Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. Just wanted to have nice night’s rest in a nice hotel room and instead it was like a run- down motel. There was no manager to speak with at night or in the morning. We will be going out of our way to not stay at another IHG hotel from now on and telling everyone we know to stop getting scammed by this hotel chain that clearly does not care about their employees, their guests nor their properties. And it’s a shame because we have stayed at a Staybridge next to the hospital only five miles away and had an absolutely wonderful experience, but then to pick Staybridge and pay more because of their prestige and then to sleep in something that Motel 6 wouldn’t put their name on was absolutely ridiculous.

This hotel is disgusting! The pictures were probably taken when it first opened because it looks nothing like that now. So run down, mold in the AC unit, the couch looked like it had long seen better days. The elevator sounded like it was locking you in when the door closed. The staff at the front was the only bright spot, friendly and helpful. So glad we toured everything before we unloaded. We never stayed there because of the filth.

The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was good but the fruit and muffins were old. The BIG problem is the pool. The whole area smelled like urine and fungus. The water (not the pool) was green. I would not let my kids swim.

I stayed at this hotel from April 14, 2023 through July 11, 2023 while I was attending training at the Mike Monterey Aeronautical Center. I enjoyed staying at this location overall. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast/social hour was a nice touch. The area around this hotel is questionable for safety. The first week my classmate had their ignition stolen out of their vehicle, but I never had any issues. I took all the valuables out of my car every night, locked the doors, and parked in the front. I would not recommend parking on the sides of the building. The walking trail is lovely behind the hotel but be aware of your surroundings at all times. I felt safe most of the time walking it in the evenings alone due to the amount of bikers and walkers. The hotel is in need of some renovations which they are currently working on. This hotel will be very nice in a few months once the renovations are complete. The hotel was clean overall. I never saw any bugs and I was happy during my stay here. I did notice quite a few gnats around the juice dispenser downstairs in the morning, but everything appeared to be cleaned. The pool and free laundry facilities were nice. Also, if staying long term in OK, buy a dent cover for your car. Not related to the hotel review, but solid advice. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would stay here again long term as I loved the environment. Do not stay here just based on receiving the hotel points thinking they will help you. I stayed here for over 90 days and received 30,000 points which will not cover a one night hotel stay anywhere. That was one of the biggest pros for me when deciding where to stay in OK. The suite was nice with a living area, bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, 2 stovetops). I was super happy in room 322 and had very little issues with the room itself. Housekeeping came in every saturday to clean the room and replace the soap, sheets, towels, along with doing some light cleaning. The lobby was incredible for hosting study groups with classmates. The staff was also fantastic about letting us use the conference rooms to host study groups as well.

First I want to start off with that I’ve never written a bad review in my life but felt compelled to after I stayed at this location for 14 nights. We had two rooms. The experience was horrible. The security was non existent. My 19 year old daughter was harassed by men that lingered in the hallways. I arrived one late evening back to the hotel (12am) to find my key didn’t work. When I went to front desk I was told she didn’t know how to make a key and would have to wait for an employee next door to come do it So my daughters and I sat in hallway for an hour before key was supplied. The employee of neighboring hotel that made key decided it was okay to mock me for being tired and upset that I didn’t have access to my room. Days earlier room keys were issued without identification to one of my daughters that had just flown in. Isn’t it policy to ask for an ID? On another night we needed towels because none were put in our room. Upon going to front desk to ask, the employee started crying and telling how much she hated her job instead of supplying towels. There were more issues but those were the highlights. Lastly, I talked to the manager both in person and then when I got home and was told I would be contacted by the general manager. I have not yet heard a word.

This is not a real Staybridge Hotel whoever owns this place is not following the Staybridge IHG standards and cutting corners. 1.Room was dirty with someone else hair still in the shower with rust stains on the bathtub floor. No tissue in the bathroom. Front desk said that they didn’t receive the order. So I had to buy my own from Walmart. 2. The Juice machine at breakfast doesn’t work so no orange juice or apple juice . I’ve stayed at the Staybridge in many states and I have never experienced this type of filth in any of the other franchises I have stayed in. Don’t stay here it’s not a real Staybridge Suites. The owners are a bunch of crooks for continuing to book guests with the current uninhabitable situation going on at this location.

Stay away as this hotel is terrible. Checked into room and no shower curtain! The front desk gave me one to put up myself! Bathroom floor was filthy. Water to ice maker was turned off. The list goes on and on. I sent two emails to the General Manager the night I checked in and received no response yet. Tells you they don’t care!! Stay elsewhere!!

Friendly staff. Very outdated rooms and amenities. Stove Burner in my rooms kitchenette didn’t work, patchy repairs in the bathroom. They were doing construction outside so I’m not sure if they are going to move the repairs to the inside or not. Breakfast was below average

DO NOT STAY HERE... Run away and fast. What a dump, go find an extended stay you will be much happier and I despise extended stay hotels. The rooms are garbage, old, smelly, not clean and just plain trashy. The furniture is stained, the carpet is old and stained even the paint and repairs are horrible. They are doing renovations on the exterior which makes no sense since it's the rooms that need renovating. Further review to follow.

I am updating my review because I think I was a little harsh at first. The room comes with some nice amenities, the laundry facilities are wonderful, and I've used the gym almost every day. I need to caution you though, this is not a great area of the city. My car was broken into and robbed in the parking lot. I'm also still pretty biffed about the service downstairs. I don't have many interactions with the front desk, but they always seem like they have better things to be doing than helping me.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I paid through Priceline for 3 days & checked as normal. After I checked out & got home, I realized that they charged me again for the same 3 days that I had paid for through Priceline. I called back & they said they made a mistake & that my card would be refunded. After 3 days, I called them back & spoke to the manager & she said she didn't know why my card had not been credited back & to call my card company to find out why. I called my credit card company & they said they DID NOT see a credit back to my card for those charges. I called the hotel back & the person on the phone said the manager just left & to call back tomorrow. The girl that actually checked me in had answered the phone this time & said she had no clue about anything & just ended the call. ALSO, when we got to our room on the first night, we opened the door with the key card & the room was already occupied by someone else. WOW, how dangerous this could have been. I will be filing other complaints about how they are keeping my money unjustly. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

I've stayed in a lot of IHG hotels, and this one was just not good. After check-in, I went to my room, it had a leftover cleaning cloth in it, no trash cans anywhere and a lot of odd little damage repairs all over the room. Later that evening when I asked for a trash can to be brought to my room, I was told they couldn't and was handed a gross trash can by the front person to take up myself. Also why does IHG not require staff to wear uniforms or at least look presentable anymore?

I chose this motel for the salt water pool/hot tub ..... Hot tub is full of freezing cold water! Pool is warmer than hot tub but is green & both were very nasty!! Windows were open on 2nd floor when I got into the room with 6 wasps swarming inside. Tile floors in bathroom areas were sticky to walk on. Dead fly smashed onto wall. Elevator very sketchy! Front desk not friendly or helpful in any way! Won't be back & wouldn't recommend!

Stayed here for 24 days on business so I wanted a place close and with a kitchenette. Check in was fast and painless as I had reservations, and greeted me as rewards member Here is my review; Pros: Manager Front desk personnel Kitchen personnel Location Free laundry Reception happy hour - 3 nights Free breakfast Has a grill to cook Cons: Very used hotel Rooms not the cleanest Rooms had broken things Pool and hot tub area - nasty Laundry had broken machines Grill is very well used Courtyard not kept up Reception happy hour food isn't the normal Staybridge stuff. Orange Juice was always out Housekeeping Maintenance Can tell the current ownership doesn't allow the employees to take care of the place. The manager and front desk personnel will go above and beyond to help you out with issues, which I had. Hotel is being bought and will start renovations starting the new year so that is a big plus. Should have a different review, if I go back, once the new ownership takes over and renovations are complete.

Staff was friendly that’s the one star. The room was disgusting. I didn’t even want to take off my shoes. The coffee maker was gross and full of mold, the stove top coil was all messed up- The room needed to be hosed down with a friggin power washer. The only saving grace was the bed which had very clean sheets. I was too tired from traveling to book another hotel room but I would have if staying more than one night in Oklahoma. Skip this place.

10/31/2022 - 6:04PM I called to confirm my room details and provided my information to the front desk receptionist. After looking in the system, I realized I called the wrong hotel. I am a military reservist and the hotel booking was not handled by me, so it was an honest mistake to call this location. My next question was to ask if she knew the number to the hotel in Bricktown, but she hung up on me. It was extremely rude that she hung up on me after realizing I wasn’t a guest at this particular location or maybe I angered her for wasting her time? Whatever the reasoning was, it was inappropriate. I called back to get the phone number, but she became extremely passive aggressive after I brought up her attitude. I design training material for companies like IHG and call centers to train customer service, hospitality, and phone etiquette. Let’s just say, this person would’ve failed all areas. She definitely needs coaching and training on everything listed above as she is the face of hotel. To whoever the owner or management is, I’d review the phone call for areas of coaching and improvement on her call handling and courtesy skills.

The staff here is EVERYTHING! These are some of the nicest, most helpful folks that I've had the pleasure interacting with. And I travel for a living so I have met quite a few. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they have a very nice breakfast each morning.

Worst staybridge I have ever stayed at. Try not to stay in room 433. Let the water warm up in the shower and immediately started backing up, finished my shower with 4 inches of water in the tub. Body wash and shampoo were both empty in the shower. No hand soap by the sinks so we had to use shampoo. Door latch was broken on the door to the room. Definitely going to another hotel if we come back to OKC.

This hotel was disgusting….don’t let the pictures online fool you. After getting 3 rooms that were all completely dirty(trash everywhere, beds unmade, towels all over floor, and crumbs and dirty dishes on counters) we decided to go buy supplies to clean our room so we could shower, which we haven’t had in a few days due to pipe leaks in our house. The carpets were so dirty, that after showering and walking on the carpet for 10 mins, our feet were almost black, and needed to be washed. Refrigerator had spilled food and sticky stuff all over, and front desk seemed like this was the norm, although she was apologetic, she had no idea what rooms were clean or not. Just avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very disappointed. Musty lobby Room:One plate, one bowl, one fork No garbage in kitchen just one tiny can behind toilet. Couch looks very worn, don’t want to sit on it. Every tile in kitchen is severely cracked. Bed is extremely squishy, Windows leaked. Floor carpet moist …tiles all move in bathroom, Neither phone worked. Only one light works over bed and it flickers. I was offered new room behind the elevator-also leaked No other rooms I was told

Pros: great water pressure unlike some where another room next door is flushing or using water . Room size with the double bed room. It's great for a family, spacious, each room has it's own bathroom. Cons: Smell of dog urine in room. Did not see pet friendly post, sign, online anywhere about that. Rooms should be specified if a dog has been in there to notify people of allergies. the sheets had blood stains on them. Pillow cases had hair still stuck to the previous guest that stayed before. Electric outlets only work if you have the light switch on. Missing curtain from one of bed bedrooms. The hot water handle is upside down, meaning when you turn it to cold it's actually hot and vice versa.

Hotel refused to honor Costco Travel booked rate that I made back in November at the early bird booking rate for a stay in May. We arrived at hotel around 5:45pm after driving from Texas. She took my card for payment when I noticed that the rates were higher than what I booked. She said she couldn't change it to the Costco Travel rate and that I had to call Costco Travel and talk to them regarding my reservation. Christy went just outside the entrance door, which I was too the left of, to take a smoke and it blew in my face. She then put it or at the designated area further down and went back in. I told her that my girls and I had to change for a wedding rehearsal. I was on the phone for over an hour while Costco Travel tried to get the hotel to honor the booked reservation, which was refused by hotel management. My girls and I had to change in my car for the wedding rehearsal. I couldn't get a 2 bdrm anyehere for my family. So, I ended up going back for the stay. Rooms were dirty. Bathtub had pubic hair. The graveyard shift clerk offered me cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I didn't accept it. Bathroom never got cleaned while we were there. My family of six shared the other bathroom to get ready for the wedding. My sister had to borrow toilet paper from my room because hers didn't have any. Carolyn (one of the managers) and Christian (hospitality) were the only helpful and nice people there. The regional manager wasn't helpful when he was there. I tried to show him photos so he could understand the condition of our room. He later told my husband that they could take pictures, too. I waited to post this review. I reached out to Staybridge corporate about my stay and sent photos. They never responded.
