We arrived and the first thing we noticed was the smell. The entrance smells like smoke and trash. Then we got inside and the check in system was down. So they couldn't check people in. We were all just standing around. Not really their fault but there should be a backup plan. Oh and apparently the A/C didn't work. It was sooooo hot. Like ridiculously hot. Thankfully when we got to the room the A/C worked. Unfortunately that's the only nice thing I can say about the rooms. We had reserved two rooms. Both rooms had stained sheets, pillows, and towels. There was a weird sticky stain on the carpet. And the hallways also smelled bad. The next day my husband went down for breakfast and told me not to bother coming down. He said the A/C still wasn't on and it was too hot to eat there. So we had to leave for breakfast. This was August in Oklahoma!! You gotta have good A/C!!!

On our first night of checking in, we found ants crawling all over the night stand. As it was 4:30am and we were exhausted from driving all night, we went to sleep and made a note to talk to the front desk in the morning. Sleep was rough because we felt like they were crawling over us all night. Got up in the morning to use the restroom and noticed they were crawling out from under the mirror. I was able to take pictures and video of the ants on the night stand, but they had gone back under the mirror by the time I was able to grab my phone. I informed the front desk, and they offered to spray the room (that does not seem safe health-wise while us and our stuff are still in there) or to switch us rooms. Fine, great, we chose to switch rooms. We had one night of not having to worry about ants, but on our last night there, they started to crawl all over the soda I was drinking (hadn't been open for more than 30 minutes). I had been on the phone dealing with something, and I apparently can't take videos/photo and be on the phone at the same time. By the time I was off the phone, they had disappeared. Went to sleep, again feeling like we had them crawling all over us. We woke up and went to breakfast. While sitting in the breakfast nook, an ant crawled on my phone, holding a crumb of food. I flicked it off my phone, extremely annoyed and just ready to check out. Went back to the hotel room to get everything loaded into our car and checked out. On the way back home (9 hour drive), my husband started pulling ants off of him in the car. The hotel decided $27 was enough compensation for our troubles and are refusing anything else, minus allegedly offering us a discount on our next stay (this was communicated to the customer care team I spoke to, not me). And while they found ants in our first room, they did not find ants in our second room, so we are being accused of lying, and they are refusing anything else. The general manager/owner himself still has not called me, despite numerous requests for a call. Do not stay here. It's not worth feeling like ants are crawling over you all night and not allowing you to eat or drink anything in your own room. And the hotel clearly does not care about its guests.

It's is nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Management is friendly. There was a subway and couple restaurants nearby. I loved the high pressured shower but the pool was cold. My only problem was the strong order in part of the corridor toward the end of it where the laundry room was located. I don't know whether the smell came from carpet or laundry room but it was so strong.

The main negatives here are that their front desk people, except one guy, do not have the demeanour of customer service people. They need to keep friendly and welcoming faces before their customers. The second one was that they woke me up unnecessarily twice after working long hours of night shift and wanting to sleep before going back. It gave me serious headache both times. Third one was that they put a psycho above me that was pacing day and night, stomping on my ceiling. Next time, I will surely ask for a refund, if this happens. Other than those, they keep the motel clean and their breakfast is awesome! They offered the best complimentary breakfast I have had in any motel.

Gross.. no better words. When we arrived everything looked fine area wasn't stellar but nothing to turn us away. Walked in and lobby was nice but smelled kind of old. Got checked in and walked around to go check out the room and that's when things took a turn. When booking hotel I choose non smoking, this one was definitely not that. Halls smelled like cigarette smoke there were buds and trash everywhere including tampon wrappers. Once we got to our room opened the door and the room wasn't even ready, bed has some questionable stains and no sheets, no towels floor wasn't clean. We cancelled immediately and went to another hotel. Do not recommend at all.

I would give it a zero star rating. I arrived and waited at the desk for 45 minutes. No one was there to check me in. I knocked on office door. No one answered. I opened the door and said “ hello. I need help.” A Hispanic man came out and said that “ I will call security and will not check you in. Get out of my hotel.” It was 10 pm and I had to find an other hotel. My flight out of OKC is 6:30 am. That was the only reason I chose this hotel. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible. Paid for two smoking rooms. The first room we had to switch out because can’t even leave a zero star. there was blood stains and hair on the bed. The. Woke up from a dead sleep at 1 am to being hit by a bed bug. Went down stairs to an old man who seems like he didn’t know what he was doing and telling me he won’t give me a refund for both rooms. And kept changing his story when I kept explaining the story. Will never stay there again. Don’t goo they got bed bugs and that’s why they are remodeling!!!

My experience was good. The hotel is under remodeling but appears mostly finished now. I didn't see much construction around. The room was clean and kept well. Perhaps the flooring in the building and rooms could be updated but overall the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and plenty safe for anyone including single travelers like me. I never felt unsafe which is important. They allow dogs and the pet fee isn't too bad.

Never stay here unless if you want the smell of mold and cigarettes to get into your nostrils. None of the cleaning has been done. The toilets didn’t work without them potentially overflowing. Hot water is a definite no. The front desk associate was rude. TV didn’t work. On top of that, there was mold all over the walls and inside of the refrigerator. I will never stay here again

A note to the staff: when one runs into a problem it's important to be solution oriented. For example, if your pipes freeze an avoidant behavior would be not serving anyone any liquids at breakfast. A SOLUTION would be going to the grocery store and buying a few gallons of juice/coffee/water to provide guests an equal or better level of service. Otherwise there was a friendly staff and clean room.

Awesome price. Great customer service, friendly people. Room was big, bed huge and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Great breakfast in morning and GREAT parking lot for my truck and trailer. And if that wasn’t enough they are pet friendly. So yes I will return and thanks Ramada inn.

We stayed here for about 2-3 weeks while waiting for our new home to close. We have two large dogs and several cats. Ramada on Meridian in OKC was very accommodating to our family and pets. We had an excellent stay. Our room was clean and we'll stocked our entire stay. The hotel is very well maintained as well. They have morning breakfast daily. The employees are fantastic! Virginia recommended the realtor who got us into our home, Paul the manager was very accommodating to all of our needs and Allen at night kept me stocked with all the decaf coffee I could drink! Another employee (housekeeper/front desk) gal was always super friendly and outgoing. Great place, great people!

I see a lot of people on here complaining about things that the tubs are stained. I saw a couple say something about that, something about the hotels smelling old, and some other complaints that people seem to mention that in my opinion are acceptable for this price range. This is a two star hotel with a somewhat decent hot breakfast, good Tv and comfy beds, hot water and quiet.. People seem to expect $120 room for a $50 rate. There was always someone at the counter and it is located very close to the Will Rogers airport in Oklahoma City. However, there is a lot of activity that goes on, so don’t be surprised if you see a security guard or cop patrolling the area. There is a club across the street, tons of fast food and restaurants nearby etc.etc. If it’s a nice day or evening you could walk to many of these. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. It’s usually pretty quiet it is a three-story building so you may have a neighbor upstairs. It’s a hotel that is to be expected. There was always parking , there are entrances on both ends of the building as well as the side of the building and they do offer an airport shuttle. This is not a 4-5 star hotel but I would recommend this place as a good place to stay for a good nights sleep. There were a few things that needed to be repaired a light bulb went out, one night stand lamp did not work, this is an older hotel but worth the $ that they charge compared to others similar but a word for the management if this is seen, fix the small things people notice and the little things matter….

If I could 0 stars I would… Checked in at the hotel with super unfriendly staff. Finally got our room and saw mold and cockroaches crawling everywhere. Immediately informed front desk and we were told that we cannot get refunded. We then were told „it‘s a 3 star hotel, what did you expect?“… So we left…

They should be paying you to stay here honestly. I had to had the maid my own towels while trying to get ready for work. Had to ask for clean ones. There’s stains all over the lamp shades and floor. The room is non smoking and smells like cigarette smoke so bad. I almost cried when I walked In here .. I FaceTimed my friend just to show her and we were both literally scared for my life for me to stay here. When I walked in after my shift at work the front desk person stopped me and asked me what room I was going to then asked if it was my room .. I felt unsafe It most certainly is NOT what was advertised.

This place is disgusting. After I checked out early morning at 4.30 am, they do not refund my deposit $50. I had to call the hotel, and the person who answer the phone keep asking me how are you which i already answer that I'm FINE for 3 times but he kept asking how are you. Followed by how is the weather. Really? I want my refund stop repeatedly asking these non sense questions. Ugliest place I had ever stay. People who stay there is sketchy, a group of people will turn on the music from their car at the parking lot at late night. People walk in and out all night. It's really sketchy. Stay away. period.

Great place. It's clean the staff is cool and the free breakfast may not be a 5 star breakfast but it is good and you can get full. It's quite. at night , sometimes the security nodes go overboard but they are only doing their job but other than that I recommend the stay

Do not check in here PERIOD!! 3RD SHIFT Customer Service is awful. Not the cleanest hotel by far. Never have enough towels, rags nor blankets. Asked for a blanket and was told there is none turn your heat on. They overcharge you not to mention they expect you to pay for their errors at check in. Taxed separate for everything. Room charge + tax, per fee daily + tax, city tax, state tax, hotel tax...ALL SEPARATE!! The only positives to this sh** hole is Paul and Allen great Customer Service. Unfortunately that's not enough for me to be a repeat customer from here on out and I get a hotel room every week for 3 days. Definitely not staying here again!!!

Over all the stay was ok. When we got checked in the staff was really nice and patient with us and made us feel welcome but when we got in the room only 1 lamp worked all the others were broken. The bed was nice and comfy and looked clean but we got a non smoking room and it smelt like cigarettes in the halls and in the room a bit and there was cigarette burns all in one of the sheets. When we looked in the bathroom the tube was nasty and the toilet barley flushed and the toilet paper holder was filling out of the wall and the light barley turned on. After that I cleaned the tube and took a shower and it was ok after that but then at 9am the house keeping unlocked are door and barged in and that was very unpleasant so we got everything ready and left and the manager at the front desk seemed really nice when we were leaving. The pricing was lower but still think I paid a little to much for the room we got. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone but I'm not gonna tell anyone not to go in it.

I mean I wish I could put into words how bad the condition of the room was. The bathroom was the worst by far. The shower ceiling was literally falling apart with mold growing out the side. The toilet wasn’t much better with a gap in between the toilet and the floor with dirt and rust all over. The tile was cracked all over and not in good condition. The carpet in the room was not much better. The bed was comfy and the sheets seemed clean but I refrained from taking a shower due to its condition. I would never stay at this hotel again or ever recommend it to anyone traveling through.

Totally disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel was the pillows. The mattresses were uncomfortable. We found hair on the sheets. The bathroom was crawling with bugs. The staff was absolutely rude. The hallways reeked of weed. I would honestly give zero stars if that were possible. I will never be back and you should never try.

RUN! We got no sleep. The people above us walked the floor all night which would've been fine but it sounded like the ceiling was going to fall on us. The bathroom door only opened a 1/4 of the way and did not shut at all. The toliet inter workings was held together with a trash bag... the house keeping lady bardged in at 930 While I was in the shower this a non closing door. Just run esp if they try to make you stay in room 123

Room was dirty, had not been vacuumed, dog hair on chairs, carpet, room smelled like animal. Air conditioner kept going to code E9, (don't know what that means, and didn't care, worked when it felt like it ) draining in the tub, horrible. Took a shower and bath at the same time. Manager is extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Staff and cleaners helpful as well. Honestly I will be staying again just because of the staff, and Dominoes pizza delivery was on point and good.

I had a smoking room for my cigar but it didn't have a lingering cigarette smell. No bugs, room was clean, and windows actually opened. Staff was friendly. Biggest TV in a non-5 star I've stayed in. Hallway smelled like weed though and they're in need of a new hallway carpet. Not a bad place to stay - just (as with any hotel) learn how to check for bugs before renting a room.

Fantastic hotel! Staff is extremely respectful, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, clean, and delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was super fluffy and comfy! Got a great night's sleep and they were extremely accommodating to my service animal! Would 100% recommend and will most definitely be staying again!

My wife and I had an 18 hour layover in Oklahoma City and booked this place on Priceline for decent price. We thought they had 24 hour shuttle service, but they only do free shuttles to and from the airport around 8 AM to 7 PM so we were out of luck for our flight that came in at midnight. Thankfully, we were able to catch an Uber for $12 to get there and were able to use the free shuttle service to get back to the airport the next day after a decent night's sleep. The room itself was serviceable. Thankfully the bed was large and comfortable and felt clean. Dated carpet in need of being vacuumed in the room. No mold in the shower but the whole room felt like it was in need of an update. The whole hallway smelt of cigarettes, although the rooms appeared to be non smoking now. They say they are in process of remodeling but as it is today the hallway stinks. My wife is very sensitive to this but the room did not smell so we were OK. Didn't use the "free continental breakfast" because it was only available from 6 to 9 AM and we needed to sleep! If you stay here and can manage to check out the restaurant Charleston's about 1 block away, do it! Eating there made staying in Oklahoma City a nice pit stop on our way home.

Been staying here for work and management along with staff was so friendly and consistent! This hotel made me feel like I had a home away from home. Every room I stayed in was clean and the towels are so soft! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I love it. Quite, early hot breakfast, I love my room. The beds are so comfortable. It feels like a lil studio just don't have a kitchenette.. But the cowboy club right across the street. The hotel is my favorite place to be for now..
