Update: The property finally resolved the issue and reimbursed us for the entire stay. Booking.com was useless and only further complicated the process, but the hotel staff helped us sort it out. First day we check in, we found a cockroach in our room. The staff quickly switched us rooms. We found 2 roaches more during our week stay. The next morning at breakfast (after a debate with the front desk about our vouchers) we received raw eggs. When we sent the eggs back, the chef (who previously refused to cook a menu item because it was too extensive) decided to exit the kitchen and throw the entire food away in front of us (while staring us down). In the end, the GM offered to reimburse us for the breakfast cost, but after 3 calls from booking.com to the facility, the reimbursement is still unresolved. In addition to the above, there was a homeless man breaking into a room across the hall early in the morning. When we called the front desk they stated "we think it's hotel staff", but no one came to check. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this facility.

Never stayed at a four point before but i Had a great night's sleep! Very comfortable bed with good pillows, and sheets. I got the Jr suite king room, felt clean and ultra comfortable. The shower and toiletries they give you are great. The curtains roll down against wall and black out 95% of the light in AM, if they sealed up the other 5% I don't know of I'd wake up. The AC ran at 65° for me at night and never made a crazy sound or woke up like at other places. I enjoyed my stay and will be looking at four points for future travel.

Sorry but at my particular stay recently the new young ladies at the front desk need much more training. Check in took WAY too long, and they're both looking at each other not knowing what to do next. Didn't greet me (especially with my platinum status) and I didn't even bother asking for my bonus points. They were just staring at me like I'm from another planet. Please understand that smiling doesn't equivocate friendly and helpful service. Please do not mistake this review for a totally bad experience. Rooms are still nice, affordable, and clean. But customer service can ruin the experience. I will book here again, but maybe those young ladies won't check me in on that date.

We were here for a couple of days and enjoyed our stay. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend! The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice clean clean and comfortable room that was very quiet and the staff don't harass you to check out on the dot!! The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the shower pressure was so weak that it was not a good shower while I was staying there! I don't know why it had very weak water pressure but it def is not something that goes with such a nice hotel and def needs to be fixed!!!

Ms. Pooja, a breath of fresh air... her reassuring smile and genuine hospitality at the front desk makes me feel right at home. New management... New positive attitude towards customer service. The staff is genuinely concerned about my experience during my stays at 4Points. Ms. Siri always greets me by name and she knows what kind of accommodations I prefer. Her warm smile and calming voice assure me my stay will be restful. Her professionalism and knowledge of her Craft set the BAR for others to emulate.

The hotel was within minutes of the airport. Took the shuttle for a late lunch. The driver was friendly, Informative and a careful driver. There was a shuttle that began at 9 a.m. I called a Lyft at 8 a.m. and the Lyft arrived in 5 minutes.

I stayed a week during the recent Southwest fiasco. The staff especially Martin, Arjay, Tammy, and Mike, shuttle driver were the best. All were very helpful and went above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasant. Great Crew!

Good location. Pet friendly a plus. Had problems with the shower. Went hot-cold like someone flushed a toilet.

Thos place is alright at times but while taking a shower the water goes on and off some rooms don't have refrigerators and most rooms don't have microwaves the front desk staff can be rude at times. The bar area is dry and the prices for food and drinks are very expensive. So for me it's not worth staying here until they make some changes starting with customer service training.

I AM greatful to be here. The only concern I have is that the maids ARE T E R R I B L E EVER ROOM and I mean EVERY ROOM that I have been in was not AND IS NOT cleaned well at all. I Have had trash in rooms, no trash bags, dirty floors, nasty tables and the list goes on. Every room I have beeN in has had something NOT cleaned and sometimes multiple things. It is really annoying. I have had NO problem with the OTHER staff at all. All the staff have been WONDERFUL!!!

I stayed in the suite, really cute and plenty of space. Very modern with hardwood floors. Staff is beyond helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to make sure I had everything I needed. Super close to the airport and they have a restaurant/bar in lobby.

I do not recommend this hotel, they did not fulfill what was promised, they said a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with a bed and a cot. Also the bathroom door was stuck and they didn't fix it. The appearance of the room at the top of its walls looked like a warehouse. Bad service, I will not stay at this hotel again

What a great place to stay. Easy access from right off of the highway. The Indian food here is the best and made fresh. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.

This would have been an easy 5 star if not for the no fridge or microwave in rooms. Other then that everything was beyond excellent amazing staff food wasn't half bad but the staff alone is worth the 5 stars I would definitely visit here again hands down.

Great stay! Had tons of places all around, the shuttle service was great and had a nice bar with happy hour. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming staff but bed was terribly uncomfortable. Also our door lock did not fit in the slot. Breakfast was decent. Thank you.

We’re in the middle of a week long road trip to move across the country and this hotel has been a breath of fresh air. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They’re also pet friendly! We were originally placed on the fourth floor, but the front desk associate saw us walking in with a dog and asked if we wanted to switch to the first floor to make things easier for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Also, I just can’t get over how incredibly nice and gracious the staff is!! 😊

I stayed with my 2 corgis and I just want to thank Sue, the front desk staff. She was patient, nice & accommodative. The room was clean, and check-in was easy. Sue definitely made my day so much better as my family and I were halfway through a 40-hour drive. Appreciate her kind hospitality and service attitude!

Room was nice. Service at front desk was very friendly and efficient. Short business trip so did not take advantage of other hotel amenities. Very nice lobby.

The four points was the best night sleep I have had on the road in years! We got in past midnight and they were incredibly helpful despite how late it was. The beds were comfortable and the room was much bigger than the pictures showed. My only complaint is I couldn't stay longer!

Thus far I have been waiting on a shuttle to the hotel for over an hour. Placed several calls to the front desk and was repeatedly told the driver was busy doing something else but “on the way.” Very unprofessional. For this price point you get low budget motel service. I will not trust the Sheraton brand going forward.

I had a nice stay here. I only stayed for one night but it worked well. My only negative was you can hear the highway traffic in the room I was in. This didn't bother me but if outside sounds are a problem to you the noise might be an issue.

The bar only had liquor and 1 type of beer. Half the food menu was unavailable. The door to the bathroom has hard to close and even harder to open. There was a urine stain on the toilet. The "buffet" consisted of cold eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. It was $9 a person. The swimming pool was disgusting and cold. The only positives are the beds were decent, the workout room was nice, and the coffee was good. I would not recommend this place for the price. You can stay near Bricktown for 20 or 30 more a night.

Stayed for two nights. Beds are super comfy and that top blanket feels amazing. Modern feel with barn door for bathroom door and standup glass showers. Grill and bar was a let down… they weren’t serving food so we had to go somewhere else. Overall definitely recommend.

This is probably the most run down Sheraton I've ever stayed at, but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a good layover spot for a night. My biggest complaint is that, in my morning rush, I left my straightener cooling in the bathroom. I called to ask about it less than 24 hours later, and - to no one's surprise - they "didn't have it". I was told the manger would call me - that was 3 days ago. I don't expect I'll get that call, and I've already bought a new straightener. So, if you stay here, make sure you don't forget any valuables. You won't be getting them back.

Hotel is nice. Went for dinner at 7:30pm. No special. Salad was not recommended. Said romaine was bad. Ask for dip. Said he wouldn't recommend it either. Oh well. He wS honest. Thanks for that. We'll see how the burger is...

Have spent several weeks of my life in this fine hotel. The rooms are very clean and up to date, staff is excellent and Sherree is amazing! Close to the airport, interstate, fairgrounds and most importantly for this out of stater just a lil ways from Whataburger!

I had to change rooms immediately because the P-TAC unit fan was extremely loud, the bathroom smelled, and it had wet paint on the walls. The staff moved us to the next room over. No microwave. No blow dryer. No breakfast. I will not be staying in this brand of Marriott again.

The front desk gentleman named Sébastien did an excellent job with getting my room booked, told me some excellent places where the good food was and just went out of his way with any questions I had. Definitely a good dude and knows his job well!

The rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Bartender Steve serves up excellent drinks and the dinner menu is delicious too. The best part about this property is the staff. Everyone including the shuttle driver is friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Manager Oceasha goes out of her way to help her guests. I will definitely be going back!
