I never actually made it in to the room. While checking in at the front desk, the front desk clerk took my credit card and drivers license and made a copy of them. when i ask why he did that he said it was policy, when I told him that I would rather they didn't make a copy of them he said he could not rent to me then. I stay at best western hotels all over the country and nowhere else do they make copies of my credit card and drivers license .So I told him to cancel my reservation and give me the photo copy of my credit card and drivers license. with all the I.D. theft going on I can't imagine why a hotel would require that. If you are comfortable giving someone a copy of that information then by all means use this hotel, if not I would recommend finding another place to stay... i did

First time staying at this location but definitely glad that I did. Very very clean rooms, friendly and professional staff. They make you feel welcome and right at home.

The manager is rude!!!! He calls u a liar!!!! Told me if I didn’t like how he ran HIS BUSINESS to leave, and this was after I had a medical episode. I called customer service filed a complaint and called back a week later to see if anything was done about it. I was told the MANAGER was supposed to call me, and I stated that he had not. So I called the motel and spoke with BOB the manager. He said I lied about my situation and kept interrupting me all the while raising his voice and still calling me a liar. I called the customer service again and reported him again…. BOB IS NOT IN A BUSINESS THAT HE WILL SUCCEED IN!!!!!! He’s rude and arrogant!!!!! And he has no problem raising his voice and threatening to hang up, instead of fixing the problem…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! No person at front desk after 11:30 pm….. Cleaning people knock on doors at 8:30 when check out is 11:00 am…. Pool opens at noon, instead of morning…. BE WARNED THIS IS NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE!

Everything was perfect with this hotel. Check in with quick, room was clean and spacious, bed very comfortable. Close to eateries and shops. And most importantly, my appointment was right across i240. Would recommend to all.

Tim was amazingly helpful. We had multiple rooms and he called us prior to our arrival and asked if we would like our rooms together. He also made sure to assist us with anything we needed, and was very friendly even when we arrived at 10pm.

Great hotel for the price! Great location-walking distance to many restaurants. Free breakfast is always nice. My room was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay. I've never seen this at a hotel, a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Very nice.

This is a budget hotel that is not in the best area, but proximity to highways makes it a good launching point for adventures. On the surface, the room looked good, however when You look close, you will see that there is not a lot of attention to detail with regard to the cleaning. However, the most important things were clean (sheets, towels). This hotel also features a free breakfast, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, I was satisfied with what I got for the price I paid. I felt safe at this hotel as well as it seemed securely locked and a key was required to get in from the outside. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good value.

Had a great stay, very impressed with the staff. Most hotels, the staff will bear ly speak. Room was nice and comfortable.

Woke up to being rained on this morning. The bedding, mattress, and floor wet. Ceiling shows evidence of this not being a new issue. Staff was very rude. Man behind the counter said "mother nature rained on you, I didn't. There is nothing I can do". Would not recommend.

Tim was great at checking us in and answering any questions we had. We only stayed 1 night and left early. The beds were a little hard, but for the amount of time we were there it was fine. Breakfast was good also.

I would of given at least two starts until I read the replies on complaints. What’s the saying “thou does protest too much”. If your establishment was up to par, you wouldn’t need to belittle anyone. A truly great manager can get their point across with kindness, not gaslighting.

The staff was very friendly but omg the bathroom was so nasty. There were long hair on the towel. There were hair on the toilet and in the shower. I went to the front desk to get cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom. The staff said that room been sitting there and guess they did not checked it and the bed was gross. I am a gold member for best western so I stay at them a lot but not again. Tim was very nice and the last time he was as well. But after I seen all that hair all in the bathroom I was done and I clean the bathroom for them. I took pictures as well

The only problem I had was that I called made in a reservation specifically told them I wanted a room with two beds. They quoted me a price. When I got there they had me in a king bed and charge me $15 when I told them I wanted it to be two doubles

My favorite thing and what keeps me going back is definitely the customer service. t The young lady that checked me in was incredible. I'd had a day were everything that could, did go wrong. She seemed to sense my anxiety and frustration and met me with patience and offering whatever kind of assistance I needed, from a moment to gather my thoughts, the 1-800 #, or her personal charging cord. She didn't rush me and and she really allowed me to get centered. Then there is Tim who goes above and beyond throughout the day, everyday. I know that he is keeping his eye on everything and is aware of my needs even before I say anything. He has seen I'm bringing in take out food and goes to grab napkins and cups, helping me open my door due to hands being full. He has been in the back grabbing me towels, because he noticed I was headed down the hall in that direction. He tries to foresee needs, so that you have it,before you need it. I feel safe letting my teenage meet the pizza man, right outside at the front entrance, because I know Tim is watching and alert to the activity. The manager/owner always thanks me for being a diamond select best Western loyalty member, and has extended many courtesies that he was under no obligation to do. Late checkouts, early check-ins, room changes. Whatever he can do to make my stay be as stress-free as possible. He gets me checked-in and checked-out quickly and with a smile. The overnight staff has went as far as to actually lending me their iPhone charger because my daughter's broke and it was too late to go to store. He patiently opened the front entrance for me many times. The woman that works overnight also make sure that she is aware of the guest of the property, which makes me feel safe, valued, important. The hotel room is self is larger than most as well as the bathroom. The room is well stocked, so you don't have to go to the front immediately to ask for something. There is an actual closer in all the rooms I've seen. The furnishing is plentiful. There is just so many little extras as far as furnishing goes. They make sure you'll be comfortable and have what you need and then some. I feel right at home in my room It's very comfortable and easy to forget you're actually in a hotel room. The beds are comfortable plenty of pillows on the beds. Plenty of storage and space to put your belongings. I guess if I could make a couple changes it would be a bigger T.V. . The current TVs are nice sized. It's definitely a bigger TV than a lot of people have at home. Also the breakfast selection gives you several options for hot food, several options for cold food, pastries fresh fruit they even have flavored coffee creamer. The laundry is more affordable than most. The location is right off of a major interstate. There's several restaurants and fast food I was in a block. Even with being a block or two away from the highway and the businesses that are in close proximity, I really don't hear anything when I'm in my room. Occasionally I might hear a car door slam in the parking lot but that's about it.

First couple of days were very good, courteous and helpful staff, nice breakfast, and clean rooms. Then, when I extended my stay because of my mother's extended stay in the ICU the attendant forgot to have me sign the receipt. The night attendant came to my room and woke me up at 11:00 PM To sign it!!!!! Rude, unprofessional, and not acceptable. I do Not Blame the hotel, just the night attendant

The gentleman that checked us in was the best. Tim informed us of an issue in the parking lot. So grateful for people that are honest and take care of their guests like that. He needs to be recognized by the company for the excellent service he provides.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite and we’re very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The staff was accommodating! I feel like we got an awesome price for our stay. Thank y’all for a great experience.

If you're looking for a good nights sleep, don't book here, most uncomfortable bed ever. If you're looking for staff willing to hear you out about issues, don't book here. Overall experience was exhausting.

The room itself was ok but I’m wondering why I paid 180$ plus tax and fees for a room on Saturday night, Sep 25. One night stay. If I were to stay this coming Saturday, it would be 97$! Price gouged maybe because the OU game was in town. I don’t know just feel pretty ripped off.
