Front desk personnel contacted a manager about my room, freezer was making loud noises, front desk offer to move me to another room in which I stated no problem. The room they moved me into the heat or AC did not work. Manager stated on the phone to the individual working at the counter nothing they could do. Seems to me the Manager needs to do a little walking through the hotel. Many issues are starting from the front entry way, cabinets in front of the coffee station needing repaired, the elevator numbers unable to read, along with many other noticable small things that should be corrected with maintenance staff. The Manager needs a little more Marriott standards and start walk the facility.

I stayed here for about a month over a year time-line in two different rooms - and there's a lot to be desired from the rooms. The biggest thing? The incessant noise from the refrigerators and heat/air conditioning. Clicks and groans, clattering and other noises. The free breakfast is free. And I will never bad-talk a free meal. Something to know, just for your expectations, is that it's instant-eggs and instant-bacon. The sausage patties seem a higher quality (I still prefer the bacon, yum). There's a waffle-maker and batter (my favorite), and a great selection of single-serving cereals and muffins/bagels. Hot water and tea, decaf, and caffeinated coffee is available - usually throughout the day - but there is a specific front-desk worker who closes that up early afternoon. You can borrow appliances and use their grill to make meals, and they have a small convenience center near the front desk where you can buy quick-eat/drink items and over-the-counter medications. Because there is a shuttle to my place of work, I'll stay here again - but if that weren't the case, I wouldn't. Also, the awesome lady who works the breakfast in the morning is a peach, and I was always happy to hear "Buenos Dias" at six a.m.

I stayed here because I needed two rooms with separate bedrooms for our special needs children. We were assigned room #420 & #419. Carl at the front desk was nice, not the most social but he was good at his job. I paid nearly $180 a room to only find roaches. We found these in room #419. We checked in at 7:30 and by 10:30 we found over 10. Crawling on the walls and all over the place. I will talk with management in the morning the only reason we stayed is that we already had our special needs children asleep in the other room.

This TownePlace Suites is Near OKC Airport just few miles down the road. Safe area, and has many restaurants near by. The traffic is easy to get around also major highways, depending on rushour on i35 or i240 haha. Staff are all around communicate and easy to approach/ get help with assistance. i Enjoyed Breakfast in the morning because it was fresh with fruits, eggs, and many meats, also fresh coffee all day which I enjoyed every morning on a 2 week business trip! Many thanks to the Morning Chef 😀 and all staff members! Thank you

We stayed for a week at 2 bedroom suites. Always big fan of spacious rooms. It was clean because they just finished renovation. Carpets are brand new. Not sure why it was but I can smell something not so pleasant. But it got better when we put room freshers. Shower place has still some moles but I don't expect to be like brand new. If you want brand new, you should look for 5 stars hotel. The service to fix shower door was fast (it was loosen). However, room service wasn't up to my expectation. (Maybe I should look for 5 star hotel 🤣) Not sure about weekend breakfast, but there is only waffle and some turkey sandwich are available during the weekday breakfast. I wish management is more sensitive about events. So they can at least provide some eggs go along with breakfast since there are a lot of youth staying entire week.... Staffs are all super nice and very supportive. Location is just so perfect and easy to go where I needed to go. From the airport is literally less than 10min. And many stores are around. I am coming back for my other trip.

This Marriott had good desk clerks, but the management was horrible. The Assistant Manager they call Sue was the worst I've ever encountered. "The hotel was not of Marriott standards". The doors were purposely rigged to not properly close per the management. The refrigerator was missing handles, drawers won't close properly. The television didn't properly work either. Once we got in the room the bathroom had open used soap from prior guess and stained pillow cases. The so called renovations were flawed. Even the inside of the toilet was cracked. The Assistant Manager Sue offered my wife and I something free from the market store. You know snack and chips instead of honoring the return of just some of our points for their lack of comfort. Then Sue said, my wife and I would have to just leave not to be charged for the next night or change rooms. But, we were told by the clerk that 90% of the room were the same condition. Missing handles on the refrigerators and room doors designed not to close. Sue said, leave or just put up with it basically. So, my wife and I drove on to our next stop which was twelve hours away without sleep from that morning to avoid being mistreated by this, so called manager. We were in the mountains all day from that morning and when we returned that was our result. This place don't deserve the right to be named a Marriott. This is the worst Marriott ever. I would recommend that you avoid this hotel all together. If you do stay your room door looks closed, but the room is open and your safety and valuables are at risk. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

Hot mess express. We showed up at 11:00 pm tired from 20 hours of driving. Got our keys and went up to the room… the AC doesn’t work. Instead of just switching us to a new room, the front desk has to come look. Mind you we are tired and it’s late. Surprise surprise we weren’t lying and the AC actually didn’t work. Went back down stairs for them to find us a new room. While this is happening another guest gets two beverages from the store. After checking out and leaving, I noticed they charged those two beverages to my room… So make sure you review the charges before you leave because the front desk isn’t detailed oriented enough to make sure they are charging things to the correct room. Also the rooms are “updated” but you can tell it use to be old and outdated. The shower/toilet room is so poorly lit a new installment of the Grunge could film in there.

Solid hotel for the class. Convenient to airport. Noisy though. Shower stall was stained throughout. Had to change to another room as the first one AC did not work.

The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke that came from the vent and progressively got worse and the shower was dirty. There was no fan to circulate air out of the bathroom without letting the smell into the rest of the room.We stayed with friends who were down the hall and water leaked up through the carpet.

The guest services staff were amazing and very helpful. Not knowing the area very well, they were very knowledgeable and gave me places to go that most people dont know about.

Broken door. Maids don't know how to properly clean the rooms. I watched them clean and they don't use any disinfectant. Since covid I haven't got sick once, show up here and...instantly sick. Makes sense now. Oh and the security guard likes messing around in the company vehicle at 4:20 a.m. ...

Really don't appreciate being harassed by 3 white Security because their bored after I've already been in the hotel using my key card right in front in of them and the harassment threats still didn't stop I felt racially profiled and unsafe.... Marriott staff were great tho

Close to airport, clean, great customer service. The only downside to this hotel is that the doors are really loud and you hear your neighbors all hours say and night.
