive, especially for a market price steak where half was inedible fat. Do not expect to be recognized for any Hilton Honors such as Diamond or anticipate any upgrades or special privileges. You are just another guest here. You may consider a shift change to allow someone with a friendly face and helpful attitude greet morning guests at the front desk.

Every interaction I had was wonderful and they exceeded my expectations. Hotel common areas were extremely well kept. Room was spotless. Accommodations were exceedingly comfortable. Best hotel stay I've had in a long time.

The staff and breakfast was amazing! Comfortable bed as well. I expect a little more for what I paid based off a more recent stay at one of their other hotels. No smart tv, the satellite was wonky, and there were a little bit of ants. Water was changing temperature randomly without me turning the handle in the shower from warm to hot. Other than that, no complaints. Overall good stay.

We had a great stay at this Embassy location! The room was very clean, and I loved that the shower had a DOOR and not a cloth curtain or liner. The lobby and restaurant was well maintained as well as the curb appeal of the hotel itself. The bed was super comfy, and everyone we encountered from front desk staff to restaurant staff to housekeepers were friendly and helpful. This is our new go-to stay when in the area.

Lovely & clean experience as I always expect from Embassy. They did not disappoint. I love the made to order omelettes & they even had an egg white option 👍🏾 the evening reception with free drinks & snacks is always a nice bonus. Love the spacious rooms also. The pool wasn’t wide enough for short laps but the temp was perfect. Fitness center was just the right size for me & adequate + clean equipment to get my entire workout in & more

Very nice and clean with beautiful Christmas tree and decorations. Loved the breakfast made to order omelettes. Parking fee was a lot for non vallett service. Location was only close to the hospital and not much else.

We were a couple enjoying a 3 day, 2 night stay in a single king suite. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and inviting. Based on my experience, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We felt really comfortable staying at at this Embassy Suites. Every staff member was friendly, and personable. Everything was so clean and sanitized. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent view from our room on the 6th floor. Definitely perfect for a great away and stay all in one place.

Very nice rooms and the staff was super nice. Great location, very close to the Hospital. Only have a couple of complaints... 1. It would he nice to have free transportation to and from the Hospital. Maybe this is something they normally have but have suspended due to COVID. But for families with loved ones in the hospital a ride to and from your accommodation that you dont have to worry about is invaluable. 2. There was a chemical smell in the lobby that was overpowering. Not sure what or why this smell was there but I am sure there had to be a good reason, cause there is no way this would be a normal occurrence. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

My family and I really like it. The rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant was excellent dinner and breakfast were really good and all the staff from checkin to checkout were awesome and a delight to be around. Thank you for such a comfortable stay.
