Well I hate to leave bad reviews but when a hotel is as bad as this one...I must speak my mind. First word that comes to mind when I think about the room that was given to us. "Trashy" I've never seen a Holiday Inn room look so bad. I would be embarrassed to rent rooms out looking the way they are renting them. All of the furniture was awful. So bad I really didn't want to sit on it. The pleather on every piece of furniture was half gone or falling off in shreds. All of the wood furniture was tore up, scuffed up and just an outdated mess. The bathroom was dirty. Fixtures were all rusted out. The fridge door was broke. And the place had a musty smell. We even rented a suite with the oversized tub in the room itself. If that was one of their better rooms, then I don't know how they keep the doors open. We tried to stay the night but just couldn't do it. We found blood spots on the pillows and that was the last straw. We checked out around 12:30 am and went home. Totally ruined our one night out to relax and enjoy a night away from the house. I will never go back to this place. They should never rent out the rooms looking like they do. Totally shocked. I guess Holiday Inn is taking a turn for the worse.

This was a fantastic hotel a few years ago! Today not so!!! The furniture is badly worn , mattress needs replaced etc. They had a great little restaurant bar at night and after being on the road all day that was niceโ€ฆ itโ€™s not open. They had a nice cook to order breakfastโ€ฆ not today. A buffet that was cold and at 6:45 was already empty!!!! All this for a additional $8 buck!!! Iโ€™m only in OKC 6-8 times a year but this is my last stay!

The check in was fine. But the hotel is so average. Hotel needs so much work. Old furniture, stains on the carpet. The bar/restaurant was closed, so no way to eat or drink on property. The hot tub was nice, but no off switch. The pool for sure needs a cleaning. But bed was comfortable, room was quiet and the TV worked. Thats all I need.

I just wanted to take a moment to write a review on how great the staff is at this location! I was driving cross country from California to South Carolina and Oklahoma City was our half way mark. Ashley was very nice and got me checked in smoothly. Around lunch time I went downstairs and got to meet Nicole and Fred! They were very amazing people! Nicole is very professional and a great employee! Fred was also a pleasure to speak to! So friendly and sweet! The staff at this location went above and beyond and made my stay very comfortable after a long day of driving! This location is lucky to have such wonderful staff! Rooms were also clean and comfortable! Also please check out their pool if youโ€™re ever lucky enough to visit this location!

I have stayed here over a dozen times in the past year. The rooms have always been just ok could use a remodel. The night shift front desk attendant is never around I did find in one time playing a video game in the dinning area. The most disappointing thing was that they charge $8 for the same breakfast u get in every other hotel for free. I wouldn't recommend staying here there are a lot better hotels in the same area with FREE BREAKFAST and better price on their rooms.

We always stay at a holiday inn because we know that they are always clean and really nice hotels from the outside to the rooms. This was so bad and so very gross. It was more on par with a budget hotel like a motel 6. There was mold in the shower. The right side of the bed outlets didn't work. The blankets smelled. The bed was so uncomfortable. There were mysterious stains on the couch and the chair. One of the walls had a terrible patch job. After checking in and seeing this we went to get the rest of our bags and the front desk asked how our room was and we told him that it was horrible and he said yeah we are renovating and brushed it off. No were on the website did it say they were renovating. We paid 360 for what what equated to a motel 6. Please please stay away. Oh and we were outside smoking and a gun went off in the neighborhood.

It's a little off the Interstate path but WORTH IT! They were in the middle of a remodel when I was there but it didn't affect the service or the condition of my room. I was not distributed by other guest noise at all. Great experience from begin to end of stay. Found my new place to come to when coming thru town on my trips across USA. My husband and I booked a room at this hotel with a jetted tub for a date night. We got a baby sitter and dinner reservations. Get to our room, ready to enjoy a quiet night without kids, and it's a tiny little hotel room, no jetted tub. No problem. Mistakes happen. We go down to the front desk and ask for the room on our reservation. They don't have one available. We ask for our money back, and at first they tell us no. Then she says they can, but gives us attitude about it. We call Holiday Inn's 1-800 number and ask for a similar room in one of the many other hotel rooms in the city, or a voucher for another stay and were told we couldn't have that either. I am very disappointed in both the error and the lack of both the hotel's and the 1-800 number's lack of customer service. Thanks for ruining our date night, Holiday Inn. We've got two little kids. It's not like we get that many of them.

Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are being renovated and are almost complete. Thatโ€™s the only reason I didnโ€™t give 5 stars. There was a few things not complete in our room but the essentials were there. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant and bar inside hotel is open late and very good. We were in a suite and the air didnโ€™t reach the second living area but overall a great stay and super clean.

There are two hotels across the street from each other, one is HIExpress and the other is this one. HInn making changes where the breakfast (based on their options) might start costing money, which when I am on business is fine, but at first was a little unexpected. Also the freeze of membership level is over since COVID is gone so my Platinum is now back to gold because I had less trips last year and went down a rank. Still a very clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel for quick stays.

Room was very clean. However what gave them 2 stars instead of 3 is that I was told at check in breakfast was available until 930 am went down at 9am to no breakfast. Front desk didn't offer anything for this inconvenience, since they closed it up despite telling multiple guests that they could get breakfast until 930am. As this is something included in cost of stay one would expect to be able to get it as long as they are there during the times they have been told it is available.

Been here for 1 hour. Elevator button missing & covered with duct tape, duct tape on several things, no elevator license posted, elevator door safety sensor failed (door will close with someone in the way). Hot tub timer knob broken with hot tub constantly running and it has way too much air flow causing a slpashing steamy mess that's turning the entire pool area into a foggy steam room and causing rust on the handicap access pool equipment. Pool had green algae on the bottom and hot tub seems to have a green-brown tint. All combined, the pool area smelled and looked like a dirty sweaty steam room. Bar tender did not know how to make a Vodka & Cranberry (on New Years Eve). Another guest said their room was double booked and their room phone was broken. Worst Holiday Inn I've seen anywhere in my lifetime.

First night of check in the lady was tweaked out while checking me in, breakfast was the same every day, Sunday the pool was closed because someone got sick but yet still had people swimming, I asked for housekeeping Sunday morning they said they don't clean stayovers but because I requested I could get service, i came back to the hotel around d 3pm and still no service I had to request again and leave so they could service my room. Which was half way done. I only requested service because we had been there all weekend for a football youth tournament. Then Monday morning I go out to my truck broken into all my stuff had been taken and my window was busted out. The hotel clerk said 6 vehicles were broken into! I will not stay here again!

We always ask for extra pillows and blankets. We were booked for 3 days, only stayed 2. Never got the pillows. There were no toiletries. Furniture was ripped and missing parts. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. No continental breakfast. Pool looked dirty. Very small as was the hot tub. I thought the water smelled of mildew. Staff was snippy and not helpful or friendly. Worse experience I've had at this chain.

I very rarely come across such horrible service that it compels me to be borderline manic. This however was the exception. As an ex-addict. I'm most certain that the Front Desk Employee was on potent stimulants. The room was also quite disgusting. To the extent that the sheets were stained all over in black and the shower genuinely smelled of decay. The only assistance I received from the front desk lady was what I can only describe as a rough "come-down" because her behavior was worse than that of a drunk teenager. I came here expecting a similar experience to other Holiday Inns I've frequented, however ended up wishing I'd just found a park bench or even a Truck Stop parking lot. Truly disgusting service, will certainly be cancelling my Gold benefits for sure.

Worst experience I've had in some time. Could tell someone smoked in the nonsmoking hotel. Tub rusted. Shower curtain molded and unhealthy to use or be around. TV poor connection. Stains on floor. Didn't bother to check on breakfast. Changed hotel next day.

First off, this airport hotels shuttle was out of commission, while the website boasts that it is up and running. When the front desk worker told me it was out of commission and I would have to find alternative transport to my flight, I showed her on the website that it says itโ€™s condition is up and running. She then pointed to a paper sign on the counter that said the bus was down in a dismissive and rude manner. Next, the room smelled like the maid smoked a blunt while cleaning it. All the furniture was ripped and smelled horrific, and the shower water was ice cold. The front desk worker, who is also the manager, dismissed the cold water by saying there was nothing they could do about it.

First, do not book through priceline or booking.com! Their messed up system doesn't show up in Holiday Inn's. Luckily Keisha at the front desk was super helpful. Booking.com was able to cancel (even tho they never had it right in the first place) & Keisha got me in a great room for the same price. The front desk staff is wonderful, the breakfast was delicious & the hotel in general was nice. The rooms are a bit dated/worn, but they are fine & comfortable. Good place, convenient, would recommend if in the area & need a short stay.

We paid for a suite... the chairs and headboard were peeling terribly..to the point that we didn't want to sit in the chairs. The tub leaked all over the floor. The shower had rusty towel racks and mildew around the frames... the shower head sprayed everywhere but on me. The fridge was warm with a pile of water setting in the bottom. The bed and pillows were very nice. They offered free coffee but breakfast was not free. It was convenient to the airport. They offered a shuttle.
