Our experience at the hotel was amazing. We visited at the end of July and the staff was extremely nice to my family. It’s a great place to take your kids. It’s very close to a mall (with an aquarium). The breakfast was amazing. The waffles were probably the best waffles I’ve ever had! I will only be staying at staybridge suites moving forward!

Visiting OKC? This is a must stay! SHOUT OUT TO JEANINE and the rest of the team. Staybridge is a great value for excellent rooms and professional, family like service. My daughters especially one was greeted by everyone every time we left or returned. It was a great highlight for her. We spent over 10 days there and everyday was like being at home. Well done everyone.

This is one of the best run hotels I have stayed at. The employees are always busy cleaning the rooms and hotel common areas. Breakfast was excellent and the area is kept clean and well stocked. Check in staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and smell fresh. The whole hotel is clean with hand santizers on the walls. Parking is free and the area is quiet but still located close to all the restaurants you need. I definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I stayed one night on our way home from vacation, and wish we would have stayed longer. My family of 4 loved the room, pool, and even used the fitness center. The kitchen was fully stocked and even has a dishwasher with soap. (No oven, but does have a cook top with two burners, and full size refrigerator) Staff was nice, free breakfast, and parking.

Great place ot stay. Only complaint was that one of our group had to go to work at 7:00 and even though the muffins were already out and had been out the day before until late morning, she was not allowed to get one because breakfast didn't begin until 7:30. It was a MUFFIN and they were sitting out, nobody needed to serve them or anything else. Our room was great and everything else was good. The breakfast was very good, but it was very rude of the wait staff to deny our friend a muffin.

We booked a king suite for myself, husband and two kids. When we arrived we were told due to a maintenance issue we'd have to stay in separate rooms. This was a huge inconvenience but I was left with no options as we had been on the road for hours in an unfamiliar city with two kids. I couldn't walk away hoping to find another room at another hotel on a busy holiday weekend. Zero customer service regarding the issue. No refunds offered or assistance in anyway. In what world is it okay to offer someone way less than what the paid for and offer nothing to fix it? I have called since and was told it was actually my fault for accepting the room and that it wasn't their fault at all. Definitely would not recommend this hotel and will never stay again

Had a good two night stay at Staybridge Suites on W. Memorial. Outdoor pool was closed, otherwise everything went as expected. Room generally comfortable and spacious, bed comfy, wifi, A/C, lighting, TV all worked just fine. Room included ironing board, iron. Kitchenette had cutlery, cups, glasses and bowls. No pots nor pans but is a microwave.

Our room was very nice. It has been updated since the pictures on the app were taken which is a good thing. We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bath suite which is basically an apartment as it has a kitchen and living room area as well. Those size rooms are always what I get if my teen has friends with her so we can hang out together and then I can have me time separately in my room when I feel like it. The only issue I had with this stay was the toilet bowl had poop all in the bottom. Besides that, everything else was great.

Me and my family love staying here. Room are always super nice, staff is very friendly, but we stayed last night and my husband’s truck got broke into along with 5+ more. Be very very cautious.

They shampooed the rooms but the company didn't extract the water properly while I stayed there. I had to wear shoes while in the room due to the wet carpet. When I complained I was told by Jeanette that I could check out if I was unhappy. When I complained to the manger Nicole she said she doesn't take kindly to her staff members being threatened and bullied or have papers tossed at them. In my opinion she was told that I bullied her staff. I have earned platinum elite status. In all my years of using IHG locations I have never been rude to a staff. In the last five months while traveling for work I have logged over 100k in points. She proceeded to offer me points, I told her that I didn't want any points but she said they will be deposited and the case is closed. Brushed aside as if my complaint wasn't valid. I am now heading back to stay at another location in the area for 3 weeks as I would NEVER stay at that location again.

Ask for Jessa, as a woman she made us feel so safe and she made sure we were informed of everything the hotel offered. We had a girls weekend at the hotel and she even brought ice to the hotel room when we did not realize we had to turn on the ice maker ahead of time (we thought they had ice makers in the hall way), she also went above and beyond to help find the information we needed for my rewards. She was kind, positive and upbeat!

Very nice set up room was great and clean. My only complaint was that you could smell what the other people were cooking next door and smell cigarette smoke sometimes. Other than that the breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable.

Nice room. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. However, the front desk staff was very unkind. I have stayed at many hotels and never have been treated this rudely. There was a slight issue with my reservation which was fixed quickly due to a third party error and the staff thought it was their job to belittle me for booking on a third party site. My suggestion would be to stay at StayBridge in Bricktown. Their staff is lovely and the hotel is wonderfully kept.

My husband and I are driving cross country with my mom's dog after a family emergency. We chose this spot after the great reviews on Bringfido. I had awful signal and ended up having to call to book the room. The lady was super friendly and when we arrived, after midnight, the gentleman was even nicer. The room was very spacious, super clean and the entire area was very pet friendly. If we're ever in the area again, we will absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I both agreed if we are ever staying in OK City again, this is where we will always go. This was the cleanest stay we have ever experienced. Everything was immaculate. The staff was friendly and the front desk was knowledgeable and kind. The breakfast was perfect: eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, salsa, cheese, assorted bagels, blueberry muffins, make your own waffles, fresh fruit and whipped cream, cereal, and various juices to drink. What a wonderful experience!!!

This hotel is amazing! It's within walking distance of Barnes and Noble, the mall, several restaurants, and a trampoline park to say a few. It's within 5 minutes drive of pretty much everything you've ever wanted to do. The rooms are amazing. Super clean. The bed is very comfy. The pillows are awesome. Soft, yet firm depending on how you set them up. The air isn't your standard under-window unit. It's a real AC and it is fantastic. The Achilles heal of this hotel, are the towels. OMG, they're awful! Talk about anti-theft. These are anti-use. They're kind of like 100 grit sand paper. If you want the perfect experience, stay at this hotel, but bring your own towels.

This hotel was very nice, clean and decorated so festive for the holidays. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they kept it super clean and sanitary. Nicole checked us in at around 9:30pm and was there when we left bright and early the next morning. Both times she was very welcoming and warm. She had the best customer service. This being a pet friendly hotel is an added bonus as we travel with our small dog. We travel to OKC a lot and will definitely be back.
