No complaints! This was a busy holiday weekend for all hotels. Check in was good, even though I was early (requested early check-in advance notice). Of course I realize that depends on a lotta things, especially the previous guest leaving and house keeping cleaning up. I would come back. Customer service was friendly all 3 times, different people.

First of all, 112 bucks a night for a weeknight with barely anyone staying there is a joke in itself. Pool/hot tub completely out of commission, which was not made clear until after I paid. Zero snack machines. Laundry is tiny, and 2 bucks a load for each - wash and dry. Ripoff city. My room had no reading chair. Hot water ran out after about 5 minutes, zero water pressure, AND the shower head was broken (so the water only sprayed directly down). Room was dirty in spots - clearly not carefully cleaned. Window + screen broken, so someone could have easily made their way inside while I was asleep. Random calls in the middle of the night - desk had no idea where they were coming from. Had to unplug it. Awful experience. Don't waste your money - there are plenty of (most likely) better options along that stretch.

Definitely not worth $105 per night, maybe $75. The shampoo and soap was completely out which definitely was an inconvenience. The bed was really uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep. Room was 8/10 for cleanliness so that's good. Front desk was pleasant upon arrival however I would not stay again.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The continental breakfast had different options two mornings. The pool is on the smaller side. Only 2 towels are in each room despite having 4 guests check-in. An employee told me that is standard practice due to theft of the towels. Room was clean, but the bathroom had rust in the tub and the popcorn ceiling in the shower was bubbling off right above the showerhead. The drain was clogged so we all stood in dirty bath water waiting for it to drain. The toilet would run for a few minutes after being flushed. The heater had a loud rattling noise that woke me up several times throughout the night and scared my 5 year old. Another guest appeared dangerous. He yelled at the manager on duty so the police were called and arrived. Between this agitated guest and towels not furnished for paying guests, I suggest looking elsewhere to stay to find something safer and a bathroom that is fully functional.

Check-in process was frustrating, room wasn’t like what wife reserved plus they put us in a handicap room, and breakfast was still in 2020 Covid mode compared to other hotels I’ve been at this year. But they let you log into Netflix on the tv so there’s a plus.

Nice staff. Carpet in rooms is kind of eww. Breakfast not hot unfortunately but thats because of covid rules. Not the staff or facilities fault but it still sucks.

We had the most pleasant experience. Coming from a hotel next door that was a complete nightmare.. we were so happy to be here. Charles at check in was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are super clean. The staff is very helpful. If we ever come back to the area we will only stay here.

Exquisitely Clean and Tidy entry rooms, very welcoming! Interior decorations are gorgeous, adding to the overall classiness of this hotel. In addition, the staff that I interacted with were friendly and energetic.

Outside Needs renovation, weeds killed, grass planted, concrete repainted. My bathroom sink smelled terrible, funk growing in overflow drain. Nice staff.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean but the beds could of been a lot more comfortable for the price. We left early in am before breakfast because I had to have surgery so I can't rate the food.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn Quail Spring for one night while traveling for vacation. When I arrived, there was no one at the Front Desk and Had to wait for a couple of minutes for the clerk to arrive and check me in. The Clerk was helpful and Professional but seem to be unfamiliar with the area and could not recommend any place to eat other than the IHOP Next Door. My room was dated but did appear to be clean. The bed was well made and comfortable for me. This hotel is located adjacent to a busy street and there was considerable road noise. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow. I did not have breakfast opting only for a cup of coffee to go.

Halls and the rooms very dusty, dirty built up around wall and furniture collecting odors, stains through the hotel collecting odors. Checked out in the middle of the night. Air freshener wouldn't help. Took several pictures of the dirt around the room . Shower curtain along bottom dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable, vanity sink clean. Phone wouldn't call front desk . Cell couldn't get through to front Desk. Showed the front deck Phone wasn't working correctly. Nice staff. Hotel shows allot of neglect in cleaning the whole place. Doesn't need remodeling. Needs cleaning throughout the hotel. Start to get the smell after you check in and turn at the elevator. Good front deck staff !!

Room was smelly, TV don't have remote, staff changed the room but it was smelly like moist smell when room is closed and AC is on due to humidity the smell will be there. Good thing was they gave bag in that 2 water bottle and Hersey chocolate bar was there and no other hotel gave that. But room was ok not best according to brand name.
