We stayed for 5 nights 6 days and the Hotel was overall very clean and put together. Beds were very comfy for the price point the hotel is set at. Our room was very large and accommodating with an entire kitchen area. Hotel staff was all very friendly and assisted us with our needs.. breakfest was good for what a free breakfest can be. The area surrounding the hotel had all types of food and coffee shops.. Only thing I would say that was anointing and could never get it to work after many attempts with front desk. Was the mobile key wasn’t working. First time at any Hilton property I’ve been at that didn’t work. Otherwise all others things were great!!!

In 2021 stayed at the Hampton Inn located in front of Home2 Suites and it is a certifiable dump! This was a great, clean hotel. Only complaint would be staff is maybe not be fully trained on guest experiences. Nothing worse than being helped at the front desk while the person is on a personal call saying they only have 20 bucks.........

My family and I always stay at a Home2 hotel when we travel. We really enjoy the experience. Unfortunately this time I experience unfavorable parking. After checkout heading to my vehicle I noticed the driver's side front window was busted My truck got broken into during the daytime. I hope this never happens again and the property's manager can beef up his security team and surveillance cameras to make the environment more safe and secure because I really like staying there. Other than that the staff, manager and employees are all wonderful people super friendly and professional. I hope we have a better experience next time. Safety first!

It's what you'd hope a Hilton hotel to be. Friendly staff, extremely clean lobby & rooms, and a delicious breakfast. It's hard to find a hotel with decent complimentary breakfast because of COVID-related supply chain issues or safety issues, but the food here is delicious. Plenty of options to choose from, and you won't be hungry before lunch time. The only downside I can see is the location, as this is on a rougher side of town with plenty of foot traffic from sketchy characters in the area. Aside from the location, this place is a perfectly comfortable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Home 2 Suites South! From the moment my parents and I checked in, we noticed the cleanliness of the lobby and friendliness of the front desk representative Shannon! She was a great help that night and throughout our stay-she is an exemplary employee! I must add every front desk representative was great and provided great service, but Shannon stood out! I was also impressed by the housekeeping staff! They keep the hotel and rooms very clean, smelling fresh and looking nice; they were also very friendly and helpful! I was weary about staying at a hotel that is pet-friendly but because they clean so well, I didn't smell any pet smells or see any pet hairs or poop anywhere-thank you so much for doing such a great job!

Oh. My. Goodness. Truly a great property in late 2022. I am amazed at the friendly staff, great food and coffee, new-feeling room, and a solid value. Great job y'all! 💯

Everything was as expected, no issues. We walked in for our key and were in our room in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast food was available when they said it would be. The room was nice and spacious. If I had to complain about anything it would be the barn door for the restroom. It doesn't fully seal the bathroom from the rest of the room as there's a gap when closed. I'm not a fan of barn doors in living spaces.

The night front desk Manager makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. You need lots more employees with her attitude, admiration and beautiful spirit. Thank you for your hospitality night manager Maria

Room was very clean and well organized. The doors were difficult to open and would SLAM shut. Breakfast was standard fare

Traveling here for work, honestly one of the worst experiences I have had was with this hotel. Originally stayed here for 10 days, tried to extend our stay we were told we weren’t able to since all the 1 King Bed, 1 bedrooms were all booked up. Once they had availability we tried coming back for our remaining 30+ days. A week before coming back here we got an email confirming the 1 king bed with the 1 bedroom, the day before check in I was able to pick our room. Day of check in we get there and, without notifying me, they changed our room because some higher up for the hotel chain decided to extend their stay in the 1 king bed, 1 bedroom. The GM changed our room to just a small room to accommodate their superior. To top it off, the superior was supposed to leave the next day but they wouldn’t guarantee our room after they left because they wanted to leave it open in case they wanted to extend again. We couldn’t stay in the smaller room because we have a baby with us and my husband works from home.. We do not recommend staying here unless you’re 100% flexible with your plans. The biggest disappointment is that we were not notified so we could’ve made other arrangements before packing up and coming over, and they charged us when we couldn’t stay there after being bumped.

Home 2 Suites Oklahoma City South is a great place to stay. I spent 3 weeks there and had a great stay. Maria and Christina at the front desk were amazing Anytime I needed something or had a question to ask, they were there to help. If you are lucky, and you forget your laundry in the dryer in the evening, one of them might even fold it for you before you come back to get it 😄. Rooms are nicely furnished and vary depending on if you have a 2 queen, single king, or king suite. I had a single king with a sleeper sofa and both were comfortable. Kitchen has a dorm style mini fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, dishes for cooking, and dishes for 6 people. There is no stove, however there are counter top burners available at the front desk. Living area of the room (across from bed and couch) has a nice desk, roll out table, dresser with drawers and 2 cabinets, 2 book shelves, and small closet area. Bathrooms are nice and I always had hot water. Cons for the room for me at least, are the TV's are not smart tv's and the tv guide (channel 1) is horrible. There is free WIFi though slow (10mps for me) and there is High Speed internet but it is $5/day. There were connections for hardline internet in the rooms but I never got it to work. Hallway doors are loud at times but not unbearable, and whoever was above me either walked heavily or the floors/ ceilings are poorly insulated and can be distracting at times. Location of the hotel is great as it is centrally located south of downtown and centrally located between Mike Maroney Aeronautical Cemter (FAA)/Ok City Airport and Tinker Air Force Base. It will take a bit longer to get to the north side areas of town but nothing unbearable. There are lots of places to eat and just about any store you could need within a short distance. Bottom Line If you are looking for a great place to stay outside of downtown with great staff and high speed internet is not a must, I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Oklahoma City

Wifi very unreliable. Tried on my phone and laptop and kept yoyoing so much I had to turn off wifi and use my hotspot. Rooms are fine, bed is pretty comfy. Friendly staff. Not in a good location, I would not venture out past dark. If I was staying more than the 3 nights I would have moved to one of the hotels downtown.

This place was super clean. The breakfast has many varieties and good. Staff was wonderful. Can't remember her name but she was on duty on 7- 17 thru 7-19. I think her name was Alisha. Very nice

Maria at the front desk is the sweetest! We travel across the Midwest by car often and have stayed in many “cheap” hotels on the side of the highway to break up our drives, and to be honest the front desk staff is almost always cranky and unpleasant- Maria is a breathe of fresh air! We will always choose this location to stop in between Kansas City and Austin, TX as our half way point, because of Maria!

Got to check In alittle early the front desk lady was super nice and friendly ( I’m sure she was an crew since we got there alittle after 12) anyways breakfast was pretty decent in the morning. Gym was nice and clean. To bad the pool was closed. Our rooms were nice and clean! Lots of space. Parking kinda sucked but it’s because there was a full house. Lobby was very clean and welcoming. the housekeeping staff we saw along the way were super friendly and helpful!

Fairly new facilities. Well designed rooms. Linens were clean and smell nice. Prices are reasonable. Location is relatively close to the airport. Breakfast was nice with good variety of self service items.

I highly recommend staying at this location. The manager Monica gave me exceptional service. She was kind and helpful. She made sure I was well taken care of.

Stayed here because it was close to the ice rink that we were playing at. Room was big for a double queen room. They might want to get the couch cleaned (stains) but other than that, I would stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights and they charged me for 4 and had all types of different amounts charged on my card. called many times and they told me the extra charges were going back to my account I even left my info and manager never contacted me back. It’s been almost two months since my stay and never got anything back. Can’t complain about the rooms nice and clean but very poor customer service.

Pretty good hotel. Wish the grills were better maintained. One is completely broken and the other seems like it will die any day now.

Absolutely amazing stay! The rooms are really nice, the entire hotel is clean, and the beds are actually really comfortable. The staff is top notch! Honestly, the best hotel experience we have ever had!

I checked in around 3am this morning. Hayley was the young lady working. I had had a hard day and night and a horrible experience with another motel close by. She was very respectful, understanding and patient as I was getting checked in. The room was the cleanest I had ever seen and I will definitely recommend this location to anyone at the highest level. Thank you so much

Easily accessible from the interstate, rooms and very large, clean and well-equipped. I ordered food on DoorDash and there were tons of options nearby. Shower was nice and came with built in shampoo and body wash dispensers (using quality stuff too). Zero complaints, it was a simple and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was always so sweet and accommodating. Room was clean, and the full fridge, dishes, dishwasher, microwave were very convenient and we used them daily. Beds were too soft for my preference, but that was a minor thing. Breakfast was good with waffles, bagels, English muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, eggs in various forms, oatmeal, juices. Pool was outside and the kids had fun using it. Was a little cold for them. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great. Room was great. Was not impressed with the condensed breakfast due to covid-19(I understand) but when I went down everyone was walking around without a mask so I went back to my room. Was not worth getting infected for a waffle(which you had to wait in line), bagel or some cereal.

Decent stay, have seen better and worse. The biggest complaint was the cockroach in the bathroom and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way - so probably don’t bring your date here. They are pet friendly! Edit: Thanks for reaching out! We stayed in room 101, and we did not reach out to management the night of.

Clean, helpful, comfortable, mini kitchen is super helpful, blows the old Marriott by Crossroads out of the park. A vast improvement & nice outdoor spaces, too. Was especially pleased to see a police officer cruising the parking lot late at night, too. It would be perfected if they had a toaster oven in the room.

I can’t begin to say how special Joy, Kyle and the staff are. My family and I were displaced from our home for 5 1/2 month. When we called for reservations we had no idea how long we would be staying. Joy and her staff met every accommodation we could ever ask for and more! I highly recommend this establishment! I can’t say enough good about them. If you are looking for a place to make you feel welcome and “at HOME” this is by far the best place to stay. Everyone was WONDERFUL!
