I showed up at 130 am exhausted and nearly to the point of tears after another hotel across the street checked me in to two absolutely disgusting rooms. I can't remember the staff member on duty name that night (maybe Brandi?) And I'm so sorry about that but she was genuinely my saving grace. She had several lovely concersations with me while checking me in which calmed me down significantly, and because i was having such a poor night made sure to put me in a room with a view. It was huge!! The bed and the sheets were so comfortable. The view is just A little funny because i was just there to not sleep in my car 😂 but very appreciated for the morning sunrise. Plus I saw her in the morning while I continued onto my road trip and had another delightful check in. I ended up getting the buffet breakfast as well, your normal fare, eggs and what not but worth it to start my day on a good note. Also the coffee was good???? The only caveat is this hotel is a little pricier than I had budgeted to spend, but that's about it. I regret not taking more room photos because it was very new, clean, updated, but here's my cat enjoying the view.😂 My only wish is that pet fee wasn't $75 non refundable. A $50 deposit in case damages makes 100% sense

Our flight was diverted due to a medical emergency around 10pm. There was a lot of us that chose this hotel. Every single employee was empathetic and caring, while helping us feel at home they our stay. Stellar experience

I prepaid for my breakfast, and they didn’t even offer any menu. The menus were hidden away. I came to know that there is a menu if and only if I ask for it. Why wouldn’t you have menu our fir guests for breakfast. This is done at all Hilton Garden that I have stayed. As a previous diamond member an current gold, I was severely disappointed with the food. I only had oatmeal and paid $10 per night for prepaid breakfast. Neither did my reservation nor the staff explained breakfast restrictions at the hotel. Stay away from this place.

I was there on an extended stay and I was told upon check in housekeeping was available on request only. It was also written on the check in documentation. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign on my door and on the 4th day housekeeping came and cleaned my room without my permission. I felt violated. The drinks at the bar were extremely overpriced and cost much more for a woman than for a man. I paid $16 for my drink and saw another male customer get the same drink for $8. I was told there was no breakfast menu, I could eat off the buffet and on my last day I saw them sit another couple down, give them menu's and be served. The management is horrible at this hotel. I complained to the General manager who did not care, I called the diamond desk and the hotel never acknowledged my complaint. When they were contacted again they refused to even give me a few points for my issues. I feel I was discriminated against for being a single female traveler. Nobody even apologized for the housekeeping incident. They are a horrible representation of the Hilton Chain. I have never been treated so poorly. STAY CLEAR IF YOU ARE A FEMALE TRAVELING ALONE.

This Hilton Hotel has the rudest employees I have ever come across. I am not sure who does the interview and/or hiring but maybe they need some training in these areas. From the front desk staff to the bartender asking a question was as if I was interrupting their lives to the fullest. The front desk person sat on her you know what doing a craft project and obviously hates her job. We are Diamond members as well and have never been treated like trash as we did at this hotel. Fortunately we do not frequent Oklahoma City hardly ever so saying I will never stay here again is an honest truth!

I have stayed 55 nights this year at Hilton Garden Inns. I asked to have my room serviced. Guess what they changed the towels and emptied the trash. But didn’t make the bed. They said you have to stay four nights before they will make the bed. Unbelievable. They told me standard Hilton garden inn policy. What a lie. The owner of this Inn should be ousted from the Hilton brand. Dennis

I want to thank Frank and Brittani/Brittany for being so kind and so attentive during my stay about 3 months ago! With the stress from finding a place to stay overnight, as my flight had been delayed enough to miss my connecting flight, I'm so sorry I had forgotten to tip Frank for shuttling me to the hotel! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful to me, Frank! Brittani/y was so kind to me on the phone when I called to ask if I could be shuttled to the hotel at nearly 9 PM. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and caringly when I checked in to the hotel, and she made sure I knew about all of the amenities offered to guests. The driver who shuttled me to the airport the next morning was also so kind and caring too! My hotel room was so clean as well and so spacious! There were toiletries, plenty of clean towels, hangers, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, and a Keurig, among other things. There were multiple chairs and desks and abundant lighting. The door also had a second lock to ensure security. I'm grateful I was able to stay overnight here!

It was perfect for us to stay - enjoyed Monday night football, got a warm shower, we were sleeping good in a nice bed! Got an early shuttle to airport the next day! Easy peasy! Austin, the front desk clerk, was so pleasant to talk with, needs a reward for how good he is! Clean place!

Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only problem was no business center or access to computer or printer. Was given two reasons. One being the owner does not wish to pay the itt fee, the other being corporate is removing the computers. I did not wish to write a book, I just wanted to print out my boarding passes and other flight information. Was instructed to have the airline email it to me, then I was to forward it to the hotel and they would print it out. Really??? James Coe, the hotel’s 12-8 front desk manager was great!! Unless you travel with your own printer and laptop, other motels across the street have business centers. This owner owns all the Hilton properties around this area. Go to la quinta. They allowed me use of a computer for my simple boarding pass print out.

Everything went perfect from the time my flight got in. My red eye flight was late but even though it says the transportation stops running at midnight at 12:15 a.m. they still came out to pick me up. Check in was quick and the next morning I had breakfast with a staff that made sure that everything you needed. The selection of coffee snacks and drinks was terrific for snack time or even a small lunch. The room was clean, in room Keurig coffee was delicious and every amenity that I personally needed was there. Great job to the GM who runs it! Your staff is knowledgeable and super nice!! Looking for restaurants ... Plenty to choose from near the hotel and if you want to head downtown it's only a 20 minute ride. I Highly recommend this Hotel to stay at when visiting OKC whether you're going for business or just casual with family.

Just showed up with my 4 little ones in tow to check in right before their bedtime. We reserved a king suite many weeks ago. But they told us none were available and put us in the tiniest basic room. VERY unimpressed. No apologies or effort to make it better.

Do not stay here, I stay at hiltons all the time for business travel and this one was a unique experience. The faucets in the bathroom barely extend over the sink and I'll just say that the toilets are very shallow. When I check in they give me a yellow slip with breakfast info on it. When I go sit down for breakfast the guy tells me that that's not a breakfast coupon and charges me 14 dollars. I have only received those slips when breakfast is charged for, so I assumed it was the breakfast coupon, I guess that's on me, but breakfast has always been included. You even have to pay for the coffee. Anyway, if I had known I would've gone anywhere else. Old lumpy pillows too.

Probably the cleanest and most efficient hotel we have stayed at in the past 20 years. The hotel and the rooms were spotless. Easy parking and conveniently located with restaurants and stores to choose from. Was not able to try the hot breakfast due to our early flight but I’m pretty sure it would have been delicious.

The only thing I did not like about it is they don't have the free breakfast and as a mother of two that is one of the things that I look for so I'm not having to get up and go running around to try to find some breakfast in a city Im not familiar with. Other than that the hotel is so so so clean& beds are comfortable.

Stayed last week and the lady at the front desk, Brandy, was very professional and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Marketplace is fully stocked with lots of options to choose from. Breakfast is filling, although I wish it would have been complimentary. Dinner is very tasty as well. A lot of sketchy people walking around, but I was assured there is on site security so it wouldn't be a problem. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I will come here more often.

I’d pick a different hotel if I wasn’t here for only a couple nights. Most of the interactions with the staff have been negative. The good interactions are when they don’t notice your existence. The staff have been short and curt, not overtly rude, but one can tell they don’t care. The breakfast is atrocious. Eggs are sitting in more fluid than the oatmeal and the potatoes taste like they were the previous days. Don’t even attempt the sausage. The sad part is they want to charge 12.50 for the breakfast if your room doesn’t come with free breakfast. I guess since it’s free they make sure it’s awful. The staff do not seem to mind some of it because they sit there chatting with one another as they work and eat. The room is a decent size and clean. Nothing special compared to other places, except their service and food are a lot better.

A wonderful hotel, very clean and the service is fantastic. We always enjoyed our free breakfast buffet. The beds are very comfortable and it feels like home there.

It was great! Other than the smell of weed thought the entire floor, a temperamental toilet and there's only a shower with no tub it was good. They don't have free happy hour but there is a bar and breakfast is a full hot buffet. All of the staff were helpful and even gave my boyfriend a ride to the truck rental place. I would recommend it.

Very nice well appointmened and spotlessly clean room. Staff were very nice and attentive. This place makes the Best of a fairly outdated structure. Rooms have been updated and everything maintained quite well. Breakfast was a good value.

2 Delayed flights caused my family to get to the hotel at around 3 AM. We couldn't check in or even get in to the building as the front desk was processing the books and that since we didn't check in before 3 AM our reservation was cancelled. She wouldn't let us in out of the cold and gave us only one option of coming back in 45 minutes. At that hour transportation options were going to take 20 minutes to pickup, which would have been an additional cost along with the cost of no-show at the hotel. Terrible service. Will not stay there or recommend to anyone.

Erica checked us in and is phenomenal. All staff that we encountered were awesome! Our room was fabulous, and the fitness facility was great. Breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was top notch.
