This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to! It was disgusting! The last persons belongings were still in the room. The comforters were both completely stained all over both sides and had burns on them. There was crumbs in the microwave, on the fridge, in the fridge, and on the table. The tub was dirty the toilet had a termite swimming in it and toilet seat was scratched, there was writing on the bathroom walls the mirrors were dirty the box spring was dirty. They had ants! The carpet had so many stains and was not vacuumed! My family that lives close by brought me cleaning supplies and linens to clean the room and vacuum and lay on nice linens. The chair was filthy the empty vacuum my family brought was half full when I finished. Front desk did nothing! I will not refer anyone here!!!! Refund me!! Front desk lied about sending housekeeping first thing in the morning to fix it and get new unstained towels and linens they never came when I complained that they never came she said they clean that room on Monday Wednesday and Friday that they weren’t coming completely wasted my weekend getaway cleaning my room instead of enjoying my getaway absolutely horrible I am telling everyone to stay away from this place they wouldn’t refund me or fix it the Monday desk attendee wouldn’t even hear my complaints he kept cutting me off never again will I waste my money here! They do have a pool and as hot as it is it’s not open this place is trash! Refund!!!! There was a roach in the picture frame above the bed! (Pictured) out of the three lamps for the room one had a lamp shade it was ripped up and stained! Stains and mold all over the room so gross!

I have been here for a while and so far, I have no complaints. The staff has been very nice and helpful. My room is clean and has no bugs. The parking lot is pretty clean too.

Please, Stay a way from this place. It’s most dirty unsafe and uncomfortable place ever. The bathroom tub is molded، rusty. old and dirty, the Ceiling is broken and molded. You will get skin issues and disease if you sleep on the bed. The bed sheet is full of stain and stinks . This place is scary and unsafe. Not recommended at all. I would give zero star if I could.

The front desk staff is rude. The room we had was dirty. There was stains on the bedding and floor. The room had black mold. The stairs were in poor condition. There were cigarette burn marks on the tub. The refrigerator worked well. That was the only positive.

I know my ratings are all over the spectrum. Let me explain, first off the service is excellent. The lady at the front desk, I did not get her name(my bad)and is sister of the owner, was very helpful. She explained everything, friendly and just plain nice. We rolled after midnight which is usually annoying to the staff of other establishments. The next morning when housekeeping came by we got fresh towels and other stuff and allowed to catch up on our rest. Now the room, is pretty run down. The bathroom looked and felt unsanitary. The place has Been around a while and it shows. The beds are very comfortable. When I wake up with no stiffness or aching back, the beds are great. Room had a working fridge, microwave and flat screen with cable. Makes up for a lot. The appliances are near new. Not the best part of town but OKC is a work in progress. For our needs it was near the freeway access, food and beverage close by. I left out the real cool part. The AC was literally frigid. The best of any I have had in all the places I have been. A lot. All in al, with the great price, this place is OK.

This place is the worst place to stay they are not kid friendly at all the man at the service desk was chasing my kids around saying get in your room and they bang on your room door daily tell you answer!! The rooms stink I had to spray a lot of spray to try and get the smell out worked for a couple hours then the awful smell would be back my and my kids got sick while staying here the ac units are dirty there is black mold in the bathrooms the carpets are sticky and dirty not a place to bring the family for sure they definitely don’t even deserve a 1 star this place needs torn down

We checked in, great location, no problems with check in or anything. Excellent place if you are a girl and looking to make a few extra $$. Near the freeway interchange, perfect.

This is not a kid friendly hotel at all they would complain about the kids playing outside! The staff is very rude would come bang on our door when we would ask them not to due to the baby sleeping there is mold in the rooms and the carpets are very dirty not a place where you wanna walk barefoot! The door to the bathroom was broke would stick! The Ac was very filthy didn't look as though it's been clean in year! This place really needs to be condemned!

We for starters had to pay a deposit that is suppose to be returned to us but the lady at the desk said it more than likely wouldnt get returned then we paid WAY to much for the quaily of the rooms and i repeat WAY to much. The rooms had splotches all over the walls had a broken glass on the picture that hung on the wall there was no tv the wifi didnt work there was writing on the dresser that would of taken a lil elbow grease to get off and writing on the walls as well there was holes in the walls and then when my girlfriend and two other friends and I decided that this place was a rip off they denied giving us a refund for the room we hadnt touched nothing everything still the exact same as when we walled thru the door but couldn't have or money back. This place is a horrible place to stop for the night

I am giving them one star because of the man at the front when I was checking out. The man knew nothing about treating a customer with respect and the valve of a return customer and as long as he is working there I will not stay there. I would rather try to sleep in my small two set sport car than give that man my business.

I’m paying $578 for a room that has literally the most disgusting stains on the walls NO HOT WATER had to ask for a better room because the last one had NO TV the new room had mold all over the walls. spend the extra $ and go to a better hotel.

The room was disgusting. It was not clean. It was nothing like the pictures...They told me they don't even have a room like what's in the pictures.. I got a refund. Don't waste your money. I have been in cleaner haunted houses. Lol

You know I'd really like to complain about this place but it's not that bad$250 for a week I don't know about you but I can't find anything cheaper than that. Plus the rings are decent. Not a very good area but the owner tonight in the workers. So I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a spotless room but if you're looking for someone for a long time best value for sure.😁

I wouldn't even give it a star. Worst service ever. The bathtub was filthy with dirty towels still in the shower. The rooms didn't have a TV or microwave or anything but a bed. Looked like there was blood on the carpet. The phones didn't work. It was horrible. The power went out in one of the rooms at 3am and the front desk clerk was not helpful at all. He told me to sit in the room until maintenance could come. It was 15 degrees outside. 😡😡😡

WORST STAY EVER! THERES NO SUCH THING AS CLEANING. ITS COMPLETELY NASTY DIRTY. HAD NO BEDDING! ONLY TWO TOWELS. THERE WERE NEEDLES BEHIND THE TOILET. VERY UNHEALTHY SAFETY HAZARD. BLOOD IN THE BATHROOM WALLS,GRAFFITI. I COULD GO ON. DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS HOTEL HAS A 2 STAR? JUST VERY UNPLEASED. RUDE RUDE STAFF DOESN'T DESERVE A RATING!

Not a bad place to stay. I will tell you this you can haggle a good price and get a cheap security deposit. You just got to know what to say.

Room was dirty, asked for a handicapped accessible room, had to improvise a ramp just to get over a 3 or 4 inch step into the room. Then found another 1½-2 inch lip going into the bathroom. The shower/tub was completely inaccessible once I got in there. There were no shelves, closets or anywhere to hang clothes. No lamps, only 1, 24 inch fluorescent fixture hung high on the wall opposite the bed. The only other light was in the bathroom.

Not worth the price, nor is the newer Hemp Hotel what one pays a week at the run down Hemp Hotel should be the price of it's sister hotel. Service is below the price paid, a staff member robs you of deposits, and bums use it's property as a trail through and stop over if they got the cash.

It's aight. You get what you pay for on this side of town. Big rooms. Dirty and NO PETS ALLOWED. Says they will kick you out with no refund if you have a pet in your room. Some rooms are boarded completely up. Not noisy at all, very quiet hotel. Overall good stay! 👍

Small rooms & out of date TV's volume & menu buttons missing no remote control so you can adjust the volume & change channels

Very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed for an extended period of time and felt right at home.

Other than the rats,roaches, bed bugs interested and lack of security it would be a better place to stay.The people up front are every uneducated on service animals and listen to people that are not guest. But other than that I might just tell everyone its a great place to stay.

First two rooms were no a/c no TV but quickly got is in a nice room and great price.

The lady at the front desk was sooo rude. You could tell she has been up a few days... 🤦🏽‍♀️ Our room had no hot water lady said we could get our money back after 3 days? The rooms was dirty and the bathroom looked like someone just left from using it. Also the rooms don't come with TV's so if u are planning a get away night go somewhere else..

Had rented online with emotional support dog I'm on oxygen 24/7 came from Dr appt key won't work took my rm rent and cash deposit threw me out for little dog said they don't have to honor support animal

No TV in room, Very unprofessional staff hanging out at front desk talking about Customers...Cheap rooms but ya get what ya pay for!!

You get fewer amenities for the same price as a corporate owned motel. Room service is spotty, pool is closed, one washing machine for all guests. Vending machine priced unrealistically.
