What an awful experience!. The office guy came to our room and the cleaning lady to argue with us for not checking out at 10 am. when they didn't tell us a check out time. We were already packing our stuff to leave at 11am but this people wouldn't leave us alone and a top of that their staff think is okay to insult you and yell at you .I hope no one stays in this ghetto place.

disgusting for normal people good for druggies. we thought we scored bc of the room until we saw the bathroom. it was so gross. so much hair that came out of the tub. then they charge 40 deposit and 10 per animal. we extended our stay only bc i didnt know motel 6 does a 20 early check in fee or i wouldve left the first night. the second day we extended our stay on the app but didnt know we have to pick 2 beds every time. their cleaning banged the entire day. trying to come in. then at 1 am they gave my key to a women and she kept trying to reach in and unlock the lock and i said what are doing. single mom with kids. gave them the card. i had force her out. she kept saying this my room. look on my phone. when i went to the mngr the next morning he said its bc i didnt put 2 beds so i made sure i did it. you cant relax. you have tweakers knocking on the wrong door and wont go away til you open it. then the cleaning ladies knock non stop and then the owners too. i made sure i paid at 5am when i left to look at a house. my kids called me saying the mngr was calling and banging every 2 mintues demanding payments for a room i paid for at 5am and they know my uhaul isnt there they were harassing my babys. then also locked the keycard for a 13 yr old girl ti get locked outside by herself of a room i paid for a 5am. and theres si many tweakers. and then when i got back i talked to his wife and said who does that to little girl. your husband locked a little girl out of a room i paid for when i wasnt even there. i said who does that. she said she dont know. and he lied said he was just calling about the pet deposit.. hes a liar ans i wasnt there he banged twice. even after they said i paid he said nope then came back and said yes. the cleaning ladies and the mngrs were non stop banging on kids doors knowing i wasnt there. i bought food for my kids. it got stolen. we had to leave. you cant relax between the cleaning ladies and the mngrs everyday harassment. if your normal and want a family oriented and dog friendly place go to motel 6. just make sure you read their reviews and their not shady with their deposits. if your rough around the edges and need a place to stay the days inn is the place for you

Door needs a weather seal, cold air blew through like the door was wide open, the room wasn't warm enough to take a shower till the afternoon. The room has no thermostat in it, management has complete control and they turn it way down at night. I bought a seal at Lowe's for the door (which I removed when I checked-out) and I got a space heater. They advertise breakfast, when I asked if it was time for breakfast the front desk said "Breakfast is coffee or juice".

The non-smoking room I paid for walked in smelled like An ashtray. There were Cigarette butts and ashes On the floor around the bed And none of the lamps worked, so it was dark. And it was really cold And of course the heater wasn't working.

Booked through booking. com. They didn't allow me to pay at the desk as I usually do. Didn't make it and cancelled prior to check in an they charged me for the full reservation. Desk told me to talk to booking. com and booking. com said to talk to hotel desk. My credit card company is handling it as neither hotel or booking would concede.

The room was trashed, the front desk charged a daily pet fee that they were pocketing and not giving me an invoice that included the pet fees, which prevented me from receiving per diem reimbursement from the company I work for... I was there 8 days and was charged $20 more than the cost of the same room per night, when through 3rd party booking and the Wyndham app, it was far cheaper. The wifi doesn't barely work, the manager was aggressive and angry, rude and disrespectful. I could go on and on, with the only bright spot of this place being the lovely, friendly housekeepers, who were overworked, underappreciated and practically abused... When I filed a formal complaint, the manager immediately cornered me in the laundry room and began yelling about how I cost him 400 dollars for a penalty from the franchise due to my complaint, and that I was going to call and remove my complaint and that we had resolved the issue.... Which is far from the truth... Then, when I left, (the room was far cleaner than it was the day I arrived) the manager kept my deposit because I was slightly late getting back from a personal errand, but only because I told said manager I wouldn't be staying another night. This was one of the most atrocious hotel experiences I have ever encountered.... The only bright spot being the lovely and friendly housekeepers. Who were overworked, underappreciated, and practically abused. I will never again stay at any Days Inn, period. I do feel as if due compensation not only for the excessive charges I was charged daily, but also for the pet fees that I couldn't get back, the disrespect, disregard, intimidation and aggression I was forced to endure while staying as a GUEST at this excuse of a hotel.

Blood on the mattress, the was blood in the bathroom. Most likely someone shooting up and blowing out a vein. The advertise a free breakfast, but when you get there they have a sign up that says coffee and juice only and they didn't hve that either. Door was locked every morning to the office and check in where they were supposed to have the coffee and juice. Beer bottles left outside on walkway. Tiles coming apart on bathroom floor. I could go on forever. Its an unsafe neighborhood in a rundown dirty place.

The website showed a good hotel. When we pulled in there were scary people all around the front. You can’t get into lobby had to stand outside. The person working was on the phone with the cops to have them come deal with a situation. We felt it was not a safe place. Took forever to get a refund Days Inn refused to give money back. Hotel look dirty

Nothing more nothing less than I expected. I try to get the same room every time I stay so I can't speak for the rest of the motel as far as how clean or nice it may be. I rent for a clean shower and a clean bed and that's all I expect. I treat it as I would any hotel and disinfect the entire room and bed when I enter and leave it like I found it other than towels folded and trash gathered neatly for the room service to easily grab and discard. Literally all they need to do is replace the towels and soaps if they want to but I know they do a full service on it even if it looks like no one had stayed in it .

Fake advertisement. Looks good on google but in person I looks like a crack house. They gave a room that smelled like cigarettes and then I asked for another room, I was inspecting it and found bed bugs. I went to the front office and asked for a refund and didn’t receive it. I wish I could give it -1 stars.

Our room was filthy. Garbage outside our door. Carpets need to be pulled out and burned. Coffee stains, cigarette burns, questionable sticky stuff on the TV stand. See the photos with my review. The stars I gave were only for the gal at the front desk because she was sweet, friendly, and accommodating.

I love this place, the location may not be the best place to stay at, but the rooms are very clean and in the morning staff was very friendly, giving me a free complementary breakfast. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a cheap and enjoyable hotel. The location may not be the best, and the parking is very limited.

Upon entering the room you could see stains on the bed comforter. The carpet was so filthy we were reluctant to take our shoes off. Stains on the back of the bathroom door and on the walls. Stained towels for bathing and one face cloth. Coakroches crawling on the furniture. The next day around mid-morning attempted to enter the lobby to talk to Management. The lobby was locked and had to talk to employee of hotel through plexiglass window. We did not feel this was a very safe area to stay in. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in.

The room was ok. The toilet did not work properly. They allowed my dog to stay for a small fee. They were very nice. The AC worked great

I love this place. The front desk staff Suzi and, Ash absolutely with out a doubt very professional and they truly care about the guest experience. The rooms are clean and the king suite has a jacuzzi tub. My favorite hotel in OKC for the price is perfect.

You get what you pay for with this motel. My room in particular had an awful mildew like smell and the bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Secondly, the cleaners would knock on my door daily and enter without permission if I was still sleeping. I felt like my valuables were not protected due to this, so I was forced to travel with all of my belongings if I needed to leave the room

We arrived 5 am all the way from south Carolina. 19 hour drive no stop. Just to be rejected by the guy working behind a window. Simple dew to him not wanting to do paperwork. He was unprofessional and not in uniform.

Clean rooms, nice beds, appears to be a popular place for construction workers to stay, laundry and vending machines. Easy to get to on and off of I35 & 240.

The place is a Crack motel!! They attempt to upcharge 100$ a day for their filthy rooms. Poor customer service as well as a terrible rooms. Television wasn't working properly the entire time I was there and nothing was done to fix and/or replace said set. Room service has no idea how to properly clean a room. Would never recommend this location.

I have stayed in the area before, and was semi-prepared that it was not going to be a 5 star.like many Days Inn definitely are. Of course with COVID I was hoping that the room would be extra clean. Let's say I went in with my Lysol Disinfectant spray first and broke out the wipes too. I have never felt like I had to, just a travel routine as a immunocompromised person. Surely a sanitizer was used But with trash still in the can from it's last guest , the carpet poorly swept; I was also sure there would not be mints on the 2 small well used pillows on either King size bed. It was a huge night across the area with multiple events and most of the hotels were packed including this one. So I also kneww they were super busy. Probably why no one in the office answered the phone. We had requested extra pillows, the attendant we found said there were none. Our request for a second set of towels , as there was only one set in our room, never showed up. The free breakfast was cancelled due to COVID , but the coffee hop/diner was open. The pool was not. There was no reception on the TV to catch the news or weather. As expected with no room at the Inn , the water pressure was barely enough to wash our hands let alone shower had I had a towel. We were on the second floor. No elevator in our section. We came to watch OU play. It was not a disappointment. They won by a landslide. It was such a fun game and we were exhausted. Although the alarm clock didn't work, we woke early and left the key cards on the table. We closed the door and headed for Breakfast at the local Brains.

Me & my family and traveled from out to state, we had a room reserved & paid in the next-door hotel named β€œHemp Inn, address β€œ8315 S I-35 Service Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73149” but upon arrival at 8:45 PM night, they said there is no room left despite of she can still see paid booked in her system. I called the booking company and waited 48 min and the call get disconnected, the receptionist said she can't cancel or refund the paid money. We started calling nearby hotels and we found this hotel, their walking price was $62 but booking through Priceline have $49 I told her about it and asked if i can do booking through priceline and they were absolutely professional and polite and said yes. I booked from parking and walked in, got the key without hassle. The room was clean, wooden floor, and everything working as expected. Check-out time was 11 AM but we overslept in comfy bed and returned key at 12:30 PM. Manager was very polite and had no complain. So in conclusion this is absolutely great place to stay and definitely avoid the next-door hotel β€œHemp Inn”

Very bad management for a Wyndham property. Very greedy and rude. The staff that I dealt with on the phone barely spoke English. Their accent was very difficult to understand sounded like east Indian. I don't recommend staying here at all.

Very friendly staff. The lady in the morning has a very sincere smile. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The beds are clean and comfy. My favorite part of the king rooms is the jetted jacuzzi tub. Perfect for a mini solo vacation. Would definitely recommend.!

This hotel is an alright hotel if you are on a budget, and need to stay a few days. The service was amazing. The only issues I had was the TV didn't work, and there were a few sketchy people wondering around at all hours of the night.

Very clean room, quite, well kept. Great folks, working there, & the owner, is there, everyday. I will stay again, the next time , in Oklahoma City.

Great freeway access to I-35. Close proximity to the blazers hockey rink. Relatively clean rooms, but not the nicest place you'll ever sleep. It's good for the price, though.

Very friendly staff at check in. Room is clean and comfortable. You can't beat the price. Not far from Norman or downtown OKC. Definitely worth a stay.

  • 1/5 Amanda L. 1 year ago on Google
Staff at check in was amazing.. We had no wash cloths and when I called the front desk I was told they had no access to any and she would call the housekeeping lady on site and we ended up going to dollar general and getting our own.. Room was dark, pulled out dresser / tv stand to plug in lamp and it was filthy.. Watched ladies clean 2 rooms and the top 2 blanks in those rooms never got changed, just sheets (gross)... No more days inn for us.. Drug dealers walking all around the back of the building.
