We stayed for 3 nights with family and had a great time. The suite was clean and spacious. We enjoyed complementary hot breakfast, pool, free parking. This property is best located in between so many buffet restaurants. Walmart is walking distance which is best. Staff is amazing. I will definitely want to stay with you again on my next visit to Oklahoma city.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bradley at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. I had called in advance to request a room on the first floor and as soon as I gave my name at check in, he handed me my keys and confirmed that he made sure that my request was honored. He was so helpful during our stay. The next morning my car was covered in ice and he got me a scraper so I could clear the car and leave safely.

We didn't know we were getting a handicap room, but it was fine. It was interesting to have a for with 2 peepholes in it, one at standing adult level, and one at wheelchair level. The commode in the shower seemed useful for those who might need it. The fridge was literally ice cold! It froze some of our drinks, lol. The room was a king bed with sofa sleeper. Included microwave was a plus! The only complaint is that the toilet flusher needs to be held down. Otherwise, the presents you dropped into the bucket never get deployed. Another minor thing was that only one of the 2 key cards worked. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean.

If you need to stay near the airport, this is an excellent choice. Rooms and beds are A-1. Staff is wonderful. Zero complaints, lots of compliments! I'll definitely be back.

Roach infested hotel located on a main street with lots of vagrants and homeless. Manager was rude, and a liar. This hotel is NOT marriott quality,. broken pipes, torn screens and condensation on windows where there is broken pipes. Run

I'd avoid this hotel...Our car was broken into last night and when I told the front desk they said it happened someone else the evening prior...that would have been nice info last night. We're a military family moving across the country and they got everything valuable and a lot of memorabilia that will undoubtedly end up in the dumpster. Pick another hotel...

I got bed bugs here while traveling for the FAA. They did nothing to assist me except tell me the dryer was back in service. The ones I didn't find out were out of service until after I washed my clothes the day before. So I had to go to another hotel that let me dry my wet clothes there. There were lots of plastic separating the hallways, so I'm guessing they had a bed bug issue, but said construction on them and it just happened to be right next to my room. The breakfast is your standard cheap breakfast except for the weekend they up it up a bit. It's in walking distance to a Walmart.

I was here for business. The service at this location is poor. The hotel is dated and in a bad area. I chose it because of the short commute. I stayed here for ten (10) days. I had an issue with the lock on my door. The front desk had to use a master key to let me in and made another one for me later that day. I was told no other rooms were available and that someone would look at the lock/sensor that day. I had to just deal with it. I was never contacted by the hotel and had another issue entering my room a few days later. I contacted Marriott and they opened a case. A representative (Diana) emailed me 5 days later saying she was happy someone at the hotel finally contacted me. I responded stating that didn't happen. I never heard back. Pros - The free breakfast is good. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. There is a Walmart 0.2 miles away if you want food. Parking is free, however be forewarned that theft is common in the area (see below). Cons - I noticed a lot of vagrants walking around and they could easily get acess into the hotel during daylight hours. I recommend getting indoors before dark. The hotel is a MUCH older Springhill Suites so do not expect the same amenities you would find at a better location.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great if you need to stay near the airport. There are many fast food dining options available in the area. Sal at the front desk is welcoming and kind. What a sweet and friendly man. He took care of my work group and was such a pleasure to talk to.

Pros: This was a clean hotel with a unique layout to the rooms, which we really enjoyed. Having the separated couch/desk/TV area was helpful with a child traveling with us. The stand up shower was a nice touch as well. Blackout curtains were available. The fitness room was excellent - multiple treadmills and cardio machines, cable machine, weight bench and dumbbells! The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. The lobby was inviting. Cons: Breakfast was disappointing - not many healthy options and the eggs were cold. We ended up going to a smoothie place nearby instead. The pool was out of service, which was extremely frustrating, given that we purposely chose hotels with pools on our cross-country road trip. Overall, satisfactory and a good night's sleep. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Absolutely amazing service! The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast they offer is eggs, sausage, gravy and lots of the pastries. They have cold items as well like cereal, yogurt and fruit . The pool is a bit small but it was still fun to swim in. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!! Rooms are excellent, to die for!! Food for breakfast was national average type stuff but they had several choices to choose from. There is an indoor jacuzzi, small pool, weight/exercise room & a small snacks/drinks/food purchases by the front desk!

Nice hotel, just extremely disappointed in the fact that they show a hot rub online. When you get to the pool are, it has been filled in with concrete. That's the most important thing in a hotel for me is the hot tub.

Our room had no USB ports. Bed was too firm for my back. Room was clean and comfortable size, with a sitting/work area separate from the bed area. Would give 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Hotel and rooms were clean. Front desk upon check in was nice and friendly. However, I had an issue where 2 bags of nuts and chocolate were taken from my room. I know exactly where I placed them (I'm OCD like that) but when I went downstairs and reported it, the front desk acted like I was crazy and even went as far as to say supposedly one of the rooms is haunted and maybe the ghosts took it. I don't care about the missing snacks... They're just a few bucks but it's pretty disturbing that something was taken from my room and then handled in a very unprofessional manner.

I had an excellent time, but my 2 friends who stayed in different rooms both had no warm water. the shower and sink were ice cold. not fun. The room layout and free breakfast were both excellent though. I guess it balances out

The hotel itself was nice. We were definitely excited about being in Oklahoma City for the first time. We needed to have our keys programmed because we extended our stay & the lady at the front desk was rude about it. She made comments insinuating that we didn’t belong there or were somehow scamming the hotel or something. I’m assuming we didn’t look the part. We paid 588 dollars for our stay & should have received better customer service than that.

I stayed here 9/3-9/4 as I made my way across the country. In past trips I have stayed here as well due to it's location and places to eat around it. ON this trip we had an major incident due to an employee of the hotel that will stop me from staying here again and recommending to others not to stay here. In short, due to cars being loaded with expensive items, we asked the front desk person at check-in if we could park under the canopy for security concerns (I did this as I travel over 130 nights and am well aware that you normally can't do this, which is why I asked for permission). He indicated yes, and even told us where to park so the cars would be visible to the front desk staff. We we came down in the morning to walk our dogs (hotel allows dogs and at a pretty low rate), there were orange tow stickers on both cars. While we were starting to peel them off a person came out and in a loud tone told us to move our cars as a tow truck has already been called. Not identifying themselves we had no idea who they were but we still pleasantly indicated that we were given permission to park here by the front desk personal when we checked in. In a louder tone we were told that we were not as they asked the previous front desk person (so I am gathering this lady must have been the morning front desk person) and they said no and we better move the cars and she is going to call the police. When we tired to talk to here she turned away and said "i don't have time for this, I am going to call the police". At this point I asked her to please call the police because I feared that she would still have my cars towed. With all this said I can not recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel in the future. There are plenty of other ones in the area that hopefully have better staff members to at least first asked why we were parked there.

Hotel was super clean & Kevin and Devonte (trying to remember names-night and early morning employees) at the front desk were very kind, helpful and friendly. All around great stay, with the exception of being told there was an airport shuttle-also the website does not mention this amenity being unavailable, which makes for a confusing situation at 5:30am. I hope this amenity is available at other Marriotts throughout the country since I travel most of the year for work and try to stay brand loyal.

Very nice hotel, roomy and comfy. The checkout process took about 20 minutes after I noticed that there was two nights on the bill even though we were only there for one night. The person at the front desk was very pleasant about it and kept trying to fix it but it took a really long time.

Clean sheets, no noise, and complimentary breakfast was pretty good and stocked well. No complaints other than there only being one elevator in service when we stayed. Staff was great and friendly at check in and out as well as during breakfast.
