The room had not been cleaned. Toilet paper shredded on the floor and hair in the bath tub. When asked if they would clean the room, I was told there was no one there to clean it. When asked if I could get another room, I was told there was not one. I then asked if I was expected to shower in a dirty tub and the front desk clerk said, "just don't take a shower". I cancelled the reservation through Marriott Rewards and they found me another room at another hotel. But the worst thing was Springhill Suites charged me for the room! I am disputing the charges, but the manager will not return my phone calls! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was the worst Marriott hotel we have ever stayed in. When we arrived the floor was a mess, not vacuumed! Housekeeping had already left for the day. Carpet and sofa bed was filthy and stained. Mold in the shower and the door didn't stay closed. We had connecting rooms and the tub in the other room was chipped like they tried to paint it. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not Marriott quality at all. So disappointing!

I stayed 2 days following a surgery I had and ran into problems with housekeeping 4 times. First time they attempted to open our door mid morning without knocking and our latch was on. We told them we didn’t need any service that day. Later that afternoon around 3, housekeeping walked right in the room as I have half dressed doing a wound care dressing change, again without knocking. The next day I asked for a late check out and was sleeping around 11 when my door was opened again by a male housekeeper. My latch was on so the door got caught and he walked off and left it cracked open. I had to get up and go close my door but his response was simply “oh sorry I opened the wrong door.” Around 2 minutes later I hear a knock and housekeeping attempting to open my door so bi open the door again and explain I keep getting interrupted and I’m a late checkout. She gave an empty apology and kooks me up and down as if she has an attitude about me saying anything. I go checkout and the front desk has no idea I already received my statement via email. My charges were around $184. As I approach the desk the manager said she would check me out because I had many issues and she was “very sorry” about it. She explained she would take off $20.00 plus taxes to make up for it all. The housekeeping and more staff gathered around the desk to watch and listen. The two from today beat it down there as if they were ready to defend themselves. The manager never told them to go away and when I said they all need to knock the one girl with the attitude pipes up “I did.” The manager never handled her attitude and again slowed them to all stand around the desk and watch/listen. It’s almost like middle school bullies ready to pounce. Manager gets my statement done and I immediately notice I’m paying $20.00 more. I just played dumb and told her thank you and submitted both my first and second statement to cooperate because I had already spoke to them an hour before. Thankfully corporate took care of me but I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional minus one young gentlemen and one lady who works in the evening.

One of the worse hotels I've stayed at. The hall smelled of mildew, the locks on the outside buildings were broken so you just pull on the door and gain access without a card, the tub was dirty and didn't drain properly. The water in the room was reversed so when you turned on the cold you got hot water instead. The building is realy dated and it shows. It was fine for what we needed it for, but I'm not sure I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was HORRIBLE. We went there and there was missing ceilings in bathrooms. My bathroom had mildew. The bathtub that I used to shower did not drain. Horrible service didn’t even have shampoo were out. Said we would order and light be here in a couple business days. Worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. Worst gym ever smelt horrible had barely any equipment. Only full sized beds not queens. Pull out bed would barely come and and the whole couch would fall foward. Overall a horrible experience never would stay here ever.

Rooms were very dirty. Sticky spots all over the carpet, dirty socks from previous guests, mold inside shower. Not comfortable at all. Have stayed several times at the location in Moore and that location is so much better. Air conditioner was just blowing like a fan. Also the pool was full of the patio chairs. We removed them for our kid's safety only to find them all back in the pool the next day.

Very dirty musty hotel. This hotel has a lot of recent bad reviews on here and it has earned them. The main laundry off the lobby smells strongly of mildew and that smell is throughout the entire hotel. First room we checked into had one bed that wasn’t made. Second room both beds were unmade. Third room finally had two made beds but the musty mildew smell was strong. This hotel is not up to Marriot standards at all.

In just four years since first staying this hotel has gone into decline. Sure, COVID has been hard on a lot of hotels but there now seems to be so much deferred maintenance that I am concerned for the future of this property under the Marriott flag. Sprinkler main lines in the stairwells were dripping for most of our five night stay, water damage on walls and cabinetry in room, gaping holes in lobby ceiling that were covered in plastic sheets that had been in place since our last stay three months ago. Staff was lackluster with the exception of the woman working the breakfast. Her smile was a real bright spot. I enjoy the location and spacious rooms here but I think this place really needs to turn things around in a number of ways. I hope they do.

Giving 2 stars only bc the staff were so lovely and friendly. But do not recommend staying here, not up to Marriott standards. Dirty rooms, run down building, generally in disrepair. My room had a filthy mattress and if I didn’t keep a wet rag over the drain, you could smell sewage through the pipes. AC and microwave didn’t work, and the gym was nothing like pictured. Lop-sided equipment, no towels, and missing free weights. From the looks of other reviews, the elevator has been broken for months.

My family stayed here for one night and will NOT be returning. The hotel overall looks like it was renovated a few years ago and not kept up. Walking into the lobby, there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. Because we had an event to attend soon after check-in, my husband requested early check in at the time of booking. After some trip interruption, we arrived right at check-in time and we’re told that our room was still not ready and had to wait. After getting the room keys, we continued to the second floor where the smoky, mildew smell was even stronger; the room was no different. Our room was dark and felt closed in, especially considering these rooms are all suites and the carpet was noticeably stained. There was hair from previous tenants on the counter, light switch, sink, and in the fridge and dead bugs on the ac unit. You can’t convince me that they did anything but make the bed/change sheets. The bathroom door in our suite opened right in front of the toilet and shower so you have to do some climbing/maneuvering just to close the door while inside, not great for anyone. There also seems to be a problem with mosquitos. We killed mosquitoes in the room and in the dining area at breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially because there are numerous other price comparable hotels in the area.

I am a Marriott Gold Member and have stayed at a lot of Marriott Hotels for both work and pleasure. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived (without a warm greeting) to when we checked out, it was not great. Don't stay here. Read the other reviews and believe what is written. I failed to review them before making our reservation. One of the elevators is still not working (2+ months now). The hotel is in general disrepair. They are understaffed. Our rooms were dirty and our toilet didn't work. Room keys not functioning two days in a row. Not a pleasant experience. And after taking a Marriott survey, I get an email back saying they were sorry--THAT'S IT! Nothing more. Just they apologize my stay wasn't great. Revaluating some future Marriott stays I have planned.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I thought since it was a Marriott it would be decent. But it was not. They had one elevator broke and it has been broken for 2+ months and the other elevator worked sometimes. The rooms were not great. The air conditioner was old it sounded like a lawn mower when it cycled. And it was only cold if you were on the bed next to it because the bed was blocking it so the rest of the room was hot. The bathroom door opened right in front of the toilet so you had to do some gymnastics to get out the door. There was a moldy smell in the hallways. The first night we couldn't get into our room were had to go get another key that still didn't work so the front desk agent had to come and let us in with another new key. Then our room didn't have a safety latch it was broken. Our other connecting room the phone didn't work found that out when I tried to call about the keys not working. Then on Saturday went to the pool and another guest told us that they just shocked it but he said you can swim at your own risk. WHAT!!!! You cannot swim in a pool that has just had chemicals dumped in it. So on a Saturday when the temperature was over 100° the pool was closed. There is more but I think this is long enough.

The customer service is very friendly. However, I can not give greater than two stars because I don't stay at hotels based on customer service. The hotel hallway smelled moldy, the tub was disgusting and not draining, and the rooms overall appearance was not good. Please fix these issues. The morning breakfast was great.

If I could give this location a negative number of stars I absolutely would. Let’s see where to start… First our toilet was broken and each time we used it we had to lift the back to jiggle the lever for the water to refill. We had to purchase our own face towels because the laundry wasn’t being done… It was literally piled up in the laundry room and hall ways. The only area of the hotel that was clean was the lobby. The lobby restroom had a piece of bar soap sitting on a piece of Kleenex and no paper towels to dry your hands. None of the soap dispensers or had sanitizer stations were full. The hall on our floor smelled so bad like a mixture of old trash juice, mildew and vomit mixed with bleach. It was gut wrenching each time we left our room. There was constantly piles of old towels and trash piled up in the halls ways. One of the elevators was out of order so it was difficult getting to and from our room. The staff was very dismissive when asking for assistance. Every time we passed the front desk there was a line of guest complaining. I’m surprised Marriott allows their name to be associated with this property.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites, and while the experience was overall satisfactory, there were a few disappointments. The room cleanliness upon arrival was subpar, and the broken door lock was inconvenient. Additionally, it was frustrating to find that multiple rooms were missing TV remotes. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel has potential but needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and room maintenance. Considering my experience, I would give it a three-star rating.

We had already stayed at Springhill suites two other times in the past week for cancer treatment. This time we tried to check in at 2:45 and they turned us away. Said that we could not check in until 3 o’clock. Mind you we had been checking in between 2:30-2:45 for the past week. There were no other customers at the front desk, no customers in the lobby, and there were four staff, including the manager, sitting around doing nothing. Their excuse was that they were lacking enough housekeeping, and the rooms needed to be checked. In the hour and a half that I sat down in the lobby there were no other customers who checked in. The manager, Greg, was very apologetic and kind. But the first impression can’t be changed. They do not care about returning business. Don’t waste your time.

Rooms are okay, the bathroom needs renovation, things were tidy but the bathtub was discolored (like two different shades of white, some parts were light beige). I still enjoyed everything about my stay and the service. I love how good restaurants were within walking distance! The breakfast they serve is good too!

My expectations was high considering I was staying at a Marriott. Checked in and elevators would not move and had to switch a couple of times to get it moving. Got to my room and floor was a mess. Seems like who ever cleaned pushed old trash under the couch. No wash cloth, no tissue, just an empty box. Then I asked if I could get an extra blanket for the couch bed, all I got was a sheet to keep me warm at night. Was not worth it. I froze and had to find my jacket to wear to sleep in. I asked a couple times if I could get more then was told that was all I get as a guess.

The lady at the front desk was extremely polite, sweet and professional and fast. I was tired and she got through her welcome and checking me in. The $110 for the night is a little much for this place. It's extremely old and the upgrades to look more modern were not done well. Hoping the new Homewood Suites is done soon. I've been her less than an hour and the power has gone out twice, one elevator not working, and the lock on my room doesn't appear to be working correctly. The hallways are dark, smell weird and aren't inviting. This place needs a complete overhaul. But keep that lady at the front desk.

Pros : Shout out to the Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. They accommodated our request for a connecting room. The Rooms are large and spacious. Cons: When you first walk in the room it was a very musty smell. Bed looked like it wasn’t even touched ! Sheets were not on the mattress properly and bunched up under comforter. There was hair in both showers and on the beds . Specs of paper, crumbs and lint on the floor. Overall it looked as the room hadn’t been cleaned !

Great customer service and very friendly.... Very clean and quiet. If I needed something for my room they were quick to get it to me. The only issue I had was I had paid for 3 nights with cash and only stayed 2 but because I paid with cash they couldn't refund me my money for the 1 night I didn't stay. But they made it right by crediting me a night for the next time I had to make a trip to Oklahoma City. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Front desk was very rude and made it clear they did not want to check me in early even though I had called and confirmed an early check in just 10 minutes before my arrival. First room they checked me into was still occupied and when I told the front desk, all I got was “this is why check in is 3pm”. No apology. My next room was filthy. Floors were not vacuumed, the sheets had obviously not been changed. There was hair and unknown stains on the pillowcases and sheets. I ended up immediately checking out and still didn’t get an apology. I stay with Marriott more than I do my own bed and I have never been so unwelcome and disgusted by a hotel. I tried reaching out to management to alert them of this issue and after a week I finally got an apology from their general customer care center. Hotel management couldn’t even bother to apologize themselves. This hotel is not properly run at all. If you have to stay, request new bedding and make the bed yourself.

It was perfect for our needs. We were just staying the night for my sons birthday. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. If we needed something they had no problems helping us out and getting it for us. The room was nice and spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Thank you so much for being so helpful.

The rooms are nice enough but this particular hotel has dishonest and unprofessional housekeeping staff . Openly bad attitudes. It was disappointing for a Marriott. The mgr was nowhere to be found when I had pretty serious issues arise. Disappointing.

  • 2/5 Kayla H. 2 years ago on Google
There were hairs on my bed. The elevator floor was nasty with spilt coffee all over. The staff was nice. I felt like I kept getting bit by something and the next morning I double check and find bed bug skeletons on the pull out bed(I never found anything in the main king bed where I was sleeping). Still a scary thing. When I got home I covered everything in alcohol and washed all my stuff. I just wish I hadn't incountered these issues. I have another trip coming up in a few months but will gladly pay an additional $30-40 for one of the other hotels near by

Rooms are huge especially for the price which is great. I've stayed in smaller rooms for 3 times the price. Location is right next alot of great shopping. Restaurants are within a 2 minute walk. Very clean. Only small complaint is the size of the gym but it does have the basic weights and a couple of treadmills. Will be staying again.

THEY HAVE AN ELF ON THE SHELF! This meant so much to our kids to feel like their elf travelled with us. They even moved it every day. Such a simple touch that just went above and beyond for us. Staff was great and the hotel was really clean. We will be making this our okc hotel when we visit family

Words can not describe the wonderful accommodations I received at this location! I had traveled over 300 miles to take my Dad to the heart hospital that is nearby this location. I personally want to thank GM Brittinae B. and her staff Tashalita L., Ana and all the rest wonderful staff at this hotel. I was not familiar with the area and they were so helpful with advise on where to get something for my parents to eat, directions and went far above and beyond any customer service I have had at any hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is very clean, the rooms we got were great, clean and very comfortable. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Oklahoma City - I highly recommend staying here you will not regret it! Again a big thank you to Brittinae and her staff!
