I would not recommend!!! The faculty needs some repairs, but that wasn't the issue. We were staying in a double queen room: my husband, 19-year-old daughter, 14-year-old son, and me. When we arrived that evening, we asked for an extra towel and washrag since there were only three in the room. We were told they couldn't give us any more. The guy in front of us at the desk said he had bribed them for more towels. We watched a number of teens at the pool with plenty of towels. We are here for the livestock show because my son was in a contest and my husband is an ag teacher. We must have showers after spending all day at the fair grounds. There was a used, dirty washrag laying in the hallway outside the door across from ours. The area around the ice machine was filthy. And finally, we were allowed a total of... one breakfast... for four people!!! This place is a joke!!! I definitely would not recommend this place!!!

Convenient location and that’s the end of the positive. Horrible customer service, carpets were dirty and smelled . Smoke free hotel, but the entire building smelled like pot. If you stay more than 1 night you won’t get housekeeping including no clean towels. To get clean towels, you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk and they will exchange them towel for towel . You won’t get any toiletries unless you ask for them then go to the front desk and pick them up including hand soap and toilet paper. Breakfast was awful, and you better not forget your token for breakfast or you won’t be aloud to have anything . Felt more like I was a suspected thief rather than a paying guest. I travel a lot for work and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. There is an inside pool and hot tub…the water in both was murky at best and the water in my shower was hotter than the hot tub.

I came for State testing and my room smells like piss, sweat and curry. The sink was so dirty my white shirt had brown marks when I leaned on it. I've never had a problem with Wyndham before. The carpet is disturbing. It looks like they drag the trash down the hall daily. It looks like it could be nice if it was clean and taken care of. Shower was dirty, toilet wasn't cleaned, all doors are so bad I won't touch the handles or hang a towel. I'm not a picky person but....this one is a no.

Found a used washcloth in the bathroom and trash on the side of the bed. I can only assume the room was not cleaned prior to our check-in. There was half a roll of toilet paper when we got there, and the front desk staff looked annoyed that I would even ask for more. As many have said before, the pool has no towels, and that would be fine if enough towels were provided in the room. In addition to all of that, the front desk staff are absolutely awful. Don't plan on leaving the building after the sun goes down unless you're prepared to be interrogated upon your return. They want to know the room number and the name of the person who made the reservation, and will ask you how many people are in the room 10 times before they believe you. Staff screamed at my teenager even after she told them all of this information AND showed them a room key (he must not have seen the rest of our family come through the side door, but we heard it all). I understand they are "just doing their job," but this line of questioning is absurd, and screaming at teenagers who aren't even being unruly or disrespectful is absolutely unacceptable. They should figure out a better system to verify who should be in the hotel or maybe just don't yell and be kind when asking questions, even that would work. If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is not worth the hassle.

The room was very nice. Very spacious suite. The bathroom was crazy huge and the Jacuzzi tub (although not long enough for a tall person to lay with legs straight) was relaxing. Even went for a short walk at night and didn't feel unsafe by myself. A few things were in need of repair. - The safe in the closet was pulled out from the wall, and didn't have any kind of instructions to even use the thing. - the one electric outlet wasn't installed correctly and the plug was pushed in way past the cover plate. - the shower hose would leak if you picked up the shower head (its designed to lift off the hook and use). - the toilet didn't really have a problem but every time it was flushed it was very slow as if there's something ready to become a clog but that could just be normal and not a problem. - every single power outlet was so stripped out that anything plugged in would fall out at least part way so not to function. Now if you managed to get something to stay plugged in they worked fine. -the atm was either out of cash or broken. A minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. - There's a ridiculous policy for the breakfast they offer. It has to stay in the breakfast area and cannot be taken to the rooms. As if there's not a fridge in the room or I couldn't bring something to the room otherwise. I understand preventing people from coming in from outside not staying there and trying to steal breakfast, but forcing paying guests to stay put. If people aren't trying to take the entire kitchen, what is the problem. - the towels are not actual bath towels - they're wash towels - as in thinner and smaller (don't even think about wrapping one around your waist). And there was only one available for us. When we asked the front desk about additional towels as there was only one - we're told that he can't get us any towels they were all dirty. The idea of even asking us to be patient and he would put some in the washer and get them to us after they dried didn't even cross his mind. He basically said "oh well, that sucks." The room was a decent deal. So it was fine. But at full price the place would be a rip off.

DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER! Save your money do not stay here !! There is pink mold in the shower breakfast will cause you to spend the entire day in the bathroom. They do not clean there dispenser machine for drinks so it comes out with sparkles of old beverages before in your beverage of choice. The carpet has blood stains like someone drug a dead body. The toilet was not cleaned I told the front desk rep the room was not cleaned and he did not care he told me no one was there could come and clean it. Asked for extra sheets took them upstairs and there was a long black hair in the sheets. The hotel staff was pouring bleach straight into pool so your skin will smell like bleach when you get out if you’re able to stand the strong bleach odor in the pool area. Don’t let these picture fool you the couch was revolting so old and nasty material sink in the couches. I would of been better off at a motel 6 for this price or spending more money for Hilton or embassy suites. Also there’s bugs in your room dead and alive crickets. Do not give these people a dime they need to tear this place down and start over

I've stayed here 3 days a week on business 9 weeks in a row. Excellent front desk staff. Manager Ed even remembers my name now and starts my check in when I walk thru the door. Pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym always clean and operational. Linen and rooms Excellent! Multiple food choices across street. Highly recommended!

Stayed here numerous times over the years. We've always found the rooms clean and comfy. Getting a suite for the price of a regular room is awesome. The breakfast is nice and comparable compared to other hotels we've stayed at with waffles, Muffins, biscuits and Gravy and Eggs. Only thing we wish would change are the pool/hot tub hours of operation. Since the pool is self contained and not really close to any rooms it shouldn't cause a problem to be open earlier in the morning. But we will continue to stay at this hotel/location whenever we are in the OKC area.

I used to love staying here 5 years ago, absolutely terrible. We will sleep next to skunks in a tent before staying here again. There was a camera pointed straight towards the bed. UNACCEPTABLE!!! We should have checked out then..... Not clean, and the furniture is ready for the dumpster, especially the pull-out sofa......it was ewww. My kiddo risked her life eating the breakfast...... nope nopeity nope nope for me. It looked old... my daughter agreed that the food was gross. If you have a cast iron stomach, you will be good. I won't even talk about the e.coli swamp of a hot tub. That was a no also..... the water was dark grey..... not a good sign.... We all broke out in a rash.... after staying here. I do not have sensitive skin, but we were bitten by something. The staff is friendly..... the only upside

Absolutely HORRIBLE place to stay. The staff is ignorantly rude and disrespectful. They claim they serve breakfast it’s a crock pot with old gravy and old muffins with square shaped egg Pattys. The hotel does not allow service animals 🐕‍🦺 no matter the disabilities. The house keeping is non existent with cleaning. The doors in the building are missing handles, the outside ground lights spark and are broken near parking. The staff gives ONE role Of toilet paper per room every two days no matter the guest. I wouldn’t recommend allowing your jacket or a bag of trash to stay the night in this hotel let alone a human. The police were called after the manager locked our service animals and family member wheel chair bound in a room for over one hour! The robbery unit is investigating. The staff claimed they have the right to make copies of your medical documentation and service dog documentation to keep on file and in fact did just that! Charged additional $133 fee for having service animals.

The room I had reserved was rented out. They left me stranded at the airport, at night and I'm over 70!! It was 56 outside, my room was 68! The toilet seat was up and urine was on the rim, NO SOAP TO WASH MY HANDS. When I called for the soap and cleaning of the toilet, he said he wouldn't do it and housekeeping was gone. Six cigarette burns on the sink alone!! No coffee pot, system was there but no pot. Elevator had water puddles, I walk with a cane and had a sprained ankle, wouldn't even help me with luggage. Said I was reporting them on YouTube, he didn't even flinch, like bad reviews were normal. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!

got there less than an hour before heck in after request for early check in. front desk refused to check us in despite room ready. said we could wait in the lobby for 30 minutes then she would. room smelled like dirty laundry. they handed us a can of lysol. bathroom door didn't close. couch cushions didnt fit the couch. standing water and rust in bathroom and tub. very run down. breakfast had zero meat just breads and sugar. pool not open, then when it was hot tub didn't work and no towels, and refused any when asked. staff switched to another language when conversing in front of guests.

I Chose this property for location, and they advertised shuttle service to and from airport, as well as allowing car parking while I was gone. I was told they required 24 hour notice prior to my return to get shuttle service back to the hotel. Uhh, kind of impossible with a constantly fluctuating airline schedule that’s completely out of my control. And, in two states, I had no cell service. Completely unable to make a call. I had my sister call to ask for shuttle service, and was told, since I hadn’t given 24 hour notice, they would not pick me up. Taking a taxi was over $25. I’m not trying to be difficult, but I can’t comply with their requirements. As for the room, it was dark, damp and smelled of mold. I wouldn’t recommend.

Check in was the only thing smooth about our stay. The first night my daughters phone was stolen out of the pool area by a group of unattended children ages 2-14. We knew it was them as they are the only ones who were in the pool area and left. My daughter went to the attendant who said he can't do anything but the police can pull the cameras. I went out to call the police but stopped at the desk to visit with the attendant first. I let him know what group of children it was and he refused to help. Not sure if it was beause they were black or he refused to help me because I am white. But it felt that way after I told him what group of kids it was. He started walking away from me mid conversation and was no help at all. Offered nothing! Next; My eight year old had a horrific asthma attack after leaving the pool that required us to go to the emergency room. Twice! Earlier that evening, fellow customers were in the hot tub telling me how disgusting the hot tub was earlier with dirt residue all around the edges and floating brown foam so they went and told the attendant who drained the hot tub and "cleaned it". They said when they arrived back the chlorine was so strong all of their eyes were burning and watering and they had to leave. I am assuming their attendent isn't a pool specialist and may not understand the importance of the chemistry of chlorine and how it can harm humans in certain values and even cost them their lives. My daughter was mid attack and I walked her outside to get fresh air and decided she needed an emergency room. I stopped at the desk to explain everything to the attendant and honestly not sure if he understood me as english is not his first language. He gave no response, just a um. I asked him if there was an emergency room nearby and he said "around here" and pointed....... You'd save money having a robot attend the desk. Like I said, the high content of chlorine in your poolhouse resulted in two emergency room visits ($$), loss of sleep due to my child just trying to get in her next breath and others suffered as well due to the high chlorine content. Saddest part of it all is we only chose your hotel cause of the pool size and it had a hot tub. I would never recommend your hotel and he should have offered me a refund instead of ignoring our needs and emergency.

Do not even try to stay here!!! Stay away from this hotel. If you have to stay in OKC. DO IT ELSEWHERE. Like brick town at the Wyndham grand. Which I have stayed at it and it’s a good place. This one you will have to fix the toilet seat before using it, not get room service unless explicitly requested and then if you ask for some fresh or extra towels…. They will ask you to bring back the old ones first. Geez. What a $&it hole.

We have no complaints we got a suite for the spa tub that we did not use because we were just too tired after being on the road all day. The spa tub is small. The room was huge the bed and pillows were comfortable and we loved that the ac was already on so the room was immediately comfortable. Our room was clean. The tickets for breakfast were a little weird, we did not eat it so I don't have a comment about the food. The hall rugs need a good cleaning but it definitely seems like they care about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Place was clean and the people were really nice. The pool was open and clean. I had a huge room with a couch and king size bed. Lots of food choices in walking distance and able to have it delivered if you'd like. Well worth it staying here.

Walls was covered in dust. Jets in hot tub didn't work correctly. Pool was nasty. Water coming thru ceiling in lobby. Mold in windows. They need to update the continual breakfast. Waste of money!!

We stayed here last weekend. At checking I requested a top floor room & was told rooms where electronically assigned & we could not be moved. Our room had roaches, the soap dish in the tub was broken off. There was water damage all along the shower & tub. I asked for a second room key at check-in & was told no they don't provide multiple keys. I requested a hair dryer & the attendant told me none were available. The house attendant didn't replace our used towels when I asked for more I was provided towels they gave at the pool.

So upon checking in the guy at the desk was extremely nice, we put our things in the room and immediately went back out for dinner . When arriving back to the hotel we noticed that the paint around the night stand wall was chipping and the walls very dirty . When laying down in the bed you could see behind the bed so between the bed and wall a small piece of the mattress was showing and on the cover for the mattress it was filled with dirt and hair . The bathtub was extremely dingy yellow looking from being stained & unsure if dirty . The shower head was not on properly so it caused the shower to leak and get the floor extremely wet. The carpet had crumbs everywhere . And the beds were not comfortable at all . The pictures are definitely deceiving because it’s not what it’s cranked up to be based from the online pictures . I will never stay at this location again when visiting OKC .

I booked this hotel based on certain amenities and price. The front desk staff are sort of friendly, but offer no explanations on their "rules". For example, if you need service done to your room, you have to notify the desk by 11 am, nobody told us this. You receive breakfast cards, but they failed to tell me that the kids didn't need one. I ended up using all if ours the first day. They did give me more with an explanation. When we got here, we could go in and out the side door with the key card, but the made it an exit only by removing the outside door handle. The rooms are not up to standard. The floor reeked of marijuana all 4 days we were here. Our beds only had the bottom sheet, no blankets or comforters. I had to call twice for them. The front desk tried to switch rooms instead of just bringing them. The door handle is shady, like someone tried to break in at some time. The bathroom handle is about to fall off. There are just many things that need to be taken care of. The housekeeping staff are very pleasant, but they don't refill anything without asking (coffee, toiletries, towels, etc) The pool and hot tub need cleaned. You can't bring food to your room. I will debate about staying here again.

When I first arrived and got my key to my room I was given a room where as soon as you walked in the floor was sopping wet, the room smelled like mold, and the fridge door was left open. I went back and told them and got another room easily but it was frustrating. My 2nd room looked like it was repaired/ maintained over time but the jobs the repairman did were very cheap and sloppy. The cleaning staff could do a much better job as well. There was an empty chip bag under the nightstand from a previous person who stayed. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, lots of build up in the corners etc because they are too lazy to actually get in there and clean it. The overflow in the sink was nasty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was some kind of dirt left inside a couple of the drawers. A couple of the lamps in the room looked like they were used as a bumper then put back on the desk or nightstand. The lampshades still off kilter like no one cared. The hot tub jets did not work the whole time I was there and the hot tub seemed very dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The "buffet breakfast" was one warmer with egg circles and Biscuits. Then they had a crock pot with gravy next to it. It was the same food every day. Otherwise it was a continental breakfast. The hotel was very noisy at odd hours when you would think people would be sleeping. Lots of kids screaming at all hours. They did have a free shuttle to and from the airport. The location is not bad, pretty close to food and entertainment.

Looks like a nice place, but our first room had stains ask over the covers. We for another room and the ac was not up to par. We will never stay there again. The front desk attendant told us to take the stairs 3 floors because the ac in the elevator did not work. We still took the elevator, it was very warm, but I was not climbing 3 flights of stairs in dress shoes. Never, ever again!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room has high ceilings and makes it seem more lux. I liked the pool and hot tub area but the chemicals were a little strong. The pool was freezing but my daughter didn't care. The breakfast was basic continental with waffles. Bed was comfy and clean. Being right next door to Zios was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel to stay at! Right by the airport! Easy access to all major highways and less than 10 minutes from downtown/bricktown! Comfortable rooms and has all amenities you could think of! They even have a heated sauna! Front desk staff was friendly and made sure customer service was exquisite! Will definitely stay here again!

Horrible customer service I traveled into town for my baby shower. When I arrived the hotel front desk clerk immediately tells me how she can’t help me because they are full without even taking my PREPAID reservation number down. The hotel gave my room away then forced me to manage my own reservation to gain another room because she couldn’t work the system! I called to make sure my room would be available in advance and the manager Britney told me that it would, but when I arrived it was not available according to the brown hair lady at the front desk ( who has had no training and is of no help). I would give them zero stars if I could.

Hot tub was great, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, staff was friendly. I encountered a problem during my stay requiring me to leave early and hotel management helped with the check out process Only con was I wanted extra blankets and pillow and I called for them for two days and had no luck. Eventually we got extra sheets but still I needed something a bit warmer then that

Bed and toilet was clean. Nothing else was good. Complimentary breakfast was worst. They provide only an apple and a waffle maker, some biscuits. Not even eggs. They were out of biscuits in jus one hour of starting breakfast. Only waffles were available. Never trust them. Hot pool was there, but not opened until 10am when the checkout is at 11.. overall a bad stay.

The bed seemed clean and that was about it.... Wyndham hotels tend to be clean and fancyish, this one was far from it. It was disgusting. There's brown spots on the ceiling from water damage all over the hotel my air system had black mold on it. The carpet in the hallways are disgusting. The couch was extremely cheap and very worn out and torn. This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled for health reasons.

Hotel had evidence of Bedbugs. Very loud atmosphere. Tub was very rusted. The shower would not stop dripping. Bathroom fan was very loud. Only had hard biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

I really hope we just picked a bad day to go but this place was horrible. We went here specifically because it was reasonably priced with a pool and hot tub but as soon as we went in the pool area we smelt mildew. Still we gave it a chance and it was heated but just generally looked and felt gross. We tried the hot tub too which wasn't as bad until we turned on the jets. Then it got so much worse. We got out and as I looked around I thought someone had left a bunch of mints around the pool but then realized they were small chlorine tabs. Hopefully no one will take their little kids in there because that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. As far as the room it was obvious that the bare minimum was done but everyone is short handed right now so aside from the food.... Hopefully it was food, on the headboard it wasn't too bad. There were no vending machines and their "store" was completely empty. Not even a bottle of water to purchase. The hotel beyond the reception was smelly and stained everywhere. It was pretty hard to sleep because there was noise coming from every direction and when we finally woke to go get breakfast they had biscuits and gravy, yogurt and a waffle maker. My daughter decided on a waffle and as I preceded to make one when an employee yelled at me asking what I was putting in it. I pointed to the waffle mix (as if I there was anything thing else I could put in it). She then yelled again because I didn't use the butter spray. Needless to say we were checking out within 10 minutes. I know it's a hard time for most businesses right now but just go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Not a bad location to stay for a few days tops! Cozy room surprisingly comfy bed/pillows, however bathroom entry could be a little better. Location is within range for your needs such as business and traveling to next state or town.
