This hotel is really nice. Parking is limited, though. However, its perfectly placed by eateries, night spots, the canal, and a whole lot more. I like the decor and the ambience of the whole hotel. It's welcoming, family friendly, yet business casual/chic. I like the whole atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The service we received at the bar in the evening and at breakfast the next morning was very good. I gave 4 stars because we could not reach anyone by phone from the room, and there was no information about the hotel in the room. When we tried calling, we got messages that the voice mail boxes were full. Otherwise a good stay with a very tasty breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Oklahoma City. The building is lovely and new, the facilities were impeccable and the service was excellent - a very positive experience!

Stay elsewhere , not worth it. So I wanted to like this place and they don't deserve it. Front desk lady was exceptional, always nice and willing to help. The room was not clean , side table was still sticky from previous guest , bathroom and toilet was dirty. I'm asked for sheets and changed myself . If but only one thing is required when you stay at a hotel it should be clean sheets. This hotel I am sure they did not change the sheets unless it's visibly dirty. Got to the bar at 10:50 and the bartender lady was rude and refused to serve me. The bar closed at 11:00. But if that's the rules I understand but, she was rude about it and attempted to embarrass me 8n front of other guests that were already there. As an ambassador, this hotel has the potential of being good but as usual the staff who can't provide the basic customer service will ruin it.

Amazing hotel with attentiveness to detail...just the parking and valet zones/parking are a headache.

This is the best AC Hotel we've ever stayed in. We love the elegance and grandness of the lobby, the European vibe, and the excellent location in such a walkable neighborhood near the canal and downtown. The skyline views from the room were very nice. We also felt the staff was more polite than usual. Highly recommended!

The customer service is extremely poor. I do not recommend staying here. I called to ask about a room and the front desk representative would not provide her name stating she does not feel comfortable providing her name. Why is this hotel hiring individuals who do not want to say who they are? I want to know who I am speaking with and providing my information to.

We chose to stay here based on all the reviews that say the room was very clean and because they didn’t have carpet in the rooms so I figured it would be cleaner. The room was definitely not clean. Floors are sticky and there is black grime in places, but mostly around the whole bed. Shower floors were dirty, and there was sticky stuff on the couch when we got here. The staff was incredibly friendly, but you have to pay $25 a night for valet. There are no other parking options.

We were passing through town on a road trip, and this ended up being a great place to spend the night. Rooms were comfy and the hotel seemed pretty clean

We've stayed here twice in the last month. The service is excellent. The location is right downtown so easy access to everything. One trip was for fun one trip was for business. Both times we had a great experience. Only downside is the breakfast that is usually complimentary every where else is 16 dollars a person. Definitely not worth the price go across the street to ihop for those prices

Although there for work, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bar was a great touch as well with prices you'd expect ($14 for an old fashion). The staff are pleasant & attentive. The breakfast is pricy so probably best to go out in town (more bang for you buck). Can't beat the location of this hotel in walking distance to numerous food options and the local baseball team (AAA) so check for games). I definitely would stay here anytime I'm back in town.

It was a pretty good stay. No complaints. The staff is what made it great. If you're in OKC you should check this place out for your stay.

When I checked in, it was late. The woman behind the counter was really rude to me over a credit card and said your card was declined. I said that can't be right, please try it again. She did and said it was declined, AGAIN. Then she gave me a look like I was a stain on the carpet. I gave her another card and got checked in. I called the 1st credit card company and found out my card had been hacked. The next day, I found out the second card had also been hacked. Coincidence? Seems odd. When I went to check out, the valet was the only one around and it took 15 minutes before he could locate a front desk person. I am fairly certain she was asleep somewhere and she was wearing a sweatshirt and yoga pants. I thought this was strange because Marriott front desk personnel are always dressed professionally. Also this hotel is completely cashless and I didn't know it. I sat at the bar and laid a $20 on the bar. Then ordered a couple of drinks. The $20 was sitting there the whole time. I told the bartender I wanted to close my ticket. When I went to pay, she looked at me like I was stupid and said this hotel is cashless. She was rude as hell about it too. The only parking is valet, street, or a paid lot. Expect to pay between $30 to $40 overnight to park, unless you want to park a couple of blocks away from the hotel

Very nice aesthetic wise. Customer service was stellar. The room was cozy and had a pleasant view. The only downside for our stay was the lack of hot water. We were offered another room without question and that one didn’t have hot water either. Not even room temp. Would I stay again? I’m on the fence.

Great location just steps from the night life. Fun, food, clubs and even. Some shopping. Beautiful hotel and staff I would definitely stay again.

I feel bad for the valet man named Chandler for always having to tell everyone there are no luggage carts available. Every stay I’ve had they have never had one available. They apparently only have 2 for the whole hotel. The hotel front desk man was quite rude also. Other then that everything was great.

My stay here was amazing. Hotel was clean and customer service was great. The valet service was great Clayton explained the whole process very well and I had no worries having my car taken care of by valet.

Wonderful stay. Much needed after coming from a terrible experience elsewhere. Staff is kind an welcoming. Room is beautiful. Big TV. Art on the wall. Halls are well taken care of. Hotel is modern and open concept. Thank you AC Marriott.

Our stay was great! Room was nice and bed was comfy. We were very happy with the valet service as well. David, Jarrett and Clayton were so helpful! Valet was quick, friendly and inexpensive!

Vallet was at least a 10 minute wait every time even though I requested five minutes before coming down and they didn’t know how to drive a manual so I had to get my own car and was still charged for it. Wasn’t told a checkout time and got a call while I was sleeping about additional charges if I’m not out in ten minutes, very disappointed with this entire city to be honest

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here while visiting my children. Very clean, friendly staff and Valet was on it!

Came here for a work thing and it’s a nice hotel in a great location. I will say if your work contracts the valet parking that’s the cheapest option. Other than that plan to spend 20-30 bucks a day on parking.

This place was $160 for one night (it was on a Saturday so you pay a premium and I get that), the room was dusty and there was trash on the floor. Then I saw the shower and it’s got a “rain” shower head that’s overhead and I was excited about that, opened the shower door and there was a 4 inch pubic hair in there and dark brown ring of grime on the floor of the shower…. So I didn’t take a shower. Only good thing about this place was that the beds were comfortable. Then in the morning I was informed that the “breakfast” they offered was $15 a plate…it’s like ok I’m not looking for a handout but I just paid $160 to sleep in a decent bed, the least they could do is throw in a mini box of Frosted Flakes and some milk. Then I asked if I could just get a cup of coffee and they said I had to pay for that too. I will not be returning here.

Beautiful, very clean & modern hotel. All staff were friendly. Lobby has a nice ambiance and even smelled refreshing. Rooms are styled simplistically but are spacious and have everything you need. Would absolutely recommend this hotel whether you are staying in town for a while or simply passing through.

The rooms are nice and mostly clean. They do not dust much in the rooms. The location is perfect. If you want a place where you can walk to great weekend fun and have great restaurants this would be the location. The staff are hit and miss with professionalism. Their internet works great of your needing it for school or work.

Great hotel - perfect spot. Staff was friendly and kind. The burger on the bar menu was spot on! Cooked perfectly - absolutely delicious. Sorry I didn't get a picture of it. I was starving and it was amazing.

Valet on 11/04 very friendly, knowledgeable. Check in was easy, friendly. Room was clean, very spacious and only problem was lighting, the lights on switches were great but for additional lighting finally realized there's a switch on the side for the other lighting. Bartender very friendly. In all this hotel was an 8+9...

Very clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. A great location. Walking distance to many local attractions. Bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. Easy to Lyft from the airport and other places like the zoo. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. I would have given it 5 stars if they had queen beds. They have double beds and 2 adults barely fit on 1.

Best/worst experience. I've been here a couple times before no problems. But there was a mix up with my tickets and the owner/gm or whomever made sure I was taken care of and that we didn't miss our show even though there were complications. Super respectful and great staff. Will definitely be back! And hopefully no more mix ups!

We stayed at the end of March for a night to go to a concert down the street. This was our first time staying at AC and we loved it. It’s close enough to a tons of things to do. The whole place was very clean. Candy was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations and very pleasant to talk to. The price wasn’t bad for the room we got and the level of relaxation was amazing.

This hotel and staff were all top tier!! One of the best hotel stays I have had in years. They entire staff from the front desk, to the valet, and the bartender/waitress were all great at their job. This hotel is well managed and well maintained. They offer dinner and breakfast in the hotel & the valet parking is cheaper than the city parking across the street. Highly recommend using this Hotel if you are ever in downtown OKC.

We chose this place for a recent overnight stay. The facility was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The downfall was the water pressure in our room was terrible and then our toilet would not flush. I didn’t expect this coming from such a nice place so we were very disappointed.

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are a good size and do not feel cramped. Parking is in the street or in pay lots. You can valet as well if you want. I was a little nervous leaving my truck on the street but it was free after 6pm

Great rooms and location. I love staying at AC Hotels except for Atlanta and Portland locations. I hosted a workshop here and the service was excellent. The rooms are clean and well kept. Cozy beds and water bottle refill stations like all AC's. Check this place out if you're looking for a reasonable hotel in the area.

Very nice hotel and they allowed pets. Just wish they had more parking options than valet which was a bit expensive. Room was very nicely appointed.

The service was top notch. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. I felt very safe. The valet went above and beyond. They were very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. Even put my bags in my car. Thank you Clinton and Kaige. I've never experienced that type of service before. I will definitely recommend you guys.

Hotel staff was AMAZING, the room was beyond my expectations, but I have to give a lot of credit to the valet staff here! Tony was top notch and never once did I have to wait to retrieve my vehicle. He was prompt, professional, and courteous!

It was an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely wonderful. And the young lady that impressed me and my family the most was Chrystal who parked our vehicle.

Awesome stay. Amazing location. Close to everything. Valet was perfect and fast. David, Bo, and Clayton from valet were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. They even gave us recommendations on where to go!

Nice hotel in a nice location. The valet service was great. Very friendly and fast. Shout out to Anthony and Jimmy who helped me and my family load the massive amounts of luggage into our vehicle.

  • 3/5 Thomas L. 2 years ago on Google
Decent rooms, and friendly employees. But heaven help you if you're trying to get someone on the phone, it's nearly impossible. We also tried their restaurant for breakfast, tiny portions and very expensive. No free refills on coffee either. I love this part of OKC, but won't be staying here again. The fireplace outside, along with the area around it was littered with cigarette butts. Made a mention to the front desk person on our first night, the place still hadn't been cleaned up two nights later. It's a shame actually.
