We went to the rooftop bar. The location was great but the staff, especially the security needs a class in customer service. We were there past closing and yes he did announce that they were closing but the way they went about it was not cool. We were not being loud nor unruly. If you want people to leave as soon as you say your establishment is closed, you should stop serving at least 30 minutes before closing and if you want ppl to leave, being courteous is way better than being disrespectful.

Always a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and the staff take great care of you. The O Bar, their rooftop lounge has great views of the city and staffed by some of the best bartenders in OKC.

Mixed experience. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. Breakfast at Cafe Cuvee was good. But there were several issues with the hotel. First, the ridiculous barn door on the bathroom does not actually close (there's a gap of at least an inch on each side), so there's no privacy. Absurd! Even cheap hotels (and this hotel is not cheap) have functioning bathroom doors. Second, there were empty soda cans from the previous occupant in the mini fridge. Third, the robe in bathroom had a gross stain on the collar. Fourth, we ordered room service, but we waited an hour until we discovered that they forgot our order. The hotel did do the right thing and gave us free food + breakfast to make up for losing our order (and the manager was very apologetic), but it's just another sign that something is going wrong at this hotel. UPDATE A WEEK LATER: Also, they double charged me. The manager was quick to fix the problem after I called about it, but come on...

This is one of our favorite hotels when driving across the country. Great rooftop bar for drinks & light dinner, and good restaurant for breakfast. You must order the chocolate croissant (see picture)! And the rooms are fairly large which is nice.

One of my favorite hotels - we are there every Christmas eve and it is a perfect wrap to the end of the evening.

Wow.. outstanding hotel experience. The staff goes over and above, from the valet parking to the front desk (Patience at the front desk is Gold!). The room service and food will not be out done, and the O-bar on the rooftop is breathtaking. If your near OKC do yourself a favor, stay here. Thank you to the entire Ambassador Team!

I had a small conference in this hotel a few days ago. Stylistic design, a cozy and vintage vibe but very clean. Great food. The strategic location allows walking to many restaurants around. The weirdest thing, I was harassed by an email from their staff asking me to pay a strange bill for their roof bar. When it turned out to be their mistake, NO apology………….

I love staying at the Ambassador! The hotel is stylish, the staff are always friendly, and the view from the bar is great. The valet team also handle the doors and shuttle. Riding with Andrew and Bryce is always nice.

Beautiful hotel, an oasis of a little salt water pool, wonderful onsite restaurant! Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. Extremely comfy suite with good mattress and thoughtful details. Walkable area with many restaurant options. We only stayed one night but wish we had more time. Fantastic service from every clerk, valet, server, housekeeper!

I stay at hotels VERY often so it pains me to write this. Upon check-in, the key was handed over via “Here you go.” I can’t recall a time checking in that I wasn’t told where the elevator, ice machine, restaurant and/or bar was at or whatever other amenities they might have. Also, apparently there’s even a shuttle which would’ve been nice to know about since being smack in the middle of Bricktown the traffic is horrific and close parking is sparse. Next, the room…the doors/windows are paper thin and rn all I can frustratingly hear is knocking for room service, people talking in the hall, water flowing/vacuuming upstairs, traffic from cars, the trolley, AND helicopters. The music from across the street last night was super annoying then I wake up to all this. So…don’t come here expecting any quiet except at the front desk. The ONLY upside is that you can walk to Soooo many restaurants.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk personnel were very nice and shared information about the restaurant and bar. The room was beautiful and had lovely decor. The bed was soft and the tv was easy to use. The window shutter were nice but didn’t block out all the lights from outside. Maybe next time I’ll bring a night mask to wear.

I stay here almost every time I'm in Oklahoma City, the staff is incredible. I have never met nicer people that work valet as well - don't waste your time anyway else and book an evening here.

Charming! From the courtyard to the plantation shutters in the rooms. This is my third stay in as many months and I have found the service to be outstanding and consistent. Cafe Cuvée has delicious food and an attentive waitstaff. I highly recommend.

We had the BEST weekend at the Ambassador. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure we were all comfortable and weren’t wanting for anything. Thank you to Emma, the front desk receptionist, for going above and beyond for our family. And the cafe and bar staff were incredibly amazing and fun. Will definitely be coming back!

We were treated very well during our stay from the moment we parked our car. The staff was super friendly. It’s the level of service that I would expect and return for every time I visit. The hotel is beautiful, the bar and patio have stunning views and the food and drinks are amazing. We stayed in a corner king room which we loved. And one of the most amazing things was the bed. It was perfect. Just soft enough and not stiff as a board thank goodness because at another hotel we recently stayed at the stiff bed was enough to ruin the whole experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Food and service were very good at Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is special. The food took quite a while to be served. The valet was especially attentive and kind.

Inside the hotel is the Cuvee restaurant with French cuisine. It was a delightful evening of libations, fine food and cordials. There were some things lacking however. I would not recommend the muscles in wine sauce. It came with French fries on top which were soaked from the broth. The entree's were the best. The appetizers, not so much. Having said that, the oysters on the half shell were creamy and delightful. The house wine was also very good served in a crystal glass. I had a Galiano in a Brandy snifter. I asked for it warm it came cold and oddly it was in a thick heavy glass snifter, where crystal is a must. The staff was wonderful but the entirety of the dining experience was off balanced. If you want elegance, just a chance to doll up, with your spouse, this is the restaurant for that special evening. Thank you

A friend took me to lunch at the cafe here. What a hidden gem. Exceptional food and service. Very good vibe from all personnel and management. I'm here in the metro area but I'm now inspired to book a room and take my wife here for a staycation.
