I have never slept this good at a hotel before! The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The room was super clean and very quiet. I was expecting some noise since our room was right by the lobby (Room 113), but there was none. I will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely beautiful. They did have issues with their ac units for the hotel but my actual room was cold as ice. The tv, bathroom everything was great. No complaints. Don’t forget to collect your rewards.

This place was awesome. We had an early flight out of OKC and made a last minute decision to stay here. The area is sketchy so you should pick your hotels wisely and this was the best choice for value. They have security patrolling the lot, felt super safe. Staff and front desk are super helpful. Rooms are really clean- wished I had thought to take pictures. We were only there a night and left before breakfast but it looked good and we enjoyed the coffee machine on the way out.

Luke at front desk was great. I the morning Folks at front desk was great. Manager was great Shuttle driver was great Checked room with blue light and it was clean. Very awesome. Food was great. Fancy coffee maker, very cool Thank you for making our stay memorable. Keep up the great work.

New hotel. Rooms are clean, but I feel it is more for solo travel. The hotel overall seemed to be freezing. We had our heat in the room pumped up really high to try and balance out the temperature. Best thing was the staff. The shuttle drove us to dinner (within a 3mile distance.) The front desk answered all questions. The vibe of the people were good. The price was good for what we got but I would only stay here again if I was solo.

Not sure why or who would come with a hotel like this. The rooms are so small and compact. Two people cannot move in this tiny space. They have no space to set up an ironing board nor do they have a place to hang your clothes. The staff is completely useless. The room isn’t completely clean. This place is a joke! Never again

Very pleased with my stay, front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, lobby was very welcoming, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable..

Our car broke down when we went to get dinner just after checking in. The shuttle driver, Shane, tried to help us jump our car and then when he couldn’t jump it from the shuttle, he came back in his personal car to try to jump it. When we couldn’t get it to start, the morning shuttle driver took us back to meet the tow truck driver. Janet at the front desk helped us out with a late check out and we were able to stay comfortable while waiting for our car to be repaired.

Hotel was nice, food options for breakfast were good. Front desk neglected to tell shuttle driver that he had a 6AM shuttle so we got on our way at 6:10. Black ants were all over the nightstand in the room.

I've been on a road trip from California to Arkansas. I've seen bad hotels. This is NOT one of them. Parking lot was will lit and clean (I showed up around 9:30PM) Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and very professional (Jean Paul.) The rooms were clean and beautiful. I want to remodel my bathroom after the one in my room. They have USB ports at your room's desk and bedside. The gym is small but clean. Breakfast is, as they put it "to-go." Muffins, "Jimmy Dean" breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, ect. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I would go out of my way to go back.

We stayed at this hotel recently (1-3 Dec 2021)while in town for a funeral. I was unfamiliar with the name AVID, but trusted my cousin who helped us to book the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and simplicity of the facility. It offered everything a person would want and expect from a hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent quick breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. Oh and coffee available 24 hrs a day or night😊. Just expect a very simplified clean, comfortable place to rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the above reasons plus the prices were also reasonable. There was a very kind gentleman at the front desk that made our stay extra special. I cannot recall his name but I believe he may have been gay. He was so good to all the guests. I observed him going above and beyond to assist people to make their stay more pleasant. He was off one day while we were there and we really missed his pleasant morning greetings. I hope he'll be there if we ever get to back to OKC.

Love this place! Clean, comfy beds, great service and best feature was hand soap dispensers! No slimy bar of soap sliding all over sink area. Good breakfast and 24 hour coffee!

Pretty nice place very clean and smells clean. They have dove products in room for use which is nice. Also room was set to 64 degrees which we loved after spending all day at the zoo. I would for sure stay here again.

Did a spur of the moment trip and needed a reasonably priced, safe and clean place to stay for just the night. I was very impressed with Avid hotel! The gentlemen who helped me were very nice, it was very clean, the coffee bar was nice and the gym gave options for working out. Short drive to things to do as well. Highly recommended!

I wish I had taken pictures of the room. The room was smaller than I would expect but the bed and pillows were clean and super comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't loud like other places and reception was good enough. This place in general feels very modern and I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is conveniently located to the Oklahoma, Will Rogers Airport but there's no restaurants or gas stations within a mile. I travel here for work and try to pack my meals. No microwaves in rooms, only a small one in hotel lobby. Mini fridge in rooms, steam iron, and the usual amenities. Property is always maintained and nice decor. King or 2 double beds, firm and 4 large comfortable pillows. Relaxing sea foam green/blue/touch of reddish/orange walls and window shades. Thick and fluffy towels. Good lighting in rooms as well. Complementary breakfast consisting of fruits, bagels, sausage/egg and biscuit muffins or bacon/egg biscuit. Blueberry or vanilla choban yogurt, banana or blueberry muffin, cereal and milk (chocolate, whole or 2%). Protein bars and more. Coffee machines with vanilla, hazelnut or plain creamers, tea and Swiss miss hot chocolate. Juices, orange, apple, fruit punch and lemonade. Front desk staff are okay not too friendly. Shuttle van took awhile before picking us up.

The rooms were small, but clean. No balcony and only non smoking rooms available. Front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Able to cast phone to TV in rooms when connected to hotel wifi, which was simple.
