I arrived a little earlier than I thought, and was wanting to check in a little bit early. DARLA, at the front desk, did a fantastic job of not only making me feel welcome, but being sure that I was able to get into a clean room to help fit my schedule. Not the newest hotel in town, but very clean and the staff makes up for any questions you might have.

What a great Hampton inn in Central Oklahoma City. I came in very late at night and the staff was very friendly and accommodating with a first floor room. I needed a little extra time to get out in the morning and they were also very accommodating in that regard too. Very conveniently located right off of the expressway and everything was clean and nice, what else are you looking for in a hotel? Check this place out if you need to find an affordable hotel the central Oklahoma City area.

The staff members were polite and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Our stay there was comfortable. We will stay there again when we are in OKC.

This hotel is older and could use some upgrades, specifically the carpet. It was conveniently located near restaurants and a Walgreens nearby. It was very clean and very quiet. The rooms and beds were comfortable.

Kids / teens screaming in the hall, until well after midnight, front desk said they would settle them down and they did nothing. They gave me the hospital discount that trip, then when I returned 2 weeks later, the gal told me they didn't have a hospital discount. Then my relatives stayed there, and got the hospital rate. I stayed at the Embassy Suites for $20 less than what this Hampton offered and it is WAY nicer.

Room was old. Bed was comfortable though. very noisy. Quiet hours start at 10 pm but that's not the case when a horde of construction workers are staying there

We had reservations for two rooms. At night, we found pet droppings in our room, which made us doubt the cleaning and if the linens were even turned. When we tried to get a hold of the front desk, no one answered. So we were stuck with our room. Then, the next morning after 9 am, housekeeping busted into my son's room after only knocking one time and not waiting for a response. Checkout isn't until 11 am. When my son asked her about why she opened the door without waiting, she got very argumentative and cursed at him. When we told the front desk about the droppings and the rudely swearing housekeeper, she said the stay was free for both rooms. She also added that she had to already give away two rooms that were next to ours due to noise complaints on our rooms. For one: How does that information help me? Two: Then, why did no one call to tell us about noise or us being too loud? Three: We were not in our rooms all night til after 1 a.m., when Dave and Busters closed, and then it was about 15 mins before we went to sleep. So u gave away those rooms for nothing. Four: Even if someone did call at night, then they would have got no answer at all like we did when we tried to call for the droppings. Five: Breakfast was great. Good job to the kitchen personnel.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The reason for the three star rating is the hotel needs to be updated and little things need to be fixed. In our room, the shade was broken and I had to manually raise the shade by standing on a chair and hand rolling up the shade. There are two treadmills in the exercise room, one is broken. The coffee was good but not very hot. If they fix the little things this will be a nice hotel experience.

Room was filthy dirty. Door jams and walls had dirt and what looked like blood on them. Baseboards with thick dirt. Bathtub had hair in it and dirt. Bathroom floor also had grime build up on it. Night stands falling off walls. Door did not shut well had to push it hard and adjust it over, looks like someone kicked it in. Night manager was very nice and honest. Asked her about the past bed bug issues and she was very forthcoming and explained the process. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is typical of what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were adequate, and the breakfast was standard. I checked in around 7:00 and the front door was already locked. It was a business area of town and I thought that really strange (and a big disconcerting). Considering that the hotel was located nowhere near downtown, the $5 nightly parking fee might have been the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Honestly.

The place was clean, and we were sent up to a room that was an upgrade compared to the one we paid for. The bed was very comfortable and we were never disturbed. The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad either.

Hotel outdated elevator seems to be about to break down, reserved 2 rooms at same time asked for connecting rooms in special instructions . Checked in was told they didn´t have any available(this was on a Monday). Then was told my rooms would not even be next door because they were not clean what was the point in booking months in advance. The front desk clerk was rude and act like i was putting her out when questioning her about the room situation. So please stop showing your tv commercials acting like you can get a connecting room when it does not seem possible. One positive thing was the breakfast bar other then that it was a disappointment probably will not stay here again

Pretty basic hotel. Cleaning wasn't the best I've seen by any means. There was a long black hair on a stack of towels, along with a fair amount of dust and carpet spots. Walls are thin and you could hear people walking around a lot and the TV next door. Didn't really hear a lot of traffic noise. Customer service was fairly decent and friendly. Breakfast was less than basic and not good at all. Rooms were of a decent size. The biggest issue was the bed. It was hard and quite lumpy. I don't mind a firm mattress, however I've slept on floors that were more comfortable. Seriously, put a topper or something on those beds Hampton!

Entire 5th floor was like a sauna. The room was clean but had a tiny television…Pool room smelled really bad and was also like a sauna.

My wife and I have stayed at this Hampton Inn for many years. From Doctor’s appointments and fun excursions in and around the city. It has been our go to place for visits. We have tried other places but come back to Hampton. Even in our travels across the country, Hampton has been our choice. This trip to Hampton in October was different. There were two ladies that were attending the check in desk, a young one and an older lady. The older lady was more interested in regaling the other lady about how bad her day went, than in greeting us or checking us in. Once we got our door cards we went to our room, 205. Room 205’s door was very hard to open and close. The top hinge had very loose screws that caused it to hang the weight of the door on the jamb. The room was passably clean. I realized we needed one more pillow to be comfortable for the night. I went down stairs on the elevator in the second car. It had an extremely sticky floor. The entirety of the car smelled like maple syrup, and it glue was on my shoes.I asked for a second pillow, and was told there were no spare pillows. I wanted to check out the rest of the floors and rode up to the third floor. It did not have an Ice machine. The gym was as good as it has always been. The breakfast/ sitting area was a clean and nice as it has always been. The breakfast was great as always. It looks to me the general over all cleanliness of the hallways are being neglected. It is still an over all good place but has fallen off as the place we want to go back to. We are definitely going to try a different place next trip to the City. “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭6‬

Well I’m not very familiar with OKC but any Hilton brand hotel I’ve stayed at never looked so run down. The pictures are very deceiving. I stayed in room 318 and it just wasn’t worth the family and friends discount. The pull out bed wouldn’t come out after finally pulling really hard the mattress was thin as a jail cell mat. There was hair all over the tub. When we also reached 3rd from the stair well the hallway stunk so bad like mildew. It’s a very ran down hotel and needs ALOT OF UPDATING! I definitely wasn’t satisfied with my stay what so ever! I called the front desk to move rooms or even get my money back but nobody answered the phone so I just ended up staying for a little bit so me and kids could get some sleep.

Decent, clean room (a little outdated and beat up). However, still a good size room, nice location, and good service.

Customer service of a high-end hotel, with an affordable price. You can see they've invested in their funds in the most important aspects of hospitality. Probably the absolute best value hotel you will manage to find. While it's definitely a hotel that is cosmetically average and not shiny-new, they have done in incredible job of immense service and smart functionality that leave this hotel a gem that is easily overlooked but more than worth the relatively low price tag attached to the rates. Rooms feature smartly-designed furniture such as side tables with a pull-out shelf that is easily tucked away during the day for more room, but offers plentiful space for your devices or water bottle at night. While the building may appear a little outdated at first and isn't by any means brand new, management and staff have been incredibly smart and thoughtful about placing outlets (and USB plugs) in accessible and convenient locations that don't require you to rearrange the room for use. Furniture has surprisingly modern and useful features underneath classic-vibe wood, ensuring that most cabinets have features that pull out for accessibility and ease without feeling clunky, confusing, or unnecessary. What really makes this hotel fantastic, though, is the service. Every staff member I have interacted with has been kind, thoughtful, and cheery. From the concierge at check-in, to the breakfast staff this morning, I have felt well-taken care of even when 'm not asking for anything. The breakfast crew was so ready to jump in dote on a mother helping her son after some spilled food. The two women immediately jumped in to shoo the mother away from getting down on her hands and knees while chatting with the son and mom and ensuring things were clean for them, that the mother had help re-making the waffle she son had been excited about, and that no one was left feeling embarrassed or unwelcome after the accident. It's small touches like these that truly make a fantastic hotel; when staff is this wonderful, you know customers can expect to be taken care and made to feel at home while away. I cannot stress how wonderfully surprised I was by the cheeriness and thoughtfulness of staff in the service industry. You can tell they enjoy their environment and truly want their guests to feel safe, comfortable, and valued. I can't remember the last time I found this at a hotel in a way that felt so immensely easy and genuine. One last note; I noticed multiple guests with physical disabilities or special needs. I believe there was a some sort of conference or group. The hotel and staff went out of their way to make things as accommodating and friendly for their needs without commenting on any sort of inconvenience to them or acknowledging any alterations this caused to their usual routines. Though I don't know how the experience was on the user-end for thosem who needed it, it felt very natural and inclusive rather than alienating. The front-desk concierge went over some of the accommodations for special needs with the woman checking in before me without being prompted and in the same manner she explained services and needs for me while I was being checked in. This location could provide a master class in inclusivity & service. So grateful to experience the lovely staff on my stay.

“Renovated” is a loose term here— a newly painted wall and some poorly installed nightstands (both of which were falling off the wall in our room). So many items broken and worn out— the hinges on the door were broken such that we couldn’t close the door normally, the shower handle only allowed you to have searingly hot or ice cold water, the bed squeaked at the slightest movement. We went back to the front desk when we first checked in because of the door closing issue, but the clerk was busy on a personal call and didn’t want to engage. When we asked if we could switch rooms, she brushed us off, telling us that there weren’t any others available (we know there were as we had booked the room only an hour earlier through the hilton app and there were many choices yet). Don’t expect to sleep well without a sleep mask— the smoke detector essentially had a strobe light on it that flashed every 30 seconds or so. The one redeeming thing was that the room was cleaned as best as a old, worn room can be. The location is also decent. One of the worst Hamptons we’ve stayed in. This is essentially a Best Western at Hampton prices. May luck be with you if you decide to stay here.

This is an excellent hotel. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was nice. Finally, the price for the stay was reasonable. The only negative would be not having a microwave in the room, but they do have one downstairs if needed.

Fix the pool! Families traveling with children rely on a functioning pool so the kids, who've been traveling all day, can get some energy out!! I'm so sick of staying places where the pool is in disrepair!

Rooms and hotel a little outdated and could use some renovation. Excellent service and location. Plenty of food or target within walking distance. Dave and busters next door. Breakfast was wonderful every day.

Room seems clean enough, but that's really where all the positives end. Ice machine broken on first floor, entry for the digital key on the side of the building did not work so I still had to go to the front desk to get my physical key cards, I glanced at what they call a smoking area and the concrete and rock were littered with butts and the side of the wall had ash scrapes from people putting out their butts. They would benefit from a fifty dollar standing butt disposal...can't imagine people booking this place more than once. No microwave either. Every one I have stayed at has a microwave except this one...they should have consistency. Lady at front desk was nice. Had to end it on a positive, although there aren't many.

The price was right. Just to be quite clear, this is one of the worst Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The front desk lady seemed unable or unwilling to see me standing there, waiting at check in. She actually left the front desk without acknowledging me, then came back. Not sure why she thought I was standing in the lobby staring at the front desk. After she acknowledged me, she helped the other worker who was having trouble checking in a guest. That was fine,, but she didn't say "excuse me for a second" or anything. She did apologize after, but it really just seemed like a lack of training. Then she was aggressive about having me sign the keypad, even though I was still putting my wallet back in my purse. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The carpet in the room felt damp, but wasn't. I don't know what the deal was. I walked in the hall in socks to get ice. I came back and after stepping on the white towel provided for a bath mat, realized the bottoms of my new white socks were black, covered in a tar-like substance. The floor in the hallway had felt wet through the socks. There were no signs or fans to indicate there was a problem. I assume they had a water leak and water damage at some point. It has not been resolved. There was mildew in the bathtub. When it was time to checkout the same front desk worker was nowhere to be found for an awkward amount of time. She helped the worker who was waiting before she even acknowledged my presence. No "I'll be with you in a moment." No smile. No anything. After she got done with the worker, she seemed to realize I was there and asked if I was ready to check out. It wasn't huge, but I typically encounter friendlier and more professional front desk staff. Her demeanor always made me feel like I was bothering her wanting to check-in or check- out. I did not go to the desk for any other reason, even when the hotel lost power for 2 hours, inexplicably. I often stay at Hampton Inn while traveling. This was definitely not one of their best hotels. I wouldn't 100% be opposed to staying here again, but I would definitely consider another place as an option.

Rooms only get cleaned every 4days according to thier policy. Excuse was covid. I find that very ridiculous. Covid policies encourage constant cleaning. I had kids with me . Asked for my room to be cleaned after 2 days . They refused. Finally they only dropped clean towels and too out the trash. I moved to anothe hotel the 3rd day. They cleaned my room every day without asking.

It was clean... there I said something positive about it.... other than that it ends there. Room 211 had issues when we first stepped into the room it smelled heavily of bleach, the popcorn ceiling texture is falling in multiple places and it needs to be completely scraped off and re-blown but hey what do I know about it....ohhh that's right I am a painter who does it that's how I know, and the carpet on the 2nd floor needs re-stretched because it is a trip hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen for the right person As for the breakfast, after the first morning we went elsewhere my idea of breakfast is not lukewarm powdered eggs, barely warm supposedly hickory smoked sausage and cold danish ... but hey at least the coffee was hot. I mean it wasn't a completely bad experience I slept somewhat well. Will I be staying here again, not unless all of these issues are fixed

This review is about Kelly, the late night receptionist. She is an absolute gem. I got in late and there was some trouble with their system saying I had already checked in. She figured it out, assigned me a new, more spacious room for my safety (in case the original room was occupied) and walked me up to my room and made sure it was up to par. Additionally, bed is comfortable and air conditioning works very well. Thank you, Kelly!

1/82022-1/9/2022 This location, room 103 had bedbugs. My family was awaking at midnight, one child had bite marks. I immediately contacted the front office and was moved to a different room across the hall. The neighboring rooms were not informed, and there was no further action taken, no pest control contact. The attendant at on duty did not check the room. I left the door open after evacuating, and when checking out the next morning, the door remained open. I spoke with housekeeping before check out as they were going around checking rooms, and they inform me that they were not notified of any issues of the room. The room had not been touched. The day/morning of this incident I emailed the GM with a video and photos. I requested the attended to contact the GM, but they did not have any contact information for her, corporate or customer service. I tracked down the contact information. I did not hear back from the GM until Monday at 3:35PM concerning this matter. She said, “ Thank you for the pictures and sorry this happened. We had Orkin out today and there was no evidence of bed bugs in the room. I am unsure how that one bug was carried in. I will not be refunding the charges.” Although I sent proof. …. After I replied a few times she then stated…. “ My apologies again. When bed bugs are in a room, They leave evidence and they travel no more than about 8 ft”

This Hampton might be at the end of it's shelf life. Furniture is old, building feels dirty. The beds are usually super comfortable at Hampton. Not this time. And the pool was out of service, which was the reason I booked there.
