Overall a pretty good stay. The lady behind the desk had no mask and didn’t offer anything or say anything since we are Hilton Honors members. The room was very nice with modern furniture and all amenities were good. This hotel is in a good location and thanks to the Home2Suites who shares the parking lot for having a charging station. I charged my Tesla for free overnight. The breakfast buffet was ok but needed to be restocked and the employee was no where to be found.

Staff were great! Pool/hot tub were amazing (albeit dirty floors with dead/smashed bugs)! Incredibly quiet but I think that’s because there was hardly anyone here. However, the rooms are incredibly outdated & in need of some serious renovating!!! My room absolutely REEKED of smoke- so much so I had to buy some air freshener that barely relieved the smell. I will not be returning.

We were here for the Oklahoma City Train Show at the State Fair Grounds. The hotel is in close proximity to the grounds thus very convenient. The room we had was very comfortable with plenty of room for the 2 adults and one 11 year child. The bathroom arrangement made it easy for everyone to share the bathroom facilities with the tub and toilet being behind a closeable door and the sink adjacent in the main room - a real plus with 3 people using them in the morning. The siting area was nice sized and comfortable. The hot breakfast was better than many, but, as to be expected, pretty basic. with eggs, potatoes and sausage, and bisquits and gravy, and waffles the main hot items. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Deffinately will use the Hampton Inn again.

I am traveling across the country with my Mom, this is the 2 out of 3 Hampton Inn's we stayed at and this was the best. Very Accessible, and Pet friendly. Their handicap accessible room for my Mom was top notch, had a walk in shower and flip down seat. Perfect, plus the rooms were super clean and smelled great! The people were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed one night. The bed and pillows were wonderfully soft and comfortable. Only issue was the towel rack and toilet paper holder fell off the wall by using them. The continental breakfast was great. It offered a large variety.

"The owner requires that we make a copy of your driver's license".. REALLY? Never heard THAT at a Hampton before. I politely refused & they checked me in anyway... but not without making me feel like I've just committed a crime. Never offered my HH water. I guess if you don't give them the opportunity to boost your identity..you gotta go thirsty. I've stayed here a few times .. the place has really run down! Ketchup stains on the curtains (I hope it was ketchup). Broken fixtures in the bath. UGLY LIGHTING. This will be my last visit.

Pet owners beware: there is an insane $75 fine for having a pet. Unfortunately the first I heard about this was after I checked in, room key already in hand, with no other option but to pay it. It actually cost more for the pet fee than my room, so despite being a tidy, quiet solo traveler with a very well behaved dog who does nothing but chill, I had to pay for the price of two rooms. I’m used to hotels exploiting pet owners for their pets without any damage being done, but this is worse than usual. And what does the money go towards? Are messy people and smokers fined in the same way that pet owners are? Do you fine parents just for having kids in the hotel? I’m all for refundable pet deposits and fines for disruptive pets, but charging for their mere existence is pure exploitation and completely unethical. I never would have booked a room with this hotel had I known about the extra $75 they would tack on for absolutely nothing.

Rooms are very old, water stains on the ceiling. Bed sheets were stinky & dirty. Found long hairs under the pillows. Popcorn and trash under the pull out sofa sleeper. No extra blankets in the room, not even for the sofa sleeper. Fridge didn’t work. Dried blue paint on the iron. Black front desk girl was blatantly racist and cold as ice. Charged my white son for a soda and gave the black guy his for free right in front of us! Downstairs restrooms were out of order. No meat at breakfast, just fake powdery eggs. Someone used white out on the elevator buttons or you wouldn't know which button to push.

Good hotel with clean beds and sheets. All the t.v. channels you could want. Good shower water pressure and hot too. Good pool and hot tub. And has free breakfast in the morning. All around great experience.

An okay stay, a little disappointed. Elva checked me in and was not welcoming at all nor informative, barely made eye contact. Never mentioned anything about breakfast, check out, pool, NOTHING. She ramdomly began speaking to me in Spanish halfway through the check-in; I speak Spanish, but my conversation was all in English. Reservation totaled $238, at the desk she charged me about $285, she didn't say why. When I called to make the reservation, I specifically asked for a sofa bed; there were no bed sheets, and the pillow didn't even have a case. Room 503 was spacious and clean. Breakfast was mediocre; sausage was nasty, almost fake. Elva checked me out, and again, random Spanish and no "thank for staying with us" no "come again", no "I hope your were satisfied w your stay/visit". NOTHING. Again, no smile, nothing.; not approachable, not welcoming.

It's very convenient to the airport, but it is a little neglected in upkeep. The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was a dark hair on the outside of the tub and I ignored it thinking they would surely do better the next day. Nope. The hair was moved, but not removed. I now assume the rest of the room was cleaned with the same level of carelessness. The lobby coffee was not ready by 6 am. The seats in the breakfast area are cracked and peeling. None of this was upsetting enough for me to be miserable, but this was the least cared for Hampton I've been in.

House cleaning never cleaned our room during our stay. And when we called the front desk about needing clean towels, they told us to come down there and get them. The breakfast staff, was great, very friendly

Close to Will Roger's International Airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable but bathroom was pretty dirty with lots of hair on the floor and a dirt ring along bass of tub. Quiet atmospheres with fresh smelling bedding, single serve coffee pot, fridge, microwave and black out curtains. Will stay again but will make sure bathroom is scoured or request a different room.

I booked this hotel because it has a pool and EV charger. Checkout is at noon. We ate the free breakfast then found out that the pool is closed to repair a part. If feasible, the repair should be done after the checkout time. I wouldn’t book this hotel for the pool because you see a lot of reviews about pool being closed. Workers are nice. The facility seems tired with old furniture, should-be-replaced breakfast chairs and a broken elevator and pool. Hilton app gives you a digital key, and I thought it was cool. Two tesla chargers and one regular EV charger, they charge about 27 miles/hr.

My company made the reservation for me and when I arrived to check in there was a bit of a problem. Even though my stay was completely paid for they wanted to put a hold on my credit card for "incidentals." There's no room service, no wet bar in the rooms so how could there be incidentals? That aside the room is fairly up to date and modern. The furniture is getting to where it should be changed. TV stand shows signs of wear as well as desk. The bathroom was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of places nearby to eat, some within walking distance.

I came to OKC to work the state fair. The breakfast was always on time and good. The night time staff, especially Jean, was so kind. She came and picked me up a couple of times in the hotel van from the fairgrounds. I didn't have much money to tip her, but she was awesome!! I was usually so tired from working that I didn't check out the pool or fitness center. The hotel is a good place to stay if you're going to be away from home. I don't think I'll come back to OKC anytime soon. But I know where I'm staying.

TV was going bad, bright spots on screen made it very unwatchable. Furniture had water damage from refrigerator. Microwave interior look like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Thermostat unable to maintain room temperature, either too hot or too cold. Furniture was pretty worn out.

A good value for a location close to the airport. Standard Hampton Inn, quality, and cleanliness. The climate control system was rather noisy, but other than that everything was perfect.

EXCELLENT hotel with very cheerful and helpful staff. Elva (front desk) was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. Great Hampton Inn - I give this hotel my highest rating of 10/10.

I booked this hotel via a phone call to the hotel because I wanted to verify it was pet friendly and the final charges. I confirmed final amount and asked if it included pet room. I was told all was set. I drove from New Mexico in the pouring rain (the entire trip) as a solo driver and arrived exhausted. I checked in a paid for the room. After I signed, I was told I owed a $75 pet fee. This is the first I heard of it. Not once while on the phone booking the reservation was a $75 fee mentioned or I would’ve reserved elsewhere. After getting kids, luggage and dog inside, we waited over 6-7 minutes inside the elevator and it didn’t move. So, I lugged kids, luggage, dog up 3 flights of stairs. Once in the room, there was someone’s leftover food in the fridge, kids sticky toys stuck to the ceiling, the pool deck ceiling was leaking a lot, blood on one of the pool lounge chairs….I mentioned to front desk so they’re aware. The next morning as we were leaving I’m quite sure I caught the same front desk woman gossiping about us. So, needless to say… I did not enjoy my stay and do NOT recommend. More so due to customer service because if they seemed to actually care about these issues I may not have been as upset. The pet fee is RIDICULOUS though!

I like this Inn. No surprises, rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. I especially like being able to make my self a hot waffle for breakfast in the morning. Definitely two thumbs up.

The pull out sofa was dirty, the pool was out of service with no comparable suggestions (since we booked this hotel specifically to bring our kids to the kid friendly pool) the electricity was flickering in and off, our van was keyed in the parking lot and nothing was done about it. Just overall not a good experience. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Very nice stay. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly the first day, but it was repaired on our second day. The property is not new, but is well maintained. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was clean. I left expensive sunglasses in the room when I checked out of the hotel. Nobody could find them. It could have only been two people who seen them. House keep who cleaned the room when I left. And front office person who went and checked for me when I called back to see if they had them. So one of those people had to take them. It’s unfortunate that there is no accountability. I’m not expecting the glasses back but at least the managers could have said we will investigate and hold accountable instead they just said we don’t have them as if I misplaced them.

Excellent location to spend the night before an early morning flight. There is a wonderfully scenic walking trail just behind the hotel and restaurants within a short stroll. The room and amenities were up to Hampton Inn standards as well as the staff. I left before breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been sufficient.

Greatly exceeded my expectations. Check in was smooth and easy. Associate was friendly and accommodating. Educated me on all the amenities. My kids have requested to only stay at Hampton Inn moving forward due to the pool area here. Perfect for families. Breakfast was excellent as well with eggs, sausage, waffles and plenty of cold items.

Don't tell anyone but this place is exactly perfect. Clean. Quiet. Solid breakfast options (they even have sugar free pancake syrup and if you are keto there are eggs and sausages but the yogurt is low fat/high sugar). Good coffee. Kids and adults seem to love the pool and splash pad. Never heard the 3 kids next door. Never heard any noise. Staff is friendly and professional.

We moved from a hotel that was not satisfactory. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has a large tv (which makes us super happy). The beds are comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly. We come to Oklahoma city for one week every October. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful weekend vacation with my family. The water part pool is not to be under stated. This was the perfect winter retreat we needed.
