Don’t
be
fooled
by
the
five
start
reviews.
I
asked
for
a
first
floor
room
but
was
given
a
third
floor
room.
The
front
desk
clerk
could
not
give
me
any
reason
why
that
happened
and
did
not
even
apologize
or
try
to
accommodate
us.
The
shower
is
a
lawsuit
waiting
to
happen.
No
handles
of
any
kind
to
hold
on
to
when
trying
not
to
fall
because
the
shower
flooring
is
extremely
slippery.
There
is
only
one
shower
head
which
is
a
rain
design
and
the
water
pressure
was
very
poor,
therefore
it
was
next
to
impossible
to
rinse
off.
Also
the
water
temperature
was
often
cold.
Add
to
that…
the
commode
sits
at
the
only
entrance
to
the
shower.
A
terrible
design
to
be
sure.
Our
room
was
never
once
cleaned
while
we
stayed
there
even
when
we
requested
it
to
be.
The
excuse
given
for
that
was,
“Oh,
that
happens
all
the
time.”
The
bathrooms
in
the
lobby
were
out
of
order
the
entirety
of
our
stay
and
each
time
we
tried
to
use
our
key
cards
to
our
room
on
the
third
floor
they
would
not
work
which
caused
a
trip
back
down
to
the
lobby
to
get
new
cards
which
was
never
a
quick
process.
No
reason
given
for
this
either
except
once
when
we
were
told
that
the
computer
had
checked
us
out
a
day
early.
The
full
amount
of
our
stay
was
charged
before
we
even
arrived
and
on
the
day
of
our
departure
two
second
charges
appeared.
When
asked
what
these
charges
were
we
were
told
that
one
charge
was
to
hold
the
room
which
makes
no
sense
seeing
as
it
was
dated
the
day
were
departing
and
the
other
charge
was
for
insurance.
In
7
to
10
days
we
should
see
a
refund
for
this
$200.
I’m
not
one
to
nitpick
little
charges
but
this
could
be
an
issue
for
someone
who
is
on
a
tight
budget.
I
will
not
stay
here
again
and
will
stay
clear
of
any
