First off let me say that we are Diamond Select customers of Best Western because we stay there so often. We have never had issues like the ones we had while staying at this particular Best Western. The hotel itself was decent and the room was clean. The hotel seems nice from the outside, but soon we started to notice tons of homeless people in the area. Our truck (along with 4 others) had the window busted out and some personal belongings stolen. Mike, the man working the front desk at the hotel, was completely rude and unhelpful. Someone reported that our truck had been broken into to him, but he never bothered to call us or come to our room to let us know. When we told him what happened, he replied “I know.” We also asked for a late check out because we were still busy cleaning up glass from our window. His response was “we don’t do that.” I’m pretty sure all hotels do late check out. The room was supposed to be ours for one more night so I know for a fact they didn’t need that room for someone else at that time. They also charged us an additional $50 for incidentals even after everything that happened. PLEASE, please, please think twice before booking a stay at this particular Best Western.

The property itself was great. Beautiful rooms, very clean and comfy. Great breakfast, pool and amenities however they tried to over charge me at check out for my daily rate. When I figured it out and told Mike the desk attendant he acted very annoyed that I was causing him to do more work to look into it. He then made me wait while he helped about 10 more people. He called the manager and she told him that she was at home and could not deal it with until the following week. Very unprofessional and lacked customer service. I will note that the lady that checked us in on Friday was amazing and her name was Linda. She was super helpful. They have still not made this right

This place was going to get a nice review until the day of checkout arrived. Housekeeping started trying to barge in the room staying at 9 am. Checkout is supposed to be noon. They started getting really aggressive around 10:45 knocking and trying to barge in. The lady at the front desk called up at 11:15am to let us know that check out was noon. We were already almost finished packing and ready to leave by then. Housekeeping knocked again and then stood outside the door waiting with their cart. Didn't know best western had a new policy to make their customers feel uncomfortable and want to leave early. Apparently the unprofessional poor excuse for a hotel clerk that runs the place in the morning doesn't like dogs. She must hate service animals because she said that animal is not supposed to be here when my girlfriend took him out to pee. She followed her up to the room and then that is when the barrage of calling and the cleaning staff constantly coming in the room. I am seriously filing a complaint because this horrible monster was targeting a service animal.

I woke up to a loud party outside my room at 3:30am. I look out my room window and the people are drinking, smoking, yelling, and screaming. I called the front desk and the lady said that they are guests of the hotel having a celebration and that there is nothing she can do. I said, “A celebration at 3:30am in the morning?”. It’s now after 4am and the party is still going strong and getting louder and louder and I am unable to sleep. The hotel could care less. I posted pictures below.

I have stayed at the hotel for about a month and a half. I can say that the manager Becky and Tamra has made my stay very enjoyable. They have went above and beyond to ensure that my room is booked and all other hotel related matters I had they took care of them. I can always count on seeing friendly face when I come through the doors. The hotel housekeeping staff is awesome as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you will be staying 1 or more nights in OKC. Becky and Tamra, Thanks again for today.

Extremely new and nice hotel located right off I 35. Very large rooms and nice check in process and lobby. We arrived after a 14 hour drive and it was a perfect place to rest. Very upscale and plush. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware! We had a problem with our reservation of 2 rooms which was made online but with the wrong date (a week late). We arrived (a week earlier than resevation date) and found out the wrong date was on our reservation. We were told at the front desk to simply re-book for correct date in person. They would cancel and refund reservation made for the wrong date. We had a good stay but they refuse and in fact are unresponsive to refund the incorrect dated reservation.

Currently staying here for the next few days. The hotel is nice and renovated however the shower has no gripping on the floors, no shower mat for the shower, and no bars in the shower an of course there is no bathtub. I was concerned about how slippery the shower was so I used a towel in to stand on in the shower unfortunately I stepped off the towel and fell. I wasn't really that injured but my husband let the front desk know I fell and asked if they had anything else we could use in the shower. They provided us with some cloth towel mats. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a shower mat to use. Wouldn't recommend for safety reasons.

Was excited to book this location booked 2 rooms but upon check in wasn't given information on breakfast times, our $50 giftcard was never applied, and then our room was without hot water. I had two babies with me and we needed to go up two floors to use my parents shower. I informed front desk but no solution was offered besides waiting for maintenance even though another room on my floor was having the same problem per the front desk associate. We had a 1 night stay and was told to email the hotel and gm will compensate the room but nothing has been resolved as I am still waiting for an email response. The room itself was nice and the cleaning staff were nice as well. Just wish I would have been able to shower myself and my babies in our room. I will update my review once the manager gets back to me.

I've stayed here three times now. Still feels brand new, and it's clean. It's a great place to check into in a pinch, and the staff are very kind and helpful. I needed milk for our toddler at 2:30 a.m., and the staff went into the kitchen to help me. I'll stay there the next time we pass through, for sure.

I got in very late. This was not my hotel of choice. It is actually connected to the hotel next to it. I paid and went to bed. Got up and left the next morning. I was harassed by the manager after she tried to charge my cash app card multiple times bc they accidentally reversed the charge. It still showed pending v no warning on them trying to take it again. Nothing at all. She just continued to harass me saying pay it now or we will take action against you. FOR THEIR MESS UP!!! I’m a school teacher and can’t just make a double payment appear. So to harass me for the entire time while I waited on it to release is ridiculous.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was just all around great. Definietly worth it for our anniversary♥

We have been in the road for a week and this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in. The woman working the desk at night was super nice and made check in painless. The rooms are a great size and the shower is 👌 awesome.

1st room, Phone didn't work. The TV didn't work. 2nd room, Ceiling in the bathroom looks like there is a leak. Drain in the shower is broken. This place is only a few years old and has alot of issues. Looking at it from the outside, it looks like a decent place...with the exception of alot of homeless people in the area. The V.A. paid for my stay. I should have known better, that the government uses cheap, sub par hotels. I would never stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay while passing thru Oklahoma City, especially if you have a Tesla! 2 chargers on site to let your car refill overnight at no extra charge! Jack in the Box is confidently about 1 block away for late night munchies No pokestops but the free charging makes up for it!

Comfortable rooms at a great price. Complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, and there were lots of options. Housekeeping staff was very helpful when the desk attendant was striking out.

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was fast and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room was very clean and I always do a walk through and check the beds before unpacking my stuff. We took advantage of the free breakfast, it was good and had more selections than the average hotel breakfasts. They have Tesla charging stations if you own a Tesla. We do not, but thought worth mentioning. The only issue we had was the second night our tv would not connect to cable but we were so tired it didn’t matter to us so we did not attempt to complain to get it fixed. The price was good. We were very happy. Would recommend and stay again!

This hotel is well-kept and lit. The room was spacious even without luke warm, warm or hot water. Coffee pot heated water for a bird bath isn't my idea of Executive Residency living. The breakfast was decent...waffles (minis or whole), eggs, bacon, hash brown (dry & hard), hard-boiled eggs, muffins, toast, jellies, jams & spreads, fresh fruit, 4 cereal options, coffee, lemon water, 3 juices were all available. The sitting area was nice! The staff is friendly and personable.

Luc was very nice, when we first walked in she had a smile, very welcoming and pleasant. Any time I had any questions about places to eat, she gave me the nearest locations. My wife is going to have surgery today, and Luc made her stay very pleasant. Thank you and God Bless

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the environment was extremely peaceful and the customer service we received from an awesome employee by the name of Jordyn was so welcoming. My wife and I were so impressed by her sincerety and professionalism. We will undoubtedly be recommending this establishment to anyone and everyone we know that will be traveling to Oklahoma City. Thank you again to Ms. Jordyn your kindness will never be forgotten.

Many of the same things that we'd read in other reviews were true! We'd give it an overall 3.5 stars, but be aware of the following. There are NO public restrooms in the 1st floor lobby-only in your room. They're all closed still, after several months. There's no ice machine on the upper floors, only on the 1st floor. We walked our entire 4th floor hallway looking for one & had to go back to the lobby for ice & any kind of vending areas. The shower floor is VERY slick! High law suit potential for slip and falls. Luckily, I'd brought pool shoes to wear. The breakfast was okay, but choices were a bit limited, we'd like to have seen a bit more variety & the food was bland. The bed pillows were too small, like couch pillow sized, and hurt our necks/caused headaches. The pool is an outdoor pool, so not usable all year round. The lobby was clean & staff was friendly, but the place needs some repairs & upgrades to make it more safe & user friendly. Not my 1st choice to stay at again, but it was just okay.

Nice place to stay. This location is just minutes away from many locations in OKC. It's just 8min from brick town. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and lots of parking. This was our first stay and we will definitely be coming back to this location. Free breakfast every day, gym and outdoor pool are just some of the amenities provided here. Kid friendly.

It looks beautiful in appearance, the room was clean and very sufficient, but the breakfast was very terrible both days. The scrambled eggs had standing water in the pot. The sausage also had a 1/4 inch of grease. The juice machine was out and sprayed water all over. The floor was very sticky. The pool looked nice as well. But the poles came out while we attempted to get out of the pool. There was definitely a smell of cigarette smoke that stayed around the pool area as well.

Beautiful hotel. So clean, so up to date. Great location on the interstate. So love not having to check out til noon. Front desk and all the folks working there were so friendly and helpful. Also a very good breakfast offering. Will stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by the five start reviews. I asked for a first floor room but was given a third floor room. The front desk clerk could not give me any reason why that happened and did not even apologize or try to accommodate us. The shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen. No handles of any kind to hold on to when trying not to fall because the shower flooring is extremely slippery. There is only one shower head which is a rain design and the water pressure was very poor, therefore it was next to impossible to rinse off. Also the water temperature was often cold. Add to that… the commode sits at the only entrance to the shower. A terrible design to be sure. Our room was never once cleaned while we stayed there even when we requested it to be. The excuse given for that was, “Oh, that happens all the time.” The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order the entirety of our stay and each time we tried to use our key cards to our room on the third floor they would not work which caused a trip back down to the lobby to get new cards which was never a quick process. No reason given for this either except once when we were told that the computer had checked us out a day early. The full amount of our stay was charged before we even arrived and on the day of our departure two second charges appeared. When asked what these charges were we were told that one charge was to hold the room which makes no sense seeing as it was dated the day were departing and the other charge was for insurance. In 7 to 10 days we should see a refund for this $200. I’m not one to nitpick little charges but this could be an issue for someone who is on a tight budget. I will not stay here again and will stay clear of any Best Western hotels in the future. We all have choices and the hotel industry is a competitive one. Too bad Best Western is the loser.

Our softball team has stayed here a couple of times. The rooms and the facility overall is nice and clean! The girls love the big breakfast! Becky, one of the managers, as well as all of the staff have always been very hospitable to all of us. We will definitely stay there again!

My children and I had the best time and enjoyed our stay tremendously during the 3 days we were there. Everyone was so nice and helpful with anything and everything we asked for. Kim, Justin, Rebecca, and Allyson were phenomenal. They made us feel at home although we were temporarily passing through. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting in the city. We will definitely stay again in the near future. You guys ROCK!!!!
