Super friendly employees. Older man, at the front desk, was super sweet. Rooms were big & clean! Didn't have my swim suit with me, but they did have a beautiful swimming pool outside! It was calling my name!😂 They also had a pretty decent workout room. Not huge, but big enough! I would recommend it!😍

Ray was the most friendly host we've had this trip. He really made us feel welcomed. The rooms were great. Clean. Smelled good. Everything worked as it should. The only only nitpick was the pool hours which is noon till 10pm. But that's OK. Would definitely stay again.

WARNING: PARK IN THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL!!! We booked here primarily because we were traveling with our dog and this hotel is pet friendly (with a fee). Nice facility, friendly staff, hot breakfast and a nice courtyard in the back. Had to switch rooms because our first one smelled of dog urine, but the next was okay, aside from a few things that were missed by the housekeeping staff. Noted one review after booking about a theft, saw some broken glass in the back parking lot, so we made sure all significant valuables were secured and we parked near the front door of the hotel. The next morning, walked out back to find 3 cars (RIGHT outside the back door with a sign warning of surveillance) with windows shattered from theft. Thankfully our car wasn’t broken into, and I felt safe here aside from that incident. Also a few miles from Lake Hefner, which has a scenic appeal and some lakeside restaurants at the harbor.

    * name MADE ANONYMOUS FOR PRIVACY* SKIP THIS HOTEL If laundry Or any other amenities aren’t working you will have to play games for days to get thru the gatekeepers and finally get a “always in meetings or busy, we don’t know where he is?” Manager. Who has a holier than thou attitude and tries to talk his way around basic amenities being BROKEN BUT NOT LABELED. we spent $30+ on the laundry and it never dried or washed our clothes properly. We did not want to bag up our soaking wet clothes in trash bags and lug them to another off site laundry business so we simply had to hang dry them across the room. We also had a refrigerator broken and leaking coolant as well as a ac unit falling out of our room window. See photos for proof. Laquita please evaluate your management at this location, they also threatened staff aggressively for taking our side and I worry for their quality of work

Rooms. Ours had black mold in the shower, sink and air return duct. It also had a leaking toilet that caused our toddler to slip and fall. Service. Hotel owner unwilling to provide a refund or even show any compassion towards our toddler. Instead they offered 1000 rewards points equal to about $10. Location. Good location but the rear parking lot had lots of shady folks and bizarre possibly illegal activity happening. Overall vibe of the hotel and other guests was unsettling and reminiscent of a bottom of the barrel motel, not a brand like Wyndham. Will never return to this hotel.

Not a place I would recommend anyone to stay. I work at night and have to sleep during the day. I had a two night reservation but because I was checking in on the morning of my stay (and not before midnight) they had cancelled my reservation even though they charged me for a one night stay. I cannot even describe how rude the lady was at check in and how she could care less that I was leaving. Thanks, I will just go down the street and stay at the Holiday Inn with the staff that knows how to treat their customers.

The front desk clerk was loud, with poor costumer service skills and call the cops on me for calmly refusing to leave without my checkout receipt because of discrepancies on the billing. Stating accounting will send me a updated bill “later”, after seeing reviews of people not getting their money right or the hotel loosing their information after 90 days, the “later” you will get something in your email excuse was not going to make it for me, specially when they mentioned it’s part of their policy without providing the written policy after I asked for it. All because I used my military discount for the room cost and they charge me a $70 refundable fee when everyone else in our party got a $50. Hopefully they make this right and refund the $70. Would not stay here again unless under new management. The landscape around the place was poor, the pool was close, no breakfast served only a bag with a fruit cup and a granola bar with a Welch juice was provided instead. Rooms only had face soap, conditioner and a lotion. As a Gold member for this Hotel chain since 2015 I would rate my experience as a 1 star because I’ve been to other chain hotels with absolute great amenities, costumer service and transparency with their billing. I stayed in one for 4months while working at one point without any hiccups. I feel this experience would’ve been better if the costumer service was better, the person that attended us was having trouble with other guests before me and after me. I can deal with the pool out of service, with the landscape, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the discrepancy in the billing because this all can be fixed but I can’t deal with the mistreat I witness in that lobby towards seniors and veterans like myself. Most people look for resolutions where both parties will be satisfied with, but this felt like they only went for what was convenient for the hotel only.

I stayed at La Quinta Inn May 2021 for a wedding. The front desk clerk failed to mention that the elevator was non operational after putting our group on the top floor. We had to climb 6 flights of stairs several times throughout our stay. I looked passed that, however as if that wasn't enough, they charged my credit card 2 separate times for $100 each time. These were supposedly deposits that would eventually be refunded. When they weren't refunded after several weeks, I called the hotel and asked that they refund the deposits.. later to find out that a person from our wedding group had the exact same thing happen to them. After several phone calls to the hotel and an in- person trip by the mother of the bride, they agreed to refund the charges. I received $100, not $200. When I called this morning to ask them to refund my other $100 deposit, I was told they have no record of my stay and that their system only goes back 90 days. You and I both know that's a BOLD FACED LIE! Treat your guests with more respect and have more dignity in the business you run. Stop ripping people off! I have never been nasty or disrespectful towards any of your staff. All I ask is that you refund my deposit. Refunding my $100 deposit and doing what is right and ethical will not break your business!

Is there a willy nelson convention I wasn't tracking??? From the 1st day of arrival, the 1st room we walked into STUNK of weed. I went down stairs and the staff issued us a second room on the next floor, claiming its a shared air duct. Ok...so then onto later that day, as well as multiple times the next...overwhelming smell of weed in our room again. The elevators were rickety, also smelling of weed. Granted...not a problem had with Marijuana, but how are the smoke detectors working with how much blazing going on in here? If the cancelation window hadnt already passed, I would have 100% skipped the second night. Blaze up my friends...but please do so outside!!! Won't be staying again. LQ has gone waaay downhill over the years. Will not be rebooking.

I've stayed here many times for family reunions in OKC. The rooms are very clean and I have had great customer service. This weekend, I was not happy to discover that the locked door on the north side of the building is no longer locked. I came straight to Google to see if there were any recent reviews that mentioned this. And there have been in the last two weeks that mentions the door. I am willing to pay for the holiday weekend upcharge for the room. However, I expect a more secure building.

The last time I stayed in a LaQuinta was about 18 years ago. This is definitely not the same LaQuinta. I was really impressed with the upgrades and amenities offered for the price. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained. It smelled nice also. I booked a king bed. The room was spotless and had no signs of bed bugs. Overall a great value.

We visited this hotel with family and loved it. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious, and the pool area is fantastic. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast which was served only 6- 9 am (no late breakfast on weekends) and started being cleared away at 8:50. We were there sat and Sunday. Both mornings the hash browns were soggy and there was something that looked like sausage patties but did not taste good. No eggs. If the breakfast could be improved this would be a first class hotel at a very reasonable rate.

This location DOES charge a pet fee but aside from that this place is a great hotel within their chain. I found my room to be comfortable, updated, and very clean. The breakfast was on par for La Quinta and the staff were all friendly and helpful. This hotel had a comfortable and safe feeling. I will definitely be coming back.

I booked this LaQuinta and then when I read the reviews I had second thoughts. I always read the reviews first before I book a hotel, but because of location and rewards points, I booked first. Driving up to the property I realized I had stayed here 3 or 4 years ago. I breathed a sigh of relief because I remember it being a nice property. I was right. This is a very nice property. I take everyone's reviews seriously as I hope they do mine. If someone takes the time to review a property or restaurant it's to help fellow travelers in their travels. I'm not sure what led the the bad experiences some people had at this property. All I can do is give my review. Check in was fast & efficient. My room was a king bed in the 1st floor. Very clean room with a refrigerator & microwave. I did not smell.smoke or urine. Actually, I didn't smell anything at all. In room coffee, hair dryer, etc. The room had a recliner (which I really liked). As well as an office chair. Breakfast was pretty standard. Waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, etc. Some hotels are just doing grab and go Breakfast. This property seems to want to do a little more for.their guests. If you read my Trip Advisor reviews you will see that I'm firm but fair in all my reviews. This was a pleasant stay.

Stayed this past weekend for 3 nights for a hockey tournament. Lots of issues. One out of the 4 front desk clerks I personally dealt with was actually hospitable. The others were harsh if they did actually respond to questions. "Continental breakfast" had cold sausages, cold and floppy hashbrowns and questionable hard boiled eggs. One of the hotel guest was throwing up ON the floor and wasn't really attended to well. They advised no housekeeping on the weekends, which is fine, but then argued with parents about needing extra towels during the course of the weekends. Room keys are atrocious, I had to get mine rekeyed 3 times over the course of the weekend (side note for safety---none of the front desk clerks actually verified via photo identification that was my room number was actually the room I was staying in when I asked them to rekey), and when they did work, you still had to stand in front of your door for literal minutes in order for them to actually 'read' the card and work. Hotel water smelled funny-like, even made my hair smell like the water. Beds were firm to the point of no give at all. Trash in the stairwells remained there the entire weekend. Once of the rooms had verified bed bugs---another had possible fleas. Would highly recommend people choose literally any other hotel if they are staying in this area. Oh---and there were gunshots heard nearby on our last night staying there. Was going to give feedback in person before leaving, but the front desk clerk (who I would only identify as a clerk because she was standing behind the counter-no uniform or name tag-)was on the phone complaining about another co-worker when I went to check out. She just told me to leave my keys and go. Extremely disappointed in this all the way around.

This La Quinta is top notch! Tadd at the front desk showed exemplary customer service! He was very informative. Jay the GM was very knowledgeable and a delight to converse with. The courtyard is the hidden gem of the property. If you want a hotel that will provide you with amazing customer service this is it! Relax and enjoy the serene and peaceful courtyard.

I would not stay here again. Because desk staff was extremely rude to all customers. And ignored people. And blood stains on the sheets, towels smelled like harsh chemicals, coffee maker was broken. Overall very unpleasant stay.

good location, close to lake and trails also you can go pretty much anywhere in the city by taking the expressway but that's pretty much it for this hotel it has small rooms compared to like country inn and suites or the like, also the service got one star ONLY because I've NEVER gotten a knock on my door telling me keep it down or something like that..they pretty much just put you in a room and forget about you so depends on how you feel about that...so yeah this hotel on the short list 😁

This is a very clean property in Oklahoma City near hospitals. The location has easy access to shopping, food and local attractions. I will be staying here during my visits to OKC. Great job to the staff Zachary, Shelbi, Michelle, Richard, Melba and Katy. I appreciate the attention to detail each gave during our stay.

This place was a nightmare from the beginning until the end. My daughter and I came for a 3 day 4 nights hockey tournament and were forced to choose between a couple due to the Stay2Play rule. Unfortunately we ended up here. First night, our shower needed to be fixed and she had to wait until 10:30 to take a shower. Next morning the shower broke again, the front desk girl didn't know how to handle the situation at 7 in the morning, I was forced to shower in one of our teammates room to get going. The girl didn't even pass the message along, because when we came back between the games to take a shower, it was still not fixed. The supervisor finally offered me a different room, which I gladly took. We also received attitude from one of the receptionists several times. She was constantly on her cellphone talking with headphones in her ears. When my 13 year old daughter approached her to ask for towels, she told my daughter she would have to turn in the old ones in a snappy tone, which my daughters reply was that we turned them in to one of the housekeepers earlier. She called my daughter a liar, they don't have housekeeping on the weekends, needlessly to say, I gave them to the housekeeper myself who was cleaning out a room after guests had checked out. So they do have housekeepers to clean checked out rooms. One of our team moms stepped up and demanded a towel for my daughter. We felt like we were an inconvenience to that lady. Don't get me started with the breakfast. The hotel was packed with hockey teams and there was not enough food to accommodate for all, so we had to eat out. One of the supervisors I believe her name was Kayla was super friendly and tried to right the wrongs, but after all it didn't make it better. I will not stay at that hotel ever again.

We had a really nice time at the hotel. The staff was great. The room was clean. The towels didnt remove any skin, which means they werent like most hotels which have exfoliating towels. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast. Have some work to do here.

I'm in the process of relocating back to Oklahoma City with my daughters and just checked in to this location. Michelle (at the front desk) and her colleagues were extremely friendly. Michelle went above and beyond to help me and even gave me a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel!

I thought the place was awesome in general. Need some small maintenance attention on a few things in the bathroom and doorknobs throughout. Dude up front (can't remember name) was very nice and helpful!

I LOVE this hotel! I am the worst about going on to give stars and my reviews to places I visit. That being said I am 100% sure about giving 5 stars to this La Quinta Inn. If I could give 20 stars I would. This is the best La Quinta that I've ever stayed at and I've been around the country. They are so nice and very hospitable at this hotel. Everyone here is willing to help you in any way that they can and not only do that but do it with a genuine smile on their faces!!! If you're visiting OKC or even from here and want a night away this is 150% the place to stay at!

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and smelled pleasant. The beds were comfortable and linens crisp. Hotel staff were welcoming and check-in process quick and hassle free. This is by far my favorite hotel in the area.

I had just spent the night in the ER and needed to find a place to rest before a 3 hour drive home. When we were going to our room, I threw up in a trash can in the hall. I tell you all of that to let you know how sick I was.We get inside the room and the bed is full of long dark hair. Not just one strand, it was on several places with lots of hair. No one could have missed it. To say the least, I was so completely grossed out but too sick to change rooms. I pray that I didn’t catch anything from the dirty sheets. Ugh. 😫🤒🤧🤢🤮🤢

I love this hotel. I got a room for two nights to be near my job during this big storm system we had. Chauncey is a very hard worker and he is very professional. He knows his job for sure. Give this dude a raise. He deserves it!

If I could give 0 for service I would. Was accused of my card declining when it wasn't was sent to wrong room Twice because I forgot my room number. Police were called on me and I was banned from the property Didn't get any rest after a 19 hr drive. Was accused of being intoxicated when I was not passed my toxicology with flying colors. Was also accused of pestering Guest services when I have a mental health condition and was trying to find my room. As an experienced Guest service Supervisor I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. However hotel is in a great location and the rooms were very clean from what I got see. * Replying to comment from owner I was aware of my surroundings I did know my name it was your Employee who was incompetent on how to handle a Guest with very bad anxiety & clearly unaware of how to do their job because he would have looked up my name that I clearly stated to him and the police even trued to show my payment on my bank app. Please don't disrespect me more than you have.

I booked this hotel with the only purpose of letting my kids swim and have a relaxing weekend. We get there and the pools not even full but 3/4 of the way. Hot tub is green, landscaping tools and limbs everywhere. So in other words no swimming for them. I politely requested a refund and said I would just rebook with another hotel with an open pool. Possibly even another affiliated hotel. They denied my refund even though the pool was a guaranteed amenity. So for $130 I guess we had a place to sleep. Not to mention there was nothing left of the breakfast the next morning. Waffle and pancake batter was depleted and they wouldn’t even refill that. Needless to say we won’t ever be back or be staying with another La Quinta again

Very clean room. This hotel has amazing housekeepers who pride themselves in their work. We were on the 4th floor and it was very spacious and quiet. Loved the folding doors on the bathroom to allow for privacy as some hotels don't. We had went to another area hotel to get a room first and realized quickly it was seedy and shady. Paying the extra money was worth it. Do not regret. There was security visible as soon as we got out of the vehicle doing a walk around check. The breakfast was extensive. We didn't know what to expect because some of the reviews were not accurate at all. There is the normal breakfast fare . Coffee, fruit, toast, bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, etc but you turn the corner and there is a hot bar too. Almost missed it. It had waffles, eggs, hashbrowns ..etc. I think some of the people on the reviews literally did not turn the corner! This hotel is VERY close to the Guatemalan Consulate and a good option for those with appointments there.

It was ok. Price was really good. It was less than comforting that they needed a security guard-though we saw no issues. The courtyard was perfect for our group to get together and laugh until the wee hours. The pool and hot tub were in rough shape and not open for the season, yet. Exercise room was nice.

My husband and I came here after a terrible experience at the nearby Fairfield Inn and were greeted by Chauncey with a smile and excellent customer service. He was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful which was such a blessing after the awful treatment we received at the previous hotel. The first thing I noticed when entering our room was the fantastic smell, it was SO CLEAN and the sheets were fresh. They have a very nice pool area that I wish I’d been able to use. (I forgot my suit lol) Upon check out we were greeted by more friendly staff who were just as amazing as Chauncey. We will definitely be spending the rest of our OK city visits at this location. Thank you guys for being so great and keep it up! I’d give 10 stars if that were an option!

Very clean, updated lobby, AND friendly service! Traveling with two excited kids and no snobby looks while they explore the hotel and its amenities. Spacious suite that fits us perfectly. Checked beds: NO BED BUGS! Shower is clean, water pressure is great!

Horrible experience at this hotel. To start, we were charged more than we should have. We asked for two nights, and when we returned to our room after a day spent with family, we came back to our room with the door open and our belongings taken away. When we called the front desk, an impolite man said they were downstairs. Many of our things were not handled correctly; or thrown away completely. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel that takes away your belongings with zero contact. Young man at the front desk said this has happened before where patrons’ belongings are taken. After a week talking with LaQuinta corporate and local LaQuinta, not much has been done to rectify horrible experience except a credit of 20 bucks. Please save yourself time, money, and the likelihood of your belongings being taken and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Da’Vonte was exceptional at the front desk. We had a couple minor issues and he fixed it and with a smile. We appreciate his customer service!! The cucumber water in the lobby was an added bonus.
