Chris was an amazing help, couldn't have had a better employee as the face of the place!!! Place was clean and air conditioner was running when we came into our room!!! Breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles with much other choices was great!!! I'd highly recommend staying here, plus recommend coming in when Chris is working, she's very friendly, courteous, and professional!!!

Only problem we had was there was no place to hang our clothes. Loved the security! Oh and of course we had a possessed alarm clock...it would change an hour ahead or behind by itself...lol. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Mercedes was awesome!

Personnel was great. Some furnishings could use some updating/refresh such as carpet and bathtub in room.

Staff was great, needed a little tlc throughout the facility. But overall I'd stay there with my family again.

The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was pretty typical with some hot food choices. The highway and loads of restaurant choices were nearby.

I called because I was going to book for a Thursday & Friday. I understand that Friday is a weekend rate but if I did Thursday by its self it was $129 for the room. If I book for both nights instead of Friday charging the weekend rate it changed both night to $181. I understand Friday being higher but why would you be pentalized a higher price for a week day night. The person on the phone just kept saying its weekend rates for both if I book 2 nights and its the system. So if I book the room separate and do Thursday reservation and than do another booking for Friday for the same room I would save money. This makes no sense so I will go else where with my business.

Wonderful accommodations. My bed was very comfortable. It felt brand new and the staff was super friendly from Mercedes at the front desk, to the lady who handled the breakfast and the housekeeping crew. The hotel was very clean, it smelled fresh and was just an absolute pleasure to stay. I will definitely return in a year for the next Puros Cigar event, if not sooner.

I enjoyed a VERY COMFORTABLE stay! Spacious lobby area with coffees and teas available, day and night. The complimentary breakfast is awesome, too!

The customer service is excellent. There was a bit of a snafu with my room, and Sammy resolved the issue quickly and kindly. I appreciate her going to extra mile to help make our stay comfortable. Gerardo was also very helpful at the front desk!

I called literally 10 hotels looking for a room that was: affordable, accepted pets without a ridiculous deposit (1 hotel charges $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, and that was more than what the room rate), had rooms with a bathtub, it was a plus if they had a hottub in the room, free breakfast, and most importantly, parking for big rigs. Kelsea answered the phone and made the reservation process so easy. She was great. The rooms are spacious, the hotel smells fresh, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Mercedes greeted guests with a warmth and genuine kindness. She gave excellent recommendations for great restaurants. The night staff who checked us on was so helpful helping us make sure we would be able to park our truck. If you're coming into town, don't waste your time with any other place. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Had to have the GF at Will Rogers early Thursday morning, so we drove down the night before. Easy to get to, plenty of places to eat nearby. The lady that checked us in was super nice. The room was larger than the pics we've seen, lol it was nice, well stocked and clean, there were a few small cosmetic defects her and there but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. Guy at the desk next morning seemed timid, I walked passed, said good morning and no response, might not of heard me. The breakfast selection was nice and there was a housekeeper cleaning up and keeping the food stocked, she was nice and looked happy to be at work.

This location has the best staff and the most comfortable beds EVER! At first I had chosen the Moore Ok location but the lady working the front counter was so rude and foul. She shouldn't have a job working in customer service. I got to this location and Sammie greeted me with a smile, made sure all of my needs were met and answered all of my questions without treating me like I was bothering her. She deserves a raise for her professionalism and knowledge of the business. She does a wonderful job and I will stay at this location again.

Bbeen staying here for a few weeks for work. Customer service was amazing and so was the food. Rooms are clean and big. Love this place. Would recommend it to anyone.

Rooms were clean a little outdated, a little worn. Staff was very friendly. Same breakfast offerings both days.

The breakfast is always good, hot and on time. All the people that work there are nice and knowledgeable.

Mercedes was amazing! Checking in and out was no problem at all. Our TV didn't work and she fixed the problem quickly! Breakfast was pretty great as well!!!! Omelet with sausage and other great selections! Will be staying here again for sure!

I have stayed here several times and usually get room #100 for some reason. The digital key has never worked for that room and I have told them about it numerous times with no resolve.. When I checked in today, I parked at end of hotel because that is where room 100 is located.. digital key not working on that door either. Walked all the way up front to get key and key did not work in that door either. When I finally got into the room I now notice the desk chair in very bad shape…. Material falling the entire chair. You would think they would replace this…. This will be the last stay at a Hampton in OKC…. I have been loyal but now have to switch to different chain….

Absolutely the worst.. Room smelled poor upon entry. Walls werenot even clean. Shower had a brown substance smeared near shower curtain. Tv remote did not match tv therefore could not connect my hdmi cable to utilize netflix, hulu, etc from my phone. Front desk had every remote exceptone that matched tge LG tv in my room. Other people staying in hotel found bedbugs in their room, I was too scared to look. Literally homeless crazy people outside in parking lot which is also across from a strip club.

Stayed before, but no more. They would not honor AAA or any other discounts, very disappointed. Went to a competitor and got a rate $20 less. Any they were at less than 50% occupancy. You would think they want customers.

Very nice and clean all around. Had an issue with my car and the staff helped me out with it. Very good staff and nice breakfast. Would definitely be staying again.

I'm only giving it a one star because I can't give a zero. There was trash left in our room behind the sleeper sofa and pee on the wall behind the toilet. The room was not cleaned well at all. There a was also a bad odor in the room we couldn't identify. When we told the front desk they didn't seem to surprised. It's also not located in the best part of OKC. We definitely will NOT be staying there again.

Nice smaller 4 story hotel close to the airport but very quiet with extreme friendly staff and the breakfast was actually pretty good. Eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bacon, potatoes, yogurt and more was nice. Even the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice but Mercedes at the front desk was AMAZING! She was helpful and gave us suggestions on what to do in the area as we had never been to the area before. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is nice, albeit little bit older, property and during my stay it appears that rooms are being updated. Workout room doesn't get quite cold enough but not bad. When I checked in Mercedes on the front desk was very helpful and friendly, having many good suggestions for places to eat in the local area. For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year.

Would have given 5 stars but something in the hardwired smoke alarm kept making an electrical zapping noise all night. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was very comfortable, totally enjoyed the shower. It had great pressure. The free hot breakfast was awesome!! And Merecedes was very helpful when she checked me in. I Would def come back.

Felt safe, staff were nice, breakfast was amazing. Probably the best complementary breakfast I've ever had. Kitchen was sparkling clean from what I could see, great job to the kitchen staff!! Bed had a ridge exactly in my hip, but comfortable otherwise. The furniture is dingy for a hampton, they are usually spotless. Bathroom had good hot water with good pressure. Older hampton but still a good night sleep! Please fix the "hampton inn" sign with the missing panel that shines a huge 2000 watt bulb directly into 2nd story rooms.

Worse experience ever!!! The 3rd floor smell was horrific smelled of septic! Pool was cold. Jacuzzi was not cleaned in the room. And there was 3 SUV's broken into that night. Thank God they did not get our truck!!!

We chose Hampton Inn every time we had to stop on our 3300 mile trip and they were all the same. Quiet, friendly and decent breakfast till 10 am. Reasonable prices, very clean.

Jack-of-all-trades Mercedes really made this stay a pleasure. Whether she's checking you in at the front desk or making sure the breakfast buffet is clean, neat and well-stocked you and your stay are in the best of hands. My only suggestion for improvement is for the housekeeping staff. The showers were excellent, but the shower head needs cleaning because red mold is visible.

Staff is incredibly nice, fantastic customer service. The room is big, nice TV, nice furniture. Beyond expectation for the price. I want to give this 5 stars but I paid extra for the higher speed internet, and it's only 2.5mbps. This is extremely slow, especially for it being 2022. If you aren't someone who relies on at the very least, modern internet, ignore the deduction. The lady at the front desk was seriously so good!
