Stayed here four nights during some work related training. Very clean and quiet rooms. The happy hour with free drinks every evening was a very nice perk. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I even ordered dinner from their in house restaurant one evening and it was delicious. They definitely made being out of town more comfortable.

You may want to try the other Embassy Suites hotel when in OKC. Management at this one is none responsive to any complaints such as room being left open by cleaning staff, cleaning not being done, bed being slept on by someone else leave hair on pillows, trash being left in the room, etc... front desk acts like they cannot find the managers. managers never called back. No one really cares, except for the people that work the buffet and the bar area.

My stay at this hotel was great - comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and great location. But for me, the true standout was the amazing staff. Cynthia was one of the kindest Hilton employees I have ever interacted with and went above and beyond to make my stay great. The folks working at the breakfast area were all smiles and very friendly. And Rodney the shuttle driver went out of his way to drop me at the rental car center to pick up my car. An already great stay was made better by these kind and caring employees. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it is doing Hilton proud! Looking forward to returning.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing. Their employees were very nice. My problem is that they charged me twice for the two nights and when I went to tell them they were unable to give me the money back until after 5 to 7 business days. I had money set aside to take my kids to the outlet mall and frontier city which I was unable to do because they held that money. When I called they had zero interest in making this right and didn't seem to concerned about it.

All of the staff I interreacted with were nice and helpful. The breakfast is good with a good amount of options. I was worried about staying here based on the reviews about cleanliness. Luckily the room I had was clean. The only issue is that the tub did not drain properly. Took about 5-8 minutes to drain. If there is more than one person in the room, this could be a issue. The rooms are poorly maintained...rusting, areas where items have been pulled off and repatched. It wasn't a big deal to me, but this location is not on the same level as other hilton locations

Great experience for the price. Love the suites. Very comfortable rooms. TV in living room area and in bedroom so different people can watch what they want. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was amazing. Best I have seen anywhere. They have a good selection of great tasting food. Omelets are cooked to order. Best place we stayed on our vacation and the price is reasonable. Near the airport. We added a second night with no issues. Only downside was dinner in the hotel restaurant. The meat was terrible, very low quality. The manager admitted they were not getting the best meat due to supply chain issues but the prices charged are not changed! If you have a fear of heights, be advised that the elevators are glass and all floors overlook the first floor central area.

I took away 1 star due to Internet access being down at the beginning of my stay. It was fixed by the end of my visit. Room and common areas are all clean and in good condition. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I have always enjoyed staying in this hotel, however, the last stay I had a very unpleasant experience. The first room they gave me was very dirty and when I checked under the mattress there was all sorts of trash and food crumbs. They issued me a second room and it was worst, it even had toe nail clippings behind the night stands. The third room had live bed bugs and that was disgusting. The cleaning lady was very helpful and the desk lady was also very helpful and concerned. When I asked to speak with the manager he was not around. I left a voicemail requesting to be contacted and he never did. Obviously management do not care about customer satisfaction.

The breakfast was amazing as you get all the options. They have free drinks (all) from 5-730 pm and that was Awesome. Met a staff member (Djoko) from Indonesia that was the most friendliest human ever. The room we had was a bit outdated (bathroom) but very quiet and comfy.

Staff are lovely. Breakfast is great. But....this hotel is *sorely* in need of a major remodel, STAT. We were staying on the top floor and MANY of the ceilings (those old office-y drop ceilings that can make a girl feel claustrophobic) appeared to be severely water damaged. They've done some cosmetic upgrades as best they could, but still—staying there felt like a time warp back to the 1980s, and not in a good way. My advice to the head honchos at Embassy Suites is to invest some SERIOUS money in improving this place—it will be money well spent.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good with plenty of options and friendly staff. Evening snacks and beverages is a nice touch. If I'm ever in town again I will choose this hotel.

Great location. Service can be improved on the breakfast line. I ordered 3 eggs scrambled with diced ham at the " eggs cooked to YOUR order" part of the breakfast wine. The cook replied back to me that he would make me a ham omelette. I explained to him I did not want him to make me an Omelette and again stated I wanted three cracked eggs scrambled with diced ham. He went on to do as he pleased and did not crack any eggs. He poured the omelette eggs in the pan and let them cook with the diced ham. He then stirred it up after it was cooked and served it to me as if that was scrambled eggs with diced ham. That was a waste of food as I just threw it away. The room. The room was fantastic until I walked into the bathroom. The tub was disgusting. It was brown on the bottom and there was black stuff all around the tub and in part of the grout of the tiles. There is no way this room should be rented to anyone in that state. An Embassy Suites is definitely not where I would expect to see something so bad if anywhere at all. We used the room to store our items for 3 days and sleep at night. We opted to shower and bathe at our family's home whom we were there to visit. I am a Hilton Diamond member and this has to be the worst room I have come across at any Hilton location. Rooms should be maintained much better than what I saw here.

Great central location near tons of activities, restaurants, shopping and the airport. Check in was a breeze. The ladies working the front desk couldn't have been nicer. We were kicking of spring break and celebrating our son's birthday. The complementary evening reception was excellent. Snacks, soda, and cocktails from 5:30-7:30. Our drinks were great. The bartender was awesome, really every employee at this hotel was fantastic. The pool area was clean and had plenty of towels. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was very quiet even though it was packed. Once we retired for the night we didn't hear a soul. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The cook to order eggs and omelets were perfection. We will definitely be back! Thank you to every employee that made our stay wonderful!

My husbands family does thanksgiving here every year. It was a very pleasant experience. Rooms were very spacious and priced well, lobby area was super clean and comfortable, a good area to sit and chat with family. See y’all next year!

Rooms smelled like mold and I had a hard time breathing. Staff disabled our key cards because they thought we paid for one night instead of two even though we paid online. Kids played in the elevators for two straight days. People walking around barefoot and wet. Maids did a good job cleaning but only had enough coffee supplies for one person and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Best features are ample parking, free cocktail hour and excellent breakfast with custom egg options.

The hotel was very nice. I was happy with my stay. The pool was awesome and we even had it to ourselves a couple times. Complimentary evening reception is wonderful we had two different bartenders and both were incredible. My only complaint is the shower head stopped flowing water out of it and only the hot water worked on the kitchen sink. They sent someone up for the shower right away but the kitchen sink could not be fixed. Also not a far drive from anything exciting that you want to do.

The lobby, breakfast/bar area are remodeled but unfortunately the rooms are old and very dingy. The two bed room was not to my liking. The beds were full not queen, the lights were very bright in the entire room, no soft lights at all & the living room was very dark. It just didn't feel cozy or homey at all. The hotel does provide happy hour & some veggies w dip but no apple cider , I saw wine & beer not sure if hard liquor is part of it. The is also breakfast 6-9am on weekdays which I thought it was ending early but I do like to lounge around in the morning. They had pancakes, French toast & omelet to you liking, bagles & fruit. The pool was just old and some. It had a very strong odor of chlorine and the water was murky. No thank you. Airport shuttle is also provided The staff was very nice

Very affordable, super clean, decently-sized suites! Kids had a blast, beds were cozy, and the sofa beds were surprisinglycomfortable. I just wish they had 2 queen rooms too, as well as more connecting room choices! The service is wonderful, and their breakfast buffet is outstanding as well. I'm definitely staying here again.

Common areas were outdated but clean and accommodating. The entire facility is in desperate need of being freshened up. The room was the worst. Ceiling directly above bed was discolored and filthy. We couldn’t tell if it was mold or just water damage and dirt.

The rooms are clearly old. Wall paper peeling off. Leak damage not corrected in room. The room was SO uncomfortable. I tried turning the a/c down to make it better and it did NOTHING. The front room was almost unbearable but my kids slept there and just slept on top of covers. The bar restaurant was good. Breakfast was good as well. The lobby clearly remodeled but the rooms CLEARLY not.

This hotel is beautiful. The lobby is gorgeous. Our room was spotless. I particularly loved that the sitting room and the bedroom are separated by a door. In the sitting room, it can get a little noisy if there's activity outside but the bedroom was very quiet - great 'soundproofing'. The room had a TV, a sofa, an armchair, an ottoman, a desk with 2 chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee station, and sink in the sitting room. The bedroom was 2 double beds, a TV, dresser, and desk with two chairs. Very spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was small and didn't have a fan. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is FANTASTIC! Made-to-order omelettes, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, juice, coffee - the works! Not your basic continental at all. They have an indoor pool and a fitness center. The nightly rate was very reasonable for a last-minute reservation. 100% will stay here again if I'm back in the area!

The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast choice is decent, and they make you breakfast per your request such as scrambled eggs and omelet. But the line for getting the freshly made food is quite long. The cart is very scarce, it took us several tries to get one to take our stuff inside. It is pet friendly, but the pet fee is $75.

Would of been a 5 Star , but Shower was dirty and over night receptionist was very rude to my husband and I. The room with the exception of shower was clean Breakfast was great, bartender was great. Great Price for your money, We normally stay at other locations, but never have experience an attitude and nothing being dirty. We recommend

Really cool hotel. Looks way smaller from the outside, then you walk in and it's massive. Cool atrium, nice bar and seating areas in the lobby. Great breakfast with omlette bar and plenty of choices. Room was nicely appointed, and well laid out. Comfy bed as well. Would definitely recommend.

Free breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Happy hour was a nice perk. But upon entry of our nonsmoking room, there was a pretty strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The shelving under our mini fridge was chewed up but looked like someone was trying to hide it. Biggest concern was that during our stay, we discovered there were FLEAS in our bed. Disgusting! We changed rooms immediately but I am beyond grossed out. We travel quite often and this is the first Embassy where we've had this issue. Unfortunate.

Hotel and staff were great and welcoming. Only issue I had was adjusting the room temps (hence the 4 star instead of the 5 star), seemed like you couldn’t control the temp to the room. It was definitely cold which is welcoming after coming in from the heat, but at night it was definitely cold. Rooms were definitely cleaned with pride.

Everything was great. The staff was super friendly. Our room was spotless. We loved the buffet breakfast, they had options for everyone. Perhaps the best thing was the complimentary happy hour, we were not expecting that which was a nice surprise!! Will definitely return.

Great front desk team when we arrived, room was clean and dog friendly, managers happy hour was a great touch. Wonderful bartender and breakfast crew was fantastic. Definitely will be back! Thank you for the great stay!

I give them three stars due to cracked sink in bathroom, black algae under toilet rim, taking forever to get hot water to room and it was not hot enough. Also no room service, had to order at bar and no one let me know, I had to ask around. Otherwise staff was great as always. Nice remodel in foyer and atrium but rooms need work.

I attended a conference here this week and I wish I had booked my room here. The staff members were kind and helpful. All of my acquaintances staying here were bragging about the elaborate and personalized breakfast options. Each day after class they commented on how excited they were to attend the happy hour. The hotel was decorated so beautifully. It was clean! We regret not booking our rooms here. We didn't book here because of poor reviews which in our experience are not the case. You should stay here, we will next time!

The hotel was easy to access and parking was free and plentiful. Easy check-in and room was very clean and large. Breakfast was really nice and tasted great. The free drinks are always nice but when served with a smile they were even better. Very nice young lady as our server. Met the bartender for two evenings and she was very friendly and fun to speak with. My girlfriend and I were both very happy with our stay. Stayed 8-6,7.8-021

I was not happy with this hotel at all. The rooms were small and outdated. No air conditioning because the whole hotel switches over for winter. There were pets everywhere. And they said we had a handicap room but we still had a regular shower. If I'm going to pay over 100 a night then I better have air! Winter or not!

I think for the price, this hotel is decent. They just remodeled the lobby and it is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are outdated for sure. Wallpaper coming apart in some areas. They are pet friendly which is a plus, but my dog found a toy car left behind under the bed and was chewing on it! Luckily we found it before she ate it. The breakfast is pretty sweet. I think after a remodel of the rooms this place could be really nice. For the price though, you can't beat it.
