Update:
The
property
finally
resolved
the
issue
and
reimbursed
us
for
the
entire
stay.
Booking.com
was
useless
and
only
further
complicated
the
process,
but
the
hotel
staff
helped
us
sort
it
out.
First
day
we
check
in,
we
found
a
cockroach
in
our
room.
The
staff
quickly
switched
us
rooms.
We
found
2
roaches
more
during
our
week
stay.
The
next
morning
at
breakfast
(after
a
debate
with
the
front
desk
about
our
vouchers)
we
received
raw
eggs.
When
we
sent
the
eggs
back,
the
chef
(who
previously
refused
to
cook
a
menu
item
because
it
was
too
extensive)
decided
to
exit
the
kitchen
and
throw
the
entire
food
away
in
front
of
us
(while
staring
us
down).
In
the
end,
the
GM
offered
to
reimburse
us
for
the
breakfast
cost,
but
after
3
calls
from
booking.com
to
the
facility,
the
reimbursement
is
still
unresolved.
In
addition
to
the
above,
there
was
a
homeless
man
breaking
into
a
room
across
the
hall
early
in
the
morning.
When
we
called
the
front
desk
they
stated
"we
think
it's
hotel
staff",
but
no
one
came
to
check.
I
highly
discourage
anyone
from
staying
at
this
facility.
