I don't usually write negative reviews, but I will probably never stay here again. I chose this hotel because it was cheap but even this cheap hotel didn't offer what it claimed to offer. There was no microwave or fridge in my room, no breakfast, and no guest laundry service even though they were advertised. That being said, the room was clean, but the couch was broken and had large stains on it. I know that this is a cheap place to stay, but why are you charging $100 deposit when the place isn't even going to be nice. In addition, the staff were rather unprofessional. The Red Roof and Days Inn down the road a mile or so are much better options for around the same price. Also, something i forgot to mention in the beginning. The exit door at the Back side of the hotel does not close until it is pulled shut. After one day, i had already found this door a-jar three times. This is a huge security issue concidering the location of the hotel. Please address this issue if nothing else.

Pretty clean and decent establishment. Quiet and cozy. The furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. Nice comfy beds. Elevator is slow as hell. Close to the highway and several restaurants. This location is much better than the Edmond OYO. I made my reservation over the phone the agent gave incorrect check in time info, I had to pay extra to check in at the time I was given at booking.

This is by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. When we arrived the parking lot was full of trash. There were people sleeping in their cars. The location was dark until you get close to the entrance. The check in lady was absolutely horrible. She was lazy. I have worked retail for over 20 years when a guest/customer enters you stand up if seating and you greet and welcome. After we checked in we proceeded to our room. The elevator is missing pieces of the floor, I pushed the button to our floor and the button moved and got stuck. Arriving to our room you could tell floors were sticky, uneven. Once in our room there were alot of issues. The chair is ripped, there are really bad patch jobs done on the wall ceiling. The bed is horrible so uncomfortable. There was only 1 pillow per guest. Room was not throughly cleaned. Because we arrived so late we stayed but checked out immediately and went else where. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I don't know where to begin but lets go... the outside of the hotel is a disaster with potholes and unkept surrounding's from concrete to grass and is by far the least appealing to eye I've ever laid my eyes on. As i made my way to the front desk is is definitely out dated and run down. Staff was very quick in response to me checking in without hesitation to tell me about charges that apply ands some that can apply if you are not paying attention. I did have the person slow it down for me so that i could fully understand before giving my credit card to be swiped for a $100 incidental fee that would be received back only if and when i check out i bring my room card and credit card to the front desk that they would need to swipe it to refund me the $100 back to my card (2 night stay). So in other words its is not just a $50 less or more hotel technically if they take a $100 from you to "Refund it back" (2 Night stay). After that I had my mother make her way to the room as listed on my card to unpack and get settled. As i made my way the elevator that did not work and buttons were getting stuck, my elevator takes me up to the odor of marijuana engulfing me in from every direction. My mother is standing in front of me with terror in her eyes saying that someone is occupying the room we are supposed to be staying in. The room was dirty with sheets towels and everything thrown everywhere and the occupants belongings were still in the room she backed out and went straight to the elevator where i met her. We made our way back down to speak with the front desk and we explained to them what happened and they told it was a different room adjacent to our room the card looked that was hand written said 205 but was suppose to read 203 (understandable). Never less scared me because some ones else's card should not work and another person hotel door, this terrified me to know the possibility of how easy it could be for someone to come in the room without us there or even knowing. The person did ask if i wish to stay here and if not I can refund your "incidental" I asked politely to refund the money back on my card and that i felt very unsafe I made my way to exit to find another hotel. There is a ominous feeling to the hotel with is understanding that it is worn down and not up to date but the feeling of staying in this place is strange said the least and is not comfortable something didn't feel right. Please save yourself time, money, and safety. DON'T STAY HERE! PS: If vampires were real this is exactly where they would stay just look and that pictures 'A Picture Paints a Thousand Words' seriously!

I had taken a long trip for work and showed up with no sleep after working a long shift and I have stayed at this location multiple times in the last few years and never caused any issues and staff was always accommodating and would gladly waive the hundred dollar deposit because they know that I am a loyal customer and don't leave the room in a mess and the lady at the desk didn't care and refused to help me in any way and she was also not accommodating on my last trip there as I had told her that I couldn't wait to get to my room and take a bubble bath and she had put me in a wheelchair accessible room instead of one with a tub. I will never stay at this location again since they don't know how to treat a loyal customer.

So I should have known something was up when the rep we spoke to over the phone lied about reducing the price of the deposit. Front desk did not honor that. The receptionist will attempt to flirt with your man but she's not a threat. Cigarette burns on the no smoking bed sheets. There were dirty, unfolded towels in the bathroom. No microwave or fridge. The elevator sounds like it's about to give up. The manager expects the other employees to act like they're running a business, but it seems like that does not apply to her. Front desk is overall a mess, and she handed our $100 deposit to the wrong guest. Get a room here if you enjoy falling asleep to the sight of ceiling stains.

The only thing good about this hotel was the lady working the front desk. When I checked in the Hotel room was NASTY. The carpet was so sticky and gross it made you not want to take your shoes off. There were visible cockroaches on the furniture and in the shower. There was no microwave, no fridge, no hair dryer. It was truly a nasty room with a bed and a broken hideaway couch you could not sit on, because the bed wouldn't even go back in the couch.. (when I went to the front desk to address the broken couch I was told "we are aware, and we are aware there is no microwave or fridge either") They could have made ME aware before they took my money.. The bed is horrible. sleep in your car and save your money. your car would be cleaner and more comfortable than this nasty, they are charging people for.. I really hope I don't take any of their cockroach friends home with me.

BEWARE. Lobby stank of pot. Everything is dirty and run down. Back door stayed propped open and there were very pretty young girls being dropped off by "family members" who used the back door to get into the hotel. A young man was waiting in the lobby until the lady who checked us in led him down the hall to a different room. The floor in the elevator was wrecked. We had no hair dryer, but holes in the wall where it used to be. Online site listed fridges and microwaves as amenities, our room had neither. There were blood stains on the comforter. Only one pillow per guest and when we asked for more we were told we couldn't have any because housekeeping locks everything up when they leave. Supposedly. We killed 3 roaches in our room. There was no breakfast as advertised. It's not worth the money, and definitely not worth the $100 deposit they require to book.

This place is absolutely horrible. It has roaches and the whole place inside and out is peeling and chipping and the carpet is torn up. The elevator looks like it's two trips away from breaking down. It's just nasty. Just walking into the building makes you feel dirty, and makes you wonder if the person next door is doing illegal activity. There is also no fridge, and it looks like once upon a time they had a hair dryer. I genuinely feel this place is UNSAFE for my children.

The room is OK, it was clean and smelled good when we got here. We have been here for about 4 weeks and I was told at check in that we didn't have a microwave but would be put on the list for one, still no microwave and every time I ask about one I'm told I will be put on the list. The refrigerator freezes everything no matter what setting its on. The TV only has a few channels that work as long as you don't sit beside it or walk past it and interfere with the signal. No cable, only digital air channels. The pictures of the property showed a pool, I'm still looking for that illusive pool! The laundry facilities are not accessible. The gym door was welded shut due to homeless sleeping in there. There is a non working phone in the room. Maintenance was quick after I let him know our tub was slow to drain. Housekeeping comes in everyday to get our trash, change our bathroom linens and clean the bathroom. The front counter staff all seem to hate their job. I have to go down at least once a week to get my card re keyed and check on a microwave, that's the only interaction I have with them and it's never pleasant. The bed is comfortable and the room is bug free so it will work for the time being. If I could afford more I wouldn't still be here nor would I stay again.

This hotel was like this the day I moved in and is still like this 5 months later THE MAIDS STEALS FROM YOU every time the get a chance they say you are aloud in the room or no we’re around it When they clean is so they can take form you they kicked a family that had a 5 month old baby because the maid maid is raciest she hates any other race but Mexicans she got them kicked out for having pee on the bed but the front desk lady said there was no pee on the bed and the maid under the main maid said that the main maid lied that she always does that to get people kicked out that she don’t like and this family had no we’re to go the main maid and Megan the manager have been there for 10 years and Megan and the main maid have been stealing and doing this to people for 10 years and making up reasons to take peoples deposits for there selfs and Megan lies for the stealing maids I heard her admit with my own ears that she is not going to fire or admit that they stole and she will say they didn’t and no help the customer and kicks the customer out as fast as they can to keep from happening to give the customer what they owe there’s black, mold, bedbugs, cockroaches, ants and the manager Megan used to be a drug dealer 10 years ago for this hotel they kick people out saying that they made the carpet dirty when the carpet is dirty when you move in the maids have a carpet cleaner, but do not use it. They say that they have breakfast they do not they say that they have a gym they do not. They said that they have a pool they do not. They said if they have a microwave and refrigerator you have to get on a waiting list for. They bring you stained sheets and shower curtains, and towels and when they come to clean your room they blame it on you and charge you. They barely clean. They just spray the floor and then I can meet in college clean. They just wipe stuff down fix then bed and leave they also go in your room with the do not disturb sign on it they stand by peoples door and take pictures of the room whenever they open their door and the manager Megan makes fun of people behind their back heard from my own ears and they kept a handicapped couple out, saying that they dirty carpet when they moved in the carpet was already extremely dirty the hallways smell like cat pee. All the time there’s mold in most of the rooms, mold all in the hallways. I would not get a room here. It is not worth the money at all.

Jordan was an exceptional front desk clerk. Very friendly and efficient! The room was extremely shabby, furniture was basically falling apart, carpet was filthy we slept with the lights on because of the roaches. We were charged $25 off of our deposit because the housekeeper said one of our wash rags smelled like thesis. Are you kidding?! We should have got a $25 refund off our room right for the roaches alone. We were approached by people wanting to sell us, food stamp cards, weed etc. We have stayed in an Oyo before, in Albuquerque New Mexico and it was great! Evidently they are not all the same. We will never take this chance again!

The staff was super friendly but stay away from this place. No breakfast cuz of "COVID", room had no fridge, blood stains on the toilet seat, stains on the toilet lever to flush, blood stain on one of the pillows; did offer to change room but that's what i get for trying to save a buck. I forgot my diffuser and had to use their blowdryer, my hair almost got caught in the little fan cuz the screen was broken and tv didnt work at all. Lots of shady people hang around this place and probably stay at this place. Just pay an extra $15-20 a night if you can. I will never go back, teach me a lesson bout being cheap.

Good lord, if you value your life, not to mention your vehicle, do NOT stay at the l this “hotel”. The pictures are not accurate as this place looks nothing like what is being advertised. I’m not even going to go into minor details like the poor condition of the parking lot. Honestly, I don’t know what anything looks like Pat the hotel lobby, either, because we fled that place. When we pulled up, my husband and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the vehicle alone due to a couple sketchy characters outside who were eyeing us and the vehicle. He stayed in the truck while I went to check in. Many random people were coming and going, with one group stopping to talk with the lady at the front desk - nothing about anything important. They finally realized that an actual customer was standing there and moved on. The employee was the only good part about this place… she was nice and understanding when my husband called me from the vehicle saying that we needed to leave. Why? Come to find out that a guy outside was staring him down, called someone, other people showed up, a gun was exchanged between two of them. My husband had to make it look like he was taking a gun out of the glove compartment so that they might back off. Long story short, this place is absolutely not safe. I live in Baltimore, which if you know anything about Baltimore, I’d not the safest place to be. I’ve been too many sketchy places in my life. This is the first time I ever felt as unsafe as I did at this place. We are certain that if we had stayed, our vehicle would’ve been taken and there was a distinct possibility that we wouldn’t have made it out of there alive. I’m not being over dramatic either. Everyone staying at this place have off a really bad vibe. There were clear drug transactions and usage occurring in plain site. The “customers” there obviously reside there full time. They’ll supposedly be refunding me. The lady there understood why we wanted to leave.

I don’t want my review to be a reflection of the staff, because both staff members I encountered were wonderful! However, the condition of the hotel was not advertised well. The photos were not accurate. Our room had roaches, broken furniture, dirty shower, and stains on the sheets and curtains. There was no breakfast or fridge in the room, which was advertised. We could not stay there and ended up going somewhere else. I did received my refund.

I love the staff at the OYO Townhouse, they are always friendly and eager to help if I need them. I have been here for 3weeks and have extended my stay until my house is ready. The room is amazing with a microwave, fridge, and television. The atmosphere is great for extended stays to meet the communities need. The hotel is clean and feels like home when you need it the most. I have gotten to know the staff and other occupants, we all have each others back staff included. Thank you to Megan and the entire staff for always bringing a smiling face and much laughter...

NOT LGBT FRIENDLY CHECKOUT LADY... While the room was good for the price ($60) (missing light bulb and a stolen mirror isn't that important) and it was clean, the lady who checked me out around 1130a on 7/17/22 misgendered me twice... I couldn't be mistaken for my gender assigned at birth if I wanted to be... Honestly it was insulting, best practice if there's any question (in heels and a skirt and natural C's there shouldn't be) gendered pronouns are easy enough to avoid. The only reason I gave an extra star is that the rest of the staff have seemed friendly in the past, so she may be an anomaly.
